Not happy with the salesman at all, he was rude right from the start. I already knew I was buying a bed, I just didnt know which one. He wasnt helpful at all.He seemed irritated with everything he was saying. My wife and I made a decision and just paid for the bed.The bed is terrific by the way!

I made a poor decision and purchased a cheap off-brand mattress from a hole in the wall store a year ago and have regretted it ever since. My body demanded something better, so this time I went to MattressFirm. Follow up...after sleeping in the mattress for a couple months, went back in due waking up with an aching back and was able to pick another mattress. We are returning the one we had hassle free.

I felt like I got a pretty good deal. They offered the king size for the queen price and a free base which the head goes up/down. I’ve never had an adjustable bed, I may or may not use this feature, but it takes the place of a box spring & frame and will fit inside my existing headboard/footboard and side rails. My main concern is waking up with back or neck pain and being stuck with an expensive mattress mistake. Luckily, I have 120 days to try it out. Fine print... you have to give it 21 days first, free delivery BUT $149 “white glove” fee to set up in your room. All in all, I spent a little more than I would have at Sam’s Club, but I will have the mattress right away, a cool head raising frame might be fun for watching TV or reading, and if it really doesn’t work out, I can return or exchange it for a 10-20% restocking fee which is better than nothing. Big thank you to John for educating me on the latest mattress materials and designs, putting up with me trying out nearly every mattress in the store and bringing my measuring tape from home to make sure the frame will fit first.Update... The adjustable King frame did not fit inside my IKEA Hemnes King bed frame. The adjustable frame was too long. It may also have been too wide, but we didnt unfold it all the way. It was a big let down. I was looking forward to my first adjustable bed, but John quickly made it right. He had my choice of low profile box spring delivered the next day and the unused adjustable frame picked up at no charge.

So, the wife and I have been on the hunt for a new mattress for quite some time now. We went to a few shops and either the price wasnt right or the customer service was dirt poor. We finally coasted into the Matress firm and found an awesome bed. This review isnt about that. The associate, John C., that was helping us was beyond great. He explained all the pros and cons to certain mattress types, what youre buying into when you choose a floor model, and the benefits of going with a warranty if you buy new. He never once made us feel like he was up selling us like typical sales men. Our purchase went so smooth and effortless thanks to John, I would purchase here again solely due to his customer service.

When we purchased the bed about 14 days ago i asked about a possible sale over the 4th of July as we were going to be out of state for ten days and wouldnt have access to Internet or phone. We fretted about possibly having to argue with them to get his free product. Boy were we wrong!
