The parts guys were super helpful and nice. They tried really hard to find the part that I needed. They didnt have the part but they were able to suggest a place to go to find the part.

The price on a Legend Napa Battery 7549 was $140. They gave me a military discount and a visa gift card for $10. Good deal. I had called the Beaumont store, however they never called back when I asked for 7549 battery. They said it would take a week because they had to bring it out of state. The Yucaipa store had the battery and they called me back when they found it 1/2 hour later. Overall a great price for a battery with a 75 month warranty. The customer service is good, management just needs to implement a protective mask policy. Wear masks and demand that customers walking-in are doing the same. It recently changed ownership and is in the process of remodeling.

Wonderful store, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Cant recommend them enough, they care and can provide that personal service that many other stores are lacking. If you want to see an exceptional example of customer service this is the place. Id give 6 stars if I could...if you come here and have a bad experience its your fault not theirs.

I always found Napa to be a little more expensive than everyone else. This store which is recently opened was on my way home so I stopped for a transmission filter. A couple of the guys from the old auto parts store are still there and one of them helped me and pulled my part and it was a reasonable $15. Like I said in my past experience with Napa the part generally were substantially more than say OReillys or AutoZone. I was pleasantly surprise to find the price was right alongside either one of those stores. Ill be going back I believe.

If you have an old car, this is the place to find the part. I have a 1959 and they spend a lot of time cross referencing the old part books to find the correct part. Some of the online stores deliver rusty parts that have been sitting in their warehouse for 50 years and they will not take refunds. House of Quality has always delivered first quality parts and service.

Im a middle-aged female schoolteacher with no mechanical experience and the guys at House of Quality have probably helped me save $10,000 on car repairs over the last five years or so. They always treat me respectfully and answer my ignorant questions cheerfully! They make sure that I have the all of the correct parts and the tools to get the job done. I really appreciate that they never talk down to me, as had been my experience in other places. Their prices are good and they if they dont have the part in stock, they can get it quickly... Always faster than the internet!

House of quality is superior in my mind. After Star Auto Parts changed owners I guess I wasnt welcome or they didnt want or need my business! The first time I went to Quality Auto parts I was welcomed with an equal and positive attitude, I told him One time what I needed not two times. These people are on it.

Ive been going here for years. They have helped me not only get the right suffering but they have even came out to my car and changed lights for me and help me put oil in my car cus I couldnt open it. Best auto part store ever 100%

Just whent to this place looking for screws for the mofler and catalitic converter usually some places dont even bother they just say O no we dont have it but this old Men came to me and he take the time to look for what I need and he gave me excellent service some times you feel good when people care about their work thank you
