Just wanted to share an experience that I have had over the last 15 years while being married to the owner of Always Elegant Bridal. As some of you know Bree has run the shop successfully over the last 15 years. Through all the ups and downs of the global economy, Bree has managed to maintain a passion that can only be expressed with her Brides. Being a small woman owned business in a small town like Yuba City is not about selfish glamour, it is the exact opposite. Its about caring and understanding the Bride’s needs, every day, looking to help and wanting to be a part of that special day. For the last 15 years, through conversation, I have been involved in every happy moment where Brides share a hug, a tear and say YES to the dress. On the flip side I have also been involved in the opposite where someone was not happy. There is a lot of angst and brainstorming that takes place through all hours of the night to resolve the tiniest issue, which may or may not be in her control. There is no one, no team of people that are going to take the care that is required to make sure you are absolutely happy with your experience. You have been in business this long for a reason! It is because you are damn good and it shows!

I have been buying prom dresses here for the last 4 years. The prices are a bit high, but we like supporting local business so we dont mind. This year my graduating daughter found and fell in love with a dress that was higher than her dress budget, but it being her senior year, we made it happen. Then Covid happened....prom was cancelled, businesses closed, and we were never able to pick up the dress. When everything opened up, we called the shop to see if they are making any accommodations to return prom dresses. They are not, and are not willing to compromise to help out the customer at all. As much as we like to shop local, this unwillingness to help a loyal customer out makes me wonder where customer service falls on their agenda. Will not be shopping at this business again.

I went to AE Bridals first Sip & See event and had a great time! The consultant that was working the event was very friendly, informative and attentive. I think this type of event should be something they do often because it gives us brides-to-be an opportunity to look at their inventory without any pressure and prepare for our appointment. Cant wait to go back and try on the beautiful dresses I found there!

Always Elegant is the epitome of bridal elegance. Each and every staff member is extremely qualified, attentive, and personable. During my experience shopping for my wedding gown I never once felt like I was being rushed or pressured into making a purchase. The stylists treated me as if they were my close friend shopping for my gown with me. There can be a lot of stressful moments when planning a wedding, but Bree and her team made my experience seamless. I felt as if I was in a high end boutique in a big city, their service and presentation in all areas is that incredible!I have gone gown shopping with multiple friends at Always Elegant and my experiences continue to impress me. My gown was exactly what I was searching for and I could not have done it without this incredible shop! Brides living near Chico, CA are in for a treat because they just opened up a location in downtown Chico!

Honestly the best experience of a Tuxedo place. I would recommend this place to everyone because the ladies are very nice and do there best to get all people their items. I loved how they helped everyone and even in a rush they still did great.

The Bridal/formal ware shop is a few doors down from this address. This is a really cool, shaved ice, dessert stop called Vampire Penguin. I know this is little ol Yuba City, but Google should get this adjusted so people can find it on the map. Yelp has over 22 reviews of this fun spot, so check it out, Ill be going back.

Wow! I spent all day shopping for a wedding dress in Roseville, Sacramento, and what felt like all over creation! I had received no customer service all day and between my budget and need for modesty I was pretty discouraged. I had heard wonderful things about Always Elegant so I decided this would be our last stop. The owner greeted us as we walked in and she and the consultant started pulling dresses for me. The owner found a $1600 dress and gave it to me for $800! I was going to need some lace sleeves made so she ended up giving me the exact lace from my dress for the alterations completely free! I was able to buy the sample (I have a 3 month engagement and was nervous about time). So I walked out of Always Elegant with a gorgeous dress in my budget, lace for my alterations, and a smile that had been missing from my face all day! Did I mention the owner also gave me a garment bag for free? I will forever be grateful to Always Elegant! They made this bride feel incredibly loved!

This place definitely does not deserve a five star rating all they care about is the money not the brides experience. when i went with my best friend they missed sized her and never called her back to see if she was even interested in ordering the dress from them needless to say we went somewhere else and found the exact same dress at a better price and i canceled my own appointment with them.

Love them, saw them at the yuba city bridal show and loved their dresses... then my friend and I went for a fitting and she found the perfect dress for her big day. All the girls there were great. Lots of selection

How to describe my experience at Always Elegant Bridal?! PHENOMENAL! From the time I walked until after my wedding when the tuxedos were returned we had the best of service. Bee and her team are truly amazing at what they do. They had a special way of making me feel so at ease. The service that my husband and I recieved was top notch the ladies were always smiling and welcoming even our wedding party enjoyed ordering and picking up their wedding attire. My bridesmaids felt just a radiant as I did on our Big Day. Which was important to me because they are my best of friends they deserved to be treated well because we were all celebrating together. Our boys also enjoyed their experience they didnt feel the botique had a stuffy tone and therefore were relaxed through the process even got to joke around a bit. Even my sweet father was put a ease! All in all the experience was a pleasure and I would recommend Always Elegant to ANYONE who wanted to be treated like true lady.

After going to many many bridal places from San Francisco to Reno, I fell in love with my dress at Always Elegant Bridal! Bri was amazing and made me feel like we were friends, easy going, helpful, honest and fun! My dress came in on time and she always accomodated my schedule because I live 45 minutes away.
