Super awesome customer service!!!I needed a fax machine, I went in to this location with 10 minutes before closing. The staff that was getting ready to close up shop, were still on point with all of the information I would need and extremely helpful.Everything is up and running, and business is flowing as normal.Thank you so much Amanda, Jacob and Andre! Help was incredible. 😀Had a print job that was too much for the simple printers they have out front and the assistant behind the desk was impressive. 👍I walk around to what they have and wow this staples has everything. 🤠

I would give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BUT I received terrible customer from the woman who was working at the printing department. Because of Covid-19 there has been changes to not only the store itself but also the printing department (which I wasn’t aware of). I was expecting to be able to go in, have a photo printed off on card paper, and pay for it. No, the woman not only told me four different times that the turn-around wait time is 4 days but the tone and body language made me aware that she either hates her job or really needs to be retrained on what customer service is. I get it! It’s Covid, times are hard, people want photos printed but for one card I have to wait 4 days? The woman had me print a photo of the invite instead which was NOT what I wanted at all.So if you’re a parent/someone who’s looking to have just ONE photo printed as a card, be aware that you have to wait 4 days for that one print.

They had all the products that were on sale. The whole rebate option for paper not cool because its a lot of work for a few dollars. The other items are usually overpriced so I just go for sale items. Also, the line to check out was way to long it took an additional 10-15 minutes. It would be a 3.5 but that wasnt an option.

Excellent service. These employees always do their best - especially the tech department. They treat you like family. I love going into the store- way better results and experience than going on line.

The people were super friendly, especially Shannon aka Sharron... Made my whole experience quick and easy and right to the point as well as fun! At first i thought they were closed but come to find out M-F they are open til 9pm so i am thankful for that! I would go back any time! My objective was a return/exchange and i had no trouble! Been going here for several years and I love it. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Had a falling out with one of the staff one time I guess she was having a bad day that day but as a few weeks went by she became nice and never had a problem since. She is rather nice and helpful so I’m glad she hasn’t had anymore bad days. Another staff had transferred out because she had to move so she is missed as well. The store is always very clean and well stocked. If I can’t find something they are on top of it even as far as looking for it at another store or having it shipped to the store.

Customer services is very spotty at best depending on sales rep you ask for help.I asked the sales rep to look up what kind of toner I needed for my business fax machine. After he blew me off. I said look I need some customer service. Then he proceed to look and said we are out. I said can you please look and see when you will get more in or is there any in the back. He said theres some in the back. I said great can you go check. He told me no. Once again I said I need some customer service .....was there someone else that would that would help me. Another gentleman came to help me and I asked him to take the time to look in the back for the toner I needed because my business really needed the toner. Took that sales rep one minute. To give me the toner I needed. If I was not persistent I wouldve never got the toner I need.

I purchased Staples brank ink for my HP Envy with the guarentee it works for my printer. Staples brand ink does not work and without the receipt the store is unwilling to help me. I have the packaged full ink cartridge but Staples wont budge. I expected more from my local Staples. I will jot make that mistake twice.When I called customer support they said trading the ink in would be no problem, bet i wont be able to get that guy on line again.

The staff at the Yucaipa Staples is excellent! One gentleman, who has been there for seven years, is always most helpful, greets every customer with a smile and makes sure all my shopping needs have been met. Small-town service by a big-name company... our family goes to Staples Yucaipa for all our stationery/computer needs.

Been there 3 times over the past 3 days and excellent each time.

The Good & Bad in 3 sentences:If you need an office item, from pens to PCs, they have it. Your choices might be few, but you can get exactly what you need, just not exactly what you want.The store employees are friendly and will attempt to help you if they can, but are not always able too. Sometimes it can be due to a store or corporate policy, poor training, or they simply dont know how.A corporation as large as Staples can buy goods cheap and pass on savings to the consumer and there are items on sale weekly. However if you need an item that is not on sale you will pay 2 to 4 times what the same item cost from Amazon & it is delivered to your door.

Honestly, I don’t know what the bad reviews are about... I will speak for my experience, however. I have an Apple Watch 42mm, and I desperately needed a screen protector put on. Here, staples came in extra-handy; as the screen protector they had was a liquid apply screen protector—just what I was looking for. Customer service was outstanding, and they even applied the screen protector for me flawlessly; you can’t even tell it’s there, and there isn’t even a single speck of dust. For those of you looking for a great screen protector for your Apple Watch, look no further. Just come here and they’ll take care of you!

I have been to this store twice and have had excellent customer service. A woman by the name of Collette, in particular, went above board to get what I needed. I have been more than happy with the service.

Seriously overpriced. Plastic dividers with folders should not be $5.96 thats robbery. Target had the same ones for $2.96 and Im sure Walmart is lower than that. The employees are slow and takes to long of a hassle to get of there for so called quick get it an go last minute school night trips. They need to a least price match if your going to stand in line for ten minutes and stare at one cashier.

I went in looking for the right cable to fit my new printer but wasnt sure and the lady said to take a photo. It went okay overall. Prices seem to be a bit high.

Came in for a laptop charger then decided to buy a laptop but of course after 20 minutes of waiting while the manager was looking they didn’t have so then asked about another laptop waited a little longer and of course nope they didn’t have either!! So then I asked what laptop do they have out of there 6 displays in stock and zero she says!!!! Unbelievable wasted over 30 minutes when she should’ve just told me sorry no laptops in stock!! I even asked to buy display but of course can’t do that either!

I hope all Staples are not as bad as this one. Ive been in there 4 times now and each time has been a negative experience. Its like they are old school or something. They dont carry USB 3.0 cables!?!?! The printing prices are incredibly high, Some of the employees have a major attitude of laziness and apathy. Their store opens way too late to be useful. I could go on and on, but cmon Staples get a clue!

Waited for over 10 minutes to have somebody even say they would be with me in a moment, then somebody finally waited on me after 13 minutes, I consider that too long a time to wait.

I didnt Like nor Hated this Place... Lemme Start with My math Enlargement Project. I had to Enlarge a Video game *4.. It was 20 x 21 print so we went there the guy started talking about how the Machine was Busted and it only printed Engineering Print. And showed us one of the Examples and then we saw a Costumer Came in while me and my dad Were Deciding and she got her stuff in less than a minute so me and My dad Went up to The guy with Respect said thanks and Left. We were so mad Though...
