My husband and I went in to look for a new mattress, we came to the store and were greeted immediately by Juan, he helped us find the perfect mattress for us and kept it nicely in our price range, I will definitely be recommending this store to family and friends!

Yesterday, my girlfriend and I left our house with no intention of buying a new mattress or even looking at them. Though we had talked about it a few times in the recent past, we were not in a hurry to make any such purchase. But, after leaving the Yuba City Walmart, we noticed very interesting signs. The signs described great deals at Mattress Firm. Because we were not in any hurry to go back home, we walked to Mattress Firm to learn more. When we were arrived we were greeted five fairy friendly associate, Jaun. Right from the beginning, it was a no pressure environment. He just explained how the process works when shopping for mattresses and what features to keep in mind. He then provided us with advice on which beds to test. Though several felt fantastic, my girlfriend and I settled on the Midnight Intellibed. We notified Juan that we were interested to learn more about the bed and we sat down with him to discuss it’s cost. Thankfully, he informed us that there was a California king-sized bed available. It apparently was returned due to buyers remorse and that we can purchase it for nearly half price. Though we were slightly uneasy about buying a (supposedly) slightly-used bed, we were comforted by the fact that we were told that we can refuse shipment if we see anything wrong with it when it is delivered to our house. We were doubtful that there would be any structure issues with such a object and we read about California laws which require mattresses to be sanitized before for any resale. For these reasons, we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. It only took a few minutes for Juan and his awesome associate (I forgot his name) to put in the paperwork. Now, we have only days to wait for our new bed to arrive and sweet dreams to look forward to.

John at Mattress firm was very nice and knowledgeable! He walked us through all the different options available and helped us find a Mattress we love! Delivery did take a week because the box spring wasnt in stock and the delivery service was fine, nothing to write home about. But we will definitely be back for any future mattress purchases.

Call ahead to be sure what I was looking for was in stock so I didnt travel into town for nothing. Yes we have it I was told. Get there and the same person i spoke to tells me Im sorry I made a mistake, but I have this other mattress thats twice as much. Dont recommend this store to anyone!!!

But the staff took us through the process of finding just the right mattress for him even though making choices are difficult. He was very happy with his selection. John and Felix were wonderful. Best bed buying experience ever!!! JP was very professional and put my needs first instead concentrating on how to maximize sales. Had me try out beds in my price range, and narrowed it down to what best suited my comfort level. He answered all my questions about other popular brands and what the real deal is about them - basically would it be for me or not. Very knowledgeable and friendly. This will be the only place I shop for beds ever.

This store and employees are amazing! I went in clueless about what to even look for to finally sleep comfortably, and scared of what I was going to spend. Rebekah took amazing care of me, she suggested what beds she thought would benefit me and patiently stuck with me while figuring it out, perfectly explaining their finance options but not being pushy. When I found the right bed for myself, she made sure I had everything I needed, (mattress protector for my crazy kids, pillows, etc). She also set it up so I had my bed within that week! When we ran into an issue, she called and fixed it quickly. I LOVE my new bed and my experience there, I’ve recommended even my family!
