My girlfriend and I found some towels and washcloths but they seem to be out of place, they werent marked and they seem to be in the wrong location . oh, so I took them up front to the register cashier person he was very rude. I couldnt identify the items on the shelf so I brought them to the counter to check the price he became belligerent ignorant and upsetting my girlfriend through it all we still purchase the towels and washcloths but I probably wont go back there until you get enough complaints about this guy. Needless to say my shopping experience at Big Lots well I wont rate it this time and you dont have the capacity of -6

Went in looking for s small space heater. They had one it was to large for my single bath. The clerk Jada took me right to where they were stocked which saved me time. She was pleasant and professional and offered her further assistance. Nice job! The store was practicing good social distancing. The cashier was efficient and very pleasant as well. O found several unique items I had looked for st other stores that were on my shopping list. Picked up some food items Ive wanted to try at prices lower than the food chains. Over all a great shopping experience at Big Lots

This is a great location compared to others i have gone to. It was organized and there was a lot of home decor! The only problem was there was nobody to assist working on the floor to help me. Ill shop here more often though.

This store always has a wealth of amazing finds. I go there just to look all the time. They have furniture, food, household items, toiletries, and many more items. This store contains a very helpful staff also.

Opens at 8am which is nice. Great place for odds and ends anything from food to furniture. Prices are good on personal products and clearance items are priced to sell. Sales staff are friendly.

The place is clean and has all sorts of fun things that vary week to week. They also randomly have matcha tea powder and good pickles always available for some reason? Its like the Room of Requirement of stores. Plus, everyone is really kind

Its hit or miss. I went here looking for little girl gloves. They only had paper thin kids gloves for $8. I went to the front of the store and found some irregular womens gloves that fit my 5 year old nicely. They cost $4. You have to be prepared to search everywhere.

Not a bad store. The last few times I have gone and needed some assistance with something in the furniture department I had to wait quite a while before anyone had shown up to help. Other than that I am happy with the couch I purchased, and never had any issues with anything else from this store. Looking forward to this years holiday sales.

One of the smaller Big Lots that I have ever been to, so the inventory may not be what you are used to seeing. They keep the store tidy & clean & well put together, except for the restroom I think...each and every time that Ive been (roughly 15 times in the past 6 months) the public restroom has an Temporarily Out of Order sign on it.

Helpful and friendly workers. They didnt have what I needed but informed me of the next shipment. Id recommend this place.

Returned a futon to this location, originally purchased from another store, and was almost immediately treated like I was trying to scam them (though I had my receipt proving that I bought it less than a week prior).I will likely not be going to this place in the future and would recommend that others check out the Lohr Road store instead - it may have a smaller inventory, but the employees are definitely friendlier.

Chock full of surprising items friendly effiecent cashiers clean well stocked and a place where you find yourself picking up things you dont necessarily need but hey why not try it . Really like the housewares section

That is the second time that Ive ever been in a Big Lot store. This store was clean, the merchandise was easy to find and the employees were helpful and friendly. Awesome experience!

I had not been in Big Lots in several years! The merchandise was better quality but the aisles were congested! Checkout was SLOW!! FYI..if you pay with a DEBIT card & return something you will NOT get cash backit automatically goes back on your debitb card!!

A regular big lots with excellent store associates. The store associates here go out of their way to help or at least they did to us. Access is convenient either from Hewitt or Ellsworth. Ample parking.

I dont like the layout of the store. It feels cluttered. They have a great selection of Christmas decorations, but I find hem not really cheap. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Big Lots has improved quite a bit in terms of the products & items the offer. One could find name brands & quality items. I was surprised.

Discount closeout store. Strangely decent selection of furniture. Some close outs are a good deal some are way over priced. Decent clearance section .Older building, really crowed and certain areas seem to always be disheveled. Ollies, another similar store is a couple store over .If you dont find what you want at one try the other.( Ollies is better for candy, linens,flooring and carpet remnants.) The best big lots is on lohr rd by best buy. That store is huge, well lit,clean and better organized.

Did not have carts or baskets no hand sanitizer and several employees were not wearing masks

I never write reviews but I had the most positive experience buying a mattress here. Literally everyone working there is so friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Because of this I came back to purchase a night stand also!

They do not have frozen veggies, only junk food...pizza rolls, ice cream, frozen pizza and such. But over all...pretty okay place.
