Very understaffed. Waited 58 minutes at counter before I was even acknowledged. 2 girls working both said they just started, hum????

What awful customer service. We have shopped at this store in the past, but the man testing the water was absolutely rude today! He refused to test our water because they closed in 15 minutes and said that it was a free service and they did not have to. He told us we would have to leave our water and they would call us on Monday. He said that he was sorry if he snapped but we dont know what kind of day they had there. Sorry but that is no right to be so rude! No where does it say that they will not test water up until a half an hour before they close. We took our water and went elsewhere. You have officially lost our business.

They keep a great record of my pool products and advise me accordingly.

We use Rhiel supply for our pool chemicals and pool testing. They are super helpful and knowledgeable.

Great place to shop aways have an answer for you on your problem.
