My fiancé purchased a 2011 Jeep Cherokee Overland for me over a month ago. And I love it. Of course I know nothing about cars so I was a little worried about it being used.The vehicle was/ is in very good condition. This is my first suv and my children love it.

If I could give negative stars I would. The car I was sold has stopped working 5 times so far and I havent had the car a month. The entire bottom of the car and possibly the inside of the car is rusted. I have spent over $500 in repairs and the estimates are even worse. The car has a clogged charcoal canister. I am still making payments. When I went back to ask questions I was told it was a cheap car, and I payed too much for the brakes, rotors, and calibers I had to put on immediately. I was also told that he didnt inspect this car and wasnt aware of the laundry list of problems. What upset me the most was that he said Women tend to panic when the check engine light is on, it will probably come on again dont worry about it. He proceeded to tighten the gas cap. Later I re-opened the gas cap and it was attached to another rusted part of the car. He suggested I get someone to tape that up. I drive to and from work and nowhere else. I am highly disappointed in the unsafe vehicle I have!(I was not told to get the car looked at by a mechanic, although I should have, I knew better. I have been laughed at when I have expressed the problems with this car, and given excuses and solutions that make no sense. You live and you learn. If nothing else I have learned a valuable lesson)

Got a Volvo here cheap & salesman/office fella Ahmed was honest about the cars issues & was patient & nice. He can try to find a car for any budget. Space limited to pull into lot but, on corner perfect for test driving

Great used cars for great prices!

Paid the shop to have them put a NEW gas tank in as the old one was leaking from the bottom. While in the office he called around to price a new tank before coming up with the total due. To my surprise, the new tank started leaking again from the same spot not long after. Upon further inspection, all they did was put a spray coating over the old one! I was also later charged for 2 quarts of ATF, when the transmission fluid was not leaking or even low, it was overfilled by them. And at the same time $120, for a pre-purchased, bolt-on catalytic converter, I was charged for parts that I had provided them. Their service department will scam you, beware!
