Auto zone sold me a used part and I went and return it and they said thats not are part open your boxes first before you leave it might been a return of some else they did not check there parts before returns at autozone in Yucaipa blvd at the end I look bad they thought it was me trying to return a used part thank you no worries its just a $18.99 part I will lose my 20 bucks Im not worried just check your parts

If they dont have what you need they always are happy to order it or find it for You. Usually the one in calimesa will have most of what they dont. And Ive noticed sometimes its the same visa versa .

Dario customer service is incredibly horrible and he is rude! I do not recommend! He needs to take a lesson on how to not be a rude! Every time I need something for my vehicle or rv this place never, let me repeat NEVER wants to assist me. Last time I ever call or go to again after speaking to Ricardo after being on hold for 15 min simple ask if he can help find a part. Before I can ever finish my vehicle stated not in stock. Ok can I order it stated no he needs a part number... I am almost done with AutoZone as a whole after a 5000mile trip stopping at numerous and getting different answers and wrong fluids sold to me. Or a battery they didnt have after I walk over and grab it off the shelf with bad back. Today is the last time this place will come to my mind when looking for anything to do with my vehicles. Great Job!

Quick to judge a person by ones appearance dress sharp ..

Dont ask them to install a battery at this location, expect to wait about 45 minutes while the guy gets the stuff together and then takes an additional 30 minutes to put a battery in. Just by the battery and put it in yourself save you an hour

All I can tell you is that all the gentleman that work there today I came in at 11:30 on my half-hour lunch break and I had a dead battery so my battery was taken out my battery was replaced and a fantastic price great customer service and I was home within the 30 minutes I had for lunch great job highly recommended

The sales representative Neil an older gentleman with a beard help me out immensely. I had an issue with my brake light staying on and he seemed to have the right answer. It just required replacing the brake sensor, a $9 part after taxes. Definitely going back there again

The people here are always friendly and helpful and i almost always find what i need! Parts for my car are not always easily found but for some reason i never have a problem here! I also like how they always remember to tell you about the deals if you are buying something that there might be a better deal if you buy 2 or a different size!

I always get great customer service here. It sucks when you have to fix stuff on your car, but the staff here are always helpful, and it makes car repairs somewhat enjoyable. Because of how helpful and courteous they are, I dont go anywhere else for parts.

My husband loves shopping here of course for me its like lets hurry and get out but we usually dont the employee are nice although sometimes they give my husband a hard time usually about some pricing and warranty but for the most part they are helpful and we get whatever it is that we went there for so I dont know why they upset him so let hope that changes since we brought it up to their attention.

Typical auto parts chain store. It is clean, well lit and has plenty of parking. The employees are usually nice and attempt to be helpful. If you know what you need call ahead to make sure its in stock. Be sure to have your vehicle information ready when you do. The employees have to look up every part by vehicle on the computer. If you just tell them you need a cap and rotor for a Chevy 350 they will be lost. If you can, it is advisable to bring in your old part to compare it to the part they aretrying to sell you. Many times I have had them try to sell me the wrong part. As helpful as the employees try to be I would not recommend asking for any mechanical advice. They are not mechanics or they wouldnt be working in a parts store.11-17-17: If you can wait I would not buy any part from this chain ever again. They just told me it cost $90 for an ignition coil. The same coil on amazon is $15. Thats plain robbery. Im not paying a 500% markup on anything.

I always shop Auto Zone for my vehicle needs. The one issue that concerns me is that the parts manager explained to me that the employees have to answer the phones. This is understandable however when people have been waiting in line for awhile and the person on the phone gets the service first while price shopping over a paying customer. Well I just cant see this as a good business model. Please place on hold or use some type of call back system when the counter is busy.

I was a little disappointed this morning, I am a faithful autozone guy. But I was at my local autozone around 8am, doors were closed. After 5to10 minutes they opened doors and let me know they couldnt sell anything because computers were down, but they did let me drain oil. They did not know how long. I know, probably it wasnt employees fault, but it was inconvenient. So I went to this one in yucaipa, they were out of my oil I use, nothing special, but 5w20 valvoline. Stocking issue, ordering issue, who knows, but if you got a deal going you should have good stock. It didnt help that the employee seemed new, didnt know answers to questions for comparable, or something else I asked about. I had grace, but he didnt refer to anyone else for answers. So, it was my first time in this autozone, bad first impression. The guy was very friendly though, gotta give him that.

So today just isnt my day.Car is making a funny noise so I checked my fluids and took it to auto zone. Talked to a guy with chargers tattoos all over his body. Explained the noise and told him I checked my fluid levels but cant seem to figure out whats wrong. He told me it could be anything. I asked him if he could come just take a quick look for me. He told me he had to stay behind the counter. There were two more people working there that walked to the back as soon as I asked the guy if he could come out to help me. I tell him thanks anyways, and leave.I get to my car and begin to make a phonecall. Im sitting there idle for a couple minutes, and see Mr. Gay Chargers tattoos walking out to an older gentlemens car who is parked right across from mine. I step out of my car and said, I thought you needed to stay behind the counter? And he responds to me, well this guy is a regular.#Tasia

Sucks and there venders suck even more . I bought 2 cans of Auto de-greaser. They were about 6.50 each. the pressure on both cans ran out and there was still close to half a can of fluid inside left .I went back and this time bought a can of the heavy duty De greaser9 dollars and the same shut half a can left. I took them all back and they wanted to argue with me about it like I didnt follow the instructions. I thru the cans at him one at a time ding, ding, bang missed with the last one. And walked out.

Grumpy, unknowledgeable, slow, hate to return anything. (Even tho u bought it w your reward card) employees. Should fire whole store and rehire people who want to work and have customer service skills. Palabra!
