Whenever we have phone issues, we go to the Verizon store in Yuba city. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. They are not just trying sell you the most expensive phone, but they ask you questions and listen to what you need. Our last time in there, the guy explained about what phones do what. I am glad that I could write a good comment for them because they were especially nice and helpful.

Employee at 11am was more interested in getting soda for the team then the store of customers with 3 people waiting. I had an appointment. Didnt seem to matter. Not one employee greeted or checked on us. After the soda he went to stand by the door and ignored all customers. 11.3.21 was the day I didnt become a verizon customer or buy an expensive new phone.

Save your time and money, dont go to this store. Very unprofessional, untrained and lacking in customer service. I have a business account and they couldnt figure out how to sell me a phone and make the transaction. Went over to the Verizon Store on Harter Parkway, easy peasy transition and purchase. So great the store on Harter Parkway, I bought 4 phones for the business.

I have samesung galaxy S9 plus.and because of some minor issues it shows weak signal I go over there and ask leady that I have new phone and varison service but some time it shows weak signal she said no problem I change the SIM card and after that it’s works good.she change the card and installed some thing after 20 mints she told me only internet is working on your phone you can’t call with this phone.I asked her why, she said I don’t know.I said this is my new phone and I give you to solve the minor problem but you created a big problem for me.she said we are not doing anything for you sorry.we have new phone here you buy new phone. I talk with manager he said same things,In short, no body listen me over there and asked to buy new phone I have no option left and buy new phone from there .I recommend you every one never go over there. They people always increase your problem except solution.

I had just bought the phone and accidentally locked myself out of the phone, it’s an Apple iPhone SE 2020, went to see if they could restore the phone for me or help me out in any way possible. They guy told me “We can’t do anything for you, not even the FBI could get into it” which made me worry I just bought this phone that I can’t use. Went home, read some articles and ended up restoring the phone myself & getting access to the phone again. Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service.we were told They would not answer any questions without an appointment, with no one in the store and 3 workers playing on there phones. When we asked a simple yes or no question she told us to go online.Just go online. They don’t want to work anyway.

I made an appointment at a certain time, they say if youre more than 15 mins late theyll cancel youre appointment so we were on time. Were got there and 2 people were at lunch, weve been waiting a half hour and still nothing!!!!! Irritating THEN thru promised they would text me when someone was available and never did. I told them we were going to sit down and made sure they were going to text me. They said yes. They took 2 people ahead if me. Never going to this store again. Ill go to Sacramento!!!

Things Id rather do than go to this verizon store: get a root canal without novacaine, have my toenails pulled out by a mobster, be on a 17 hour flight in coach, have my air conditioner fail on a triple digit heat day. You all get the idea. Basically this verizon store is like every other store in America. When the say theres a 15-20 minute wait they really mean 2+ hours and of course it doesnt matter if you were there first theyll serve everyone else ahead of time. Were coming in to literally spend at least $1000 so they should treat their patrons like they have other things to do than spend 7 hours at a verizon store.

No help at all, we tried activating a phone over the phone and had trouble, we came here for help and they told us we needed to make an appointment or call again (our original problem). We then couldn’t do activate the phone and called their store to which they hung up on me and wouldn’t answer. Go to any other store because the customer service was terrible.

Had a lady help us forgot what her name was, we bought 4 phones! Almost didnt help us set up our phones, took another customer while she was still setting up our phones. Did not help us put the expensive 50 dollar screen protector on. Which later was installed wrong on phone at home by me after trying to learn how to do it on YouTube. Worst customer service Ive ever received from a phone store. This was during christmas and I understand that they are trying to make sales but helping another customer while my phones are still in the boxes and hasnt even been turned on yet is beyond the worse experience Ive ever had

I was a bit reluctant to go into this store because of previous reviews, but I had an great experience! Their customer service was fantastic! All of the staff members were extremely helpful and although they had a lot of customers the day after easter, they kept checking in with me letting me know that I would be helped soon. Alex was really helpful and knowledgeable! Staff was very friendly! One of the best experiences that I have had at a Verizon store in years!

Sales people lied to me first to port my number and then to get into their post paid plan. Then they say if i want to unlock my iphone 11 pro max i have to pay it in cash right away, after i did that and i want to convert it to prepay which cost me 200$ credit which i was getting in port proces they felt they are not making any money out of me they kept my phone locked, when i asked them to return it first they fight me and be rude with me, then they asked me 50$ stocking fee and i agreed and then new drama!! They said they can’t return it cz its paid off and now i have to live with that phone with only verison for next 55 days, alex is the guy who misguided first time me and bianca was the girl who was rude and misleading second time and manager fransisco told me it unlocked out side USA, and told me there is no way he can proove it and told me to go on google and find it my self, he wanted me to get off from their store and can not give me anything in writing, i have 43 mins 25 mins and text messaging conversations with tier 2 tech support to prove my point, verizon wireless sales team is nothing but a group of scammers and i hate to say but i will never go to that placeAs owner replied to this post with a reference number, i did respond to them on provided email but nothing happened, also my phone is locked over seas also, to unlock it after market is offering me 400$ extra, shame on verizon staff. This place will sell you products and tell you how great they are, but when there is a problem, warranty or not, they say call tech support or if Apple then take it to Sacramento Apple store. Always the same. Claim luxery of phones, but stand behind nothing. Last lady said, We are not trained for that..

They have remodeled this location. This is my preferred store when I need to go in. They always have a huge selection on the floor. They ALWAYS have them in stock (compaired to the Verizon store on the other side of Yuba by the Wal-Mart. Totally pointless going in over there they never have anything in stock when you want to purchasr lol) I like the new remodel too, makes everything very easy to view the phones, test them out, etc. And They have this cool feature if you are already with Verizon, it pops up a check in feature on your phone so you can be helped faster. I thought that was pretty cool. If you are like me and just love buying new trinkets, you will feel like a kid in a candy store for sure lol!!

I hate this store! Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! The associates have no idea what they are talking about. Customers are harassed with the constant question of Are you ready to purchase? Why the heck would I spend $840 on a cell phone without having all of my questions answered about it? Even when you make an appointment it still takes forever. Bring a snack, because you are going to need one. I have never been satisfied with any of the experiences that I have had at the YC mall store.

On May 13, a woman who did not know her name (WHO IS SPANISH SPANISH? Porqe last year attended me in Spanish) told me that she did not speak it. Being that last year to sell me a product, I spoke good Spanish. It is a woman a little fat, blonde and is in the entrance.Verizon seriously hire those people? That woman suffers from Alzheimers Because she forgot things, she forgot to speak Spanish. This was yesterday at about 7 p.m. and I was one more man you ignored.
