Xfinity has a great staff. They are helpful and patient. Transferred my cell service to them and already saving $50+! Thats money for a lot of face masks! Really appreciated the time to ensure great customer service and for ensuring I walked out of there store with a phone that I was happy to buy.
Xfinity rep, Lewis, came to my house and set up my new account. All good. However, his attitude is extremely unprofessional. He called the service rep, who arranged our appt, idiots and said, ...we dont listen to them. His attitude was demeaning and off putting. When I asked for his last name, he said, ...I dont give out my last name. Awful!!
Worse experience in my life.There’s bad service then there’s Xfinity.Comcast covering up under a different brand.
When speaking with a person in the store very helpful. When I was trying to call to speak with a person antomotive machine anwsered. Istead of helping me it reset my tv box it was working fine.

I was told on the phone all I had to do was go into store an pick up my equipment??I got there at 11am an I left at 330 pm!!!they guy kept saying that I shouldnt be getting the deal that Im getting!!man worse service Ive ever gotten anywhere in my whole life

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Our cable box stopped working and online tech support couldn’t fix the problem. We went into the local store to cancel our cable altogether and there was never a push to keep our cable service. Matthew helped us with the process, which was a lot quicker that expected. He was very informative and never pressured us into keeping the cable and/or getting a better deal on the cable.COVID protocol- lots of plexiglass barriers between desk stations and hands sanitizer and wipes throughout the store. Felt very clean!Something that was absolutely disgusting though was a woman in line in front of us was smoking a cigarette not even 5 feet from the entrance. The door to the store was open with employees and customers right there. While no one wants to be that person to tell someone to dispose of a cigarette while outside, it is illegal (at least 20 ft from entrance of building).
The people working in the place are nice but I am very disappointed about the service, it has already been more than 17 without internet. I was told the problem was going to be fixed around 5:00 PM and is has been long passed the time they said it was going to be fixed.
I had to turn in my old modem. I got there at opening and was out of there 10 minutes later. Friendly employees.
Poor support missing action of removing the modern from my account after we returned the equipment to this store; hence the billing still include the rental charges. Have to call to xifinity online service to take care this mistake and still waiting for the correction ......

Slightly off-putting. When I walked in there was a bit of tension in the air. I dont know if this was related to something that was going on before I walked in or not, but the end result was likely the same with either, not personable nor very friendly. Fake smiles.

Installer wouldnt rebook to where I wanted and how made a hole in my mobile home and now I have nothing but trouble with my tvs and router keeps turning off!
After the experience I just had with them, I will no longer be a customer, so unhappy with what happen and will be getting service else where!
Did not solve my issue. Spent a total of 6 hours trying to get the right box, got it, but then could not get my service working first store tried to send me home with the wrong box

I handed in my modem guy said dont worry I dont need your account info it has the serial numbers, few months pass and Im still being charged. I think I got them to reverse it. Just make sure to keep track of the last four of the SN of your rentals.
