Took my car here after a front end collision on an insurance claim, front fender was replaced i noticed bolts left loose as soon as I opened the door front hood replaced paint started peeling a year later front right tire sidewall was sliced, horn was damaged & windshield washer fluid reservoir was damaged in accident- but overlooked when they did the estimate. When I brought the car back with my dissatisfaction a week after picking it up- their remedy was to file a new insurance claim pay another deductible & theyd repair what they overlooked. Avoid this shop at all costs! 👎🏽

Brian was great he went the extra mile for me n made sure that everything was taken care of on my car n so did his machanic Wayne Brian is very friendly n has wonderful customer service. If I was able to give more then 5 stars I would give them 10 star. They were awesome. I will decently keep going to them for any of my auto services. My paint job they did on the front of my car was flawless. They had to put a new headlight lends and 2 new low beam light bulbs an 2 new fuses because a lady had hit my front end of my car. Plus when they were done fixing it they washed, waxed, sprayed my engine off and cleaned my passenger side front headlight lites so that it looked just as new as the other one. Plus the put back on my front skid guard underneath for me also. I would decently recommend them to all my family and friends.Thx so much u were awesome. Terrilynn Sims

Avoid this place at all costs. They had my vehicle for 6 weeks and couldn’t get the job done properly. They consistently pushed back the ready date every week. The paint on my vehicle was flaking after getting it back on top of the laundry list of other things they didn’t get right (failed to re-install a reservoir, stained the hood liner, scratched an a-pillar, the bumper kept popping out, panels were not aligned properly, the car did not drive straight, and my tail lights and interior lights wouldn’t work after getting it back.) They claimed it was a “setting” that needed to be adjusted. They recommended I take it to a dealer to fix it. They were performing the repairs on my car so why should I have to take it anywhere else? Turns out it was a blown fuse that I found myself and replaced. The incompetency was amazing. When I tried to take the car back for the 3rd time to fix the remaining issues they recommended I consult with a different shop. Their shop employees are unprofessional as do sloppy body work. They were supposed to repaint entire panels but instead used touch up paint that was obviously done to expedite the job. Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere if you want a repair that will last. Needless to say, I decided not to take my vehicle back to them.

Have a hole the size of a pencil in my rear bumper cover and was told by one of the estimaters that it could not be repaired properly and I would need a whole new bumper cover. Seems like a rip off because I know there are ways that it could be repaired properly I was not born yesterday. My opinion from previous experience and knowledge is that this place is a rip off, BEWARE!!!! They were willing to let me walk because I wouldnt pay top dollar. The website clearly says they do specialty work and options that can save you money. I received none of that. I rarely write reviews but I had to in this case. YOU CANT REPAIR A 1/4 INCH HOLE????? They also claim on their website to repair windows but when I inquire about my window they referred me to another company. These other reviews are probably from the 30 or so employees they have there. LOL

Very professional. I went in, asked for an estimate and they gave it to me in minutes free of charge. I did not have the work done yet, but so far I am very pleased. They seem quite competent to do a job well done.

Was in an accident that punctured my gas tank. Repair was made and one week later my gas tank dumped all over my garage. Extensive garage cleaning was needed to rid the fuel smell. Car had to be towed back and fixed. Approximately one month later noticed an expensive floor mat missing from my vehicle. The crew at the shop seems understanding and polite however, between the fuel spill from an improperly fixed car and the all weather floor mat missing I will not be returning or recomending this place.

This review is based solely on customer service since I havent seen their work. The person paying for my repairs picked a different shop but I would definitely give them a chance just because of how helpful and kind the guy that helped me with my quote was.

Had a mirror torn off and door/internals damaged during snow storm. This place was Geico certified. Did the assessment with the shop, then after prompt communication, dropped the vehicle off for repairs. All communication was done between the shop and the insurance. After the repairs (over a week), all I did was pick up my car, paid the deductible, and drove home. Besides superb quality of repair and them cleaning both the interior and exterior of the car, I didnt have to lift a finger. Yucaipa Auto communicated directly with Geico. They were also very prompt and patient when I would call to check the status. Even though its an hour away from me, thats the shop Im using as my primary.

Yuciapa Auto Body is amazing. Doug really took his time to go over all the details with me. He spent over 45 minutes going over my car with me. The car was spotless upon picking up. Their detail guy did a better job than any mobile detail guy I’ve ever used. The shop was clean & even the painter/Body guys acknowledged me & greeted me. I couldn’t be happier!

This place was recomended by a family member who took her car here twice with no issues. So brought my wifes jeep cherokee here first to fix a door ding and when we picked up the car there was a spot on the door not painted at all just metal. (Things happen) so they fixed the problem and to be honest paint looks good from a far but up close you can see some flaws. So when we picked up my wifes car we dropped off my ford fusion at the same time. Alot of work needed to be done with a 27 day estimate of completion. Now i am a pretty understanding person and know things happen to miss deadlines. But 1 week before i recieved a call saying it was on track. Then every week for 3 weeks after deadline i was told car was going to be ready at end of week. 3 week comes around and decided to drive by since i recieved the same story everyweek. Called steve as i was sitting outside next to the car that was parked in the street not being worked on and he lied to me and told me my car was being cleaned up as we speak and should be ready tomorrow. Which was a lie since i was looking at the car parked in the street not being worked on. So spoke with the owner to resolve the issue. The owner was very upfront with me and made my car a priority and made sure it was done by the end of that week. Car over deadline should of been a priority 3 weeks earlier but maybe my mistake for not speaking to the owner sooner? Overall will not return here again.

I am so grateful for the hard work these folks put in! I originally chose this place because they were so friendly on the phone and in person. They exceeded my expectations by far! James was my contact person and he went above and beyond. My truck came back looking brand new inside and out! It was a pleasure to work with them and so good to see a business that really treats their customers so amazing! Thank you, I will refer anyone needing auto collision repair!

When you need to trust someone, these are the guys. Bought a used car (private), that the dealership had found damage on while in for another small repair, and the previous owner claims had no knowledge of it. My concern was safety as this was for a first time driver. Took it here for assessment. I was at their mercy, but they looked out for me and sent me in the right direction. After giving us an estimate we shopped around and found that Yucaipa Auto Collision was right on target. They also stated that they would be keeping our vehicle for 5 days and Caliber Collision (the big wigs in town) would keep it for 7. We decided to go with YAC. During the time they had our car they suffered a personal tragedy at the shop as one of the owners or co-owner passed away. They remained proffesional and curtious. We had rented a car and were concerned about delays but YAC made sure we were out no extra money. They did keep the car for an extra couple of days but compensated us.The work they did was fantastic. They repaired both metal and fiberglass and we could not tell that any work was ever needed. The car was returned clean and smelled good. I would recommend YAC to anybody.
