Went for candy and bleach you know normal stuff. Ended up leaving my keys by the gummy bears and couldn’t find them. Manager and store associates helped me find them. Good service has become super rare in a lot of stores so shout D tree on washtnaw.

I went to enter the store just before 6pm today and was told by an male employee at the door store was closed.Ok, no big deal. I understand that companies have been short staffed lately.As I went back to my car I noticed three other people go in, and they werent told to leave and were able to shop!I feel very disrespected.

Lots of valuable stuff for under a dollar here. Nice and helpful staff. You can even get reduced priced stuff at the front if youre lucky.

They have a very very large selection of things to choose from the store itself is always very clean and the people who work there are always very helpful. The only thing that would make the store better is if they had more people working the cashiers especially around the holidays. Today there was only one cashier trying to take care of 15 to 20 customers every 5 minutes and although she was fast and we really didnt have that long of a wait I didnt feel that it was very fair to her.

I love the Dollar Tree, first time at this location. Found more than I was looking for...which usually happens. Love the lay out and it was clean and organized.

Sometimes it seems a little empty of items, & unfortunately most of the cashiers arent friendly, even when I try to engage them in conversation. But the manager/owner is exceptionally nice! So he makes up for it!

I loved maura she was a great help. She deserves a raise I came back a second time today just because she was so peppy and bright! I could have went else where but I was happy to see he a second time.

I bought a bunch of food here ...for $12 bucks I got thin spaghetti and spaghetti sauce egg noodles pillsbury dough boy frosting and cake mix coffee..you name it

I love dollar tree but going to this one was pretty strange. During my shopping trip the manager was talking down to employees about a new rule in place on the floor/in front of customers.Then, at checkout the manager and other employee were being confrontational with each other.Overall super weird and uncomfortable at this location.

We go here all the time and they are always friendly helpful and polite. They have a large variety compared to the other ones in our area. Overall a pleasant place to shop.

By far the best dollar store in the area. Its always clean and well stocked with lots of nice products. I enjoy going here to get some smaller holiday gifts and decorations.

Worst customer service ever! The lady Named Jenny wouldn’t offer any assistance on the floor where I was shopping and looking for items in there messy organized store! All she did is say all the way in the back! I came and asked again for simple directions to find the items she gave me attitude rolled here eyes and said the same thing! At the cashier the lady name Loretta gave me my change and I said I have exact change in coins don’t break my dollar and that is my right as a customer... she replied no I have to do this I’m like no you can give me a dollar she just threw my money on the counter and told me if I want the dollar I have to come back again in line after she finishes the customer behind me! Very very rude and racist customer service!

The cashier wasnt friendly. I spoke to her and she didnt open her mouth. I bought 30 cards and she just threw them in the bag.

I go to this Dollar Tree quite a bit. And honestly, it is one of my favorites. Its typically a bit cleaner than the rest. And the customer service is always. Understaffed, but they are Never rude so I do not mind waiting an extra moment.

Good selection of $1 items. Decent staff usually. Biggest complaint is it is terribly bright, the lighting is very bad. Gives me headaches. Does have handicapped parking. Occasionally staff have helped get my purchased items to my car when its too much for me to do when i ask them.

Purchased a partially deflated balloon, and needed help from someone. The cashier was busy and asked that I wait... but her line continued to grow. She told me to a woman who then said “I’m off the clock sorry” it would’ve taken literally a second. As I express my frustration to my daughter, she stood there listening and says “we aren’t allowed to”. 😒 When I asked that she not talk to me, she yelled out in a store full of customers “I didn’t want to in the first place” 🤯 Jules came over to help me and has always been extremely kind. If I knew her schedule I’d only come when she worked.

Nice variety, big store. I went in there today, all the workers looked really mean. No hi, hello, thank you, no smiles, one cashier looked very angry as well. Didnt pretend to be happy either. Could tell she didnt want to be there.

Best dollar store ever the manager is out of this world its always stocked to the hilt I get so many name brands from here some stuff I will not buy anyplace else but her (Heinz, Wishbone, general mills, bounce, bounty, ect. ) it goes on and on huge store has frozen food section also eggs, chese, yogurt, the bread is fresh and delivered by Sara Lee all I can say is check it out!!!

As with all Dollar Tree locations, everything is $1 except for the occasional sale item which is less. Dont make the mistake of thinking they sacrifice on quality though, you can keep your family and budget full and healthy here. This location is quite large and contains a good selection of food, including a frozen section. It also has a variety of home goods and some office supplies. The staff keeps things tidy and can be counted on if you cant find something.

This is usually my preferred location as I usually find everything I want here, but this time I was NOT greeted - and by an extremely rude woman. I simply asked if they sold an item I wasnt sure that would be priced at a dollar. she asked did you look my reply was not, simply didnt want to waste the time roaming if it isnt an item you sale. well reading is fundamental honey This is something Im well aware of, and coming from a dollar cashier... didnt really fit the situation.

I bought laundry scented detergent (Orange one) at this location and as soon as I got home to do chores it had a nasty smell to it and it was yellow instead of the usual clear. Its been contaminated either somebodys pissed in it or mixed it with something else... I had to march to my local grocery store to buy fresh branded detergent which was expensive. You have no idea how disgusted and disappointed I was to find this out at the last second. They should have stickers on the caps to signify its never been opened to avoid this situation...

Need to restock shelves on a regular basis!! I had to open a box to get what I needed!! Pass to visits still not unpacked! Smh!Please mop the floor too! Tha ks!

Very large store,with lots of items

The employees are very nice, the store is fairly clean and well-stocked. It is a Dollar Tree.. So plan on spending more money random things that look like you may want them but after you get them you realize you really didnt need that. The one downside I had for this location is separate carts that you must use to take your stuff to your car and they dont have enough of them. And like any dollar store they are usually understaffed.

Had what I was looking for. Lots of different types of this and that. Some items are relevant for purchase.

This dollar tree has a big selection and the people are usually pretty friendly. It can get a little slow sometimes checking out if a line is forming and the cashier wont call for help. When they do call it goes fast. I would make sure you check the expiration date on foods, they sometimes let stuff slip by. (Especially hot dogs) Save your reciept. Some things like can openers break fast, but they are usually friendly and if you have a receipt exchange it. Food is an exception, so make sure its not expired again. I might give it 4 stars for some of the less flattering things, but honestly everything is only a $1. Most things are a great deal.

This is one of the better Dollar Tree stores. Was closed for two days for renovation, cleaning and restocking. Its like a new store.

I go to the store quite often and find all those things that I would normally pay three times as much for at Meijer or Walmart. They have a great selection of products and its always just a fun visit.
