Just wanted to give a shout out to Caribbean Pools ! Just had our pool installed yesterday and the installation staff was FANTASTIC!!! Justin and Cameron were amazing with their work ethic, attention to detail. They were so meticulous in making sure every detail was perfect during installation! Caribbean Pools definitely have some great people working for them!! Thank you !!!!

Steve is incredibly rude. It was a huge inconvenience for him to come out of his office to answer a simple question . The phones rang non stop while he sat there. Poor poor customer service. Will never go back. I’ll stick to Austintown Pools, they are incredible!

I havent been here yet, but Steve is famous for being rude, unprofessional and from what I read incompetent. I want to go here just to put a face to the name!

Dear Steve,I received a phone call from Brian yesterday about my issues with the pool. He nailed it! I was able to fix not only the leak but the noise that was happening by him walking me through the problem and telling me what to try. I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service that your employees provide. They’re always so knowledgeable whether I’m in the store or on the phone. It is very comforting for this novice pool owner to have someone to rely on! It’s not only Brian but you Steve and Paul and Justin just to name some others that have been so great. We had a great experience in purchasing our pool at Caribbean. Brian was very helpful and informative on all our questions and made us feel very comfortable and confident deciding to buy from Caribbean Pools. The pool installer Justin did such an excellent job. He was very professional and meticulous through the whole install and spent time with us afterwards making sure we knew how to operate everything and that all questions were answered before leaving. All of the staff at Caribbean has made owning a pool very enjoyable and simple. I would highly recommend Caribbean Pools and Hot Tubs to anyone looking for a new pool or pool supplies

BEWARE!!!!! Steve is a thief!!! We just ordered a hot tub 3 weeks ago. Ordered it on a Friday, that Monday we found out my wife was very sick so we canceled it 2 business days later!!!! Steve refused to refund the $681.98 from deposit. We called the hot tub supplier and they said there is no penalty for canceling, not to mention they were 10 weeks out!!! We have called over 10 times and received nothing. We now contacted the BBB and are waiting to hear back. Steve is a horrible person. Bad enough he is trying to steal our money, but we told him that my wife was very sick and had a rough road ahead, he said sorry for your luck!!!! Worst experience with a business or any person for that matter!!!! Horrible

Call them today on May 13 to get some information over the phone so I could see what they offer and hot tubs. Gentleman was very rude said I can’t help you if you like trying to buy a house and when I said no I would tell you how many bedroom bathrooms gentleman hung up the phone said we’re on different pages. I am buying a hot tub this week would never buy from here and I’ve never been hung up on by a sales person with someone trying to buy. Would not recommend this place at all if I could give less stars than one I would obviously they have more business than they need clients to be able to hang up on someone who just wanted some information over the phone.

Buyer beware. After the pool liner we ordered never came in ( we waited a month after the promised delivery date), we attemted to cancel the order and they wanted to charge us a $75 restocking fee for a liner they didnt have. Salesman Steve is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of trying to do business with; he told me go find a liner somewhere else. Good luck. and then hung up on me.

If you are rude to your customers they will spend their money in another store. Was created to very rude person when all I wanted was my water tested! So I went to their competitor got my water tested spent 180.00 on chemicals.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pool liner May 21st. I was told it would be in and installed in 10-14 days. After 14 days I called to find out where my pool liner was and when I would be getting it. I was told that due to COVID it would take 2 more weeks to get delivered and installed. I called on June 19th to cancel my order because I still hadnt heard from the pool company. I said I wanted to cancel my order. I was then told I would have to pay a restocking fee that was never mentioned previously and is not written on my receipt. I was told that the liner was special ordered for me so I had to pay the restocking fee. I asked when it had arrived and was told on Monday June 15th but no one contacted me. When I questioned this I was told there were no liners to be had and people were waiting to get liners so i had to pay to restock it.meanwhile Steve the customer salesman told me people were on a waiting list for pool liners.

The owner Steve worked with me to clear up my pool water when another pool store kept wanting me to purchase and try other products. Within 24 hrs I had clear water. Thank you Steve and the manufacturer of EZPool for correcting my water problem. I am now a loyal customer of Caribbean Pools.

Wow these guys were great. I had a problem with my pool water and was told that all I needed was to change the sand in my filter with Zeos sand. In a few days my pool was clear. I’ll be back for sure.

Went here to get my water tested.... the guy behind the counter asked me a few questions about my pool .... I guess he didn’t like my answers .... he told me to leave he didn’t need my business!!!!.... UNBELIEVABLE!! How do you stay in business if you don’t respect your customers!!!

I honestly have no idea why I ever go here. They were on my way home today so I stopped to get a bottle of clarifier. Everyone in the store was all over me. Do you need help? Nope I just need clarifier. I grabbed a bottle and went to the register. There was a customer in front of me who was buying a lot of stuff. The kid carried it out for her which took like 15 minutes. I stood there waiting. Every employee made eye contact but suddenly all of that help they offered was gone. The kid came back in and started talking to another employee and they just looked at me standing there with my 1 bottle of clarifier. Finally I just walked out and went to Austintown pools and was in and out in 2 minutes and I even saved a dollar. Austintown pools is cheaper, friendlier, faster and they dont sell Christmas lights either.

I have been buying my stuff here all year my pool water is so screwed up they can’t figure it out almost $300 later the big guy in the back tells me take your business elsewhere I don’t need it or I don’t want it I don’t think they have the knowledge they claim they do because it was chemical after chemical after chemical and they couldn’t get it straight It’s a dam good thing real supplies is down the street without adding any more chemicals they figured it out three days later my pool is back to normal thanks real supply
