I have been coming to this CVS for a long time and honestly its usually not too bad. So we decided to get our flu shots since they have signs saying fast and friendly flu shots, well this was not the case. After waiting an hour we left and now I am going to move my prescriptions away as well. There were a large number of people waiting for their vaccines who made appointments and had to wait well over an hour. It was crazy. They had one guy doing the vaccines (Covid and Flu) and 12 others standing around telling everyone to wait. Someone needs to look at management in the pharmacy and hire more staff that can actually do the job.
In the past Ive gone to CVS on occasions to pick up medication and the pharmacy drive-up Personnel were rather rude and Kurt so I stopped going for a long time. And then I started back up for myself recently to go in and buy a few things and I must say the people at the counter the cashiers were terrific very very helpful very very friendly couldnt be nicer and I was very very impressed so I guess Ill start going back to CVS on a regular basis for my things that I need but I still dont go to the pharmacy anymore. Overall the staff in the store is terrific I cant say anything about the pharmacy Department because I dont go there anymore.
Got what I needed for prescriptions and it was pretty quick and easy.
Can the pharmacist be any ruder? Seriously? Is there a reason to be so grumpy when assisting a client filling their prescriptions? I’m new to area and trying to get my prescriptions transferred and I’m told different stories just to finally be told, “oh it’s on hold” “will take a few hours to fill. The pharmacist actual said “mmk” really? Get a new pharmacist who doesn’t show her annoyance when having to assist someone.
The pharmacy could at least tell one when pills are on hold so one doesn’t have to show up 3 days in a row is it very unprofessional. Looks like ill be going to wallgreens from now on
Pharmacy is horrible. Actually most of the employees at the pharmacy are great. I’m not sure if this one particular lady is the pharmacy manager or not but I was discriminated against and would not let me buy my medical prescription. If it’s worth it I will be looking into filing a lawsuit.
Was told they were going to check other store’s inventory, was rather hung up on. Happened again when I called back, horrible customer service
I wanted to return something but didn’t have the receipt, the item was $17.89 that I paid full price when I had bought it. The cashier was only going to give me $9.99 back, I explained that I bought the item for $17.89 regular price, she called up the manager Patty and Patty told me since I didn’t have a receipt the item automatically gives me the last sale price. So I lost $8 dollars since they are cheap and only give people the sale prices on returns. BS!
Pharmacy is so slow! Why wait when you can help the local pharmacies?!I switched and my life is so much easier.

Poor customer service. Rushing to get off the phone and failing to thoroughly check if a prescription has been called in. Dr called Twice and spoke to one of the employees named Anthony, who said the prescription she called in was buried under paperwork and he did not see it.
Pharmacy is horrible, the Asian lady in there would not give me any syringes even after I showed her my prescription for my medication, Im assuming because Im tattooed from head to toe and she was judging me on my appearance, No wonder their reviews are so low.
Terrible drive thru covid 19 testing center. They are very slow and rude. They make you book an appointment time and dont honor it. If getting tested here set aside at least an hour of your day for it because they take over an hour to put something in your nose.

The staff in the pharmacy was absolutely rude and unprofessional this morning on 03/30/20 at approximately 9:50am. The old woman with white hair treated myself, my girlfriend, as well as the other staff behind the counter with her, very poorly. She was rude and condescending for no reason. Very very bad attitude. Please retire her, she no longer needs to be in the work force with such an unpleasant and unnecessary attitude. I’m surprised in her 100 years of life she hasn’t learned how to properly speak to people. Disgraceful.

I had several 4x6 prints done online, they were cropped way too much, faces cut off, and the colors were really bad. Wont be going here again.
Im tired of CVS taking my order, telling me it will be ready by a certain time, then we dont have that medicine- it needs to be ordered when I show up at the schedule time to pick up. Thanks for the call before I drive out there...Last time my medication was not even in when they said it would be ready. I needed the medication to not be in pain all day, so they called the Highland location because I was literally on my way out of town. They put the order in in Highland. It took 20 minutes to fill there because they didnt bother starting it until I got there. Do any CVS locations not suck?

Watch out for the manager Katherine Pham, after making over 3 mistakes on my prescriptions, including loosing one of them, she will refuse to take responsibility for her mistakes and will do nothing to help you. So, if you are in dyer need of your heart meds, and she lost your prescription, she wont even have the courtesy of calling your doctor to get a new one. Shell tell you she will, but after waiting for one week and ended in the hospital for not having my med (for Congestive Heart Failure)she never called the doctors office even once. This was confirmed with the office. Not only that, but she is unprofessional and acted like a 3 year old, yelling at me on the phone telling me that I was crazy (WHAT? and you are a pharmacist????), not exactly the proper conduct for a license Pharmacist. Today, they call me and tell me they have 3 prescriptions ready, WHAT? I just spoke to the doctor and he faxed only one, why do you have 3 of them? Them..... Oh I guess we ended up finding the one that was lost and then theres this other one.... me.... Why didnt they call me last week so I didnt end up in emergency? ...them:...she probably got to busy and forgot. me:.. WHAT???? you are putting peoples life in danger.....Anyway, it isnt even worth getting my heart rate up for people that dont even appreciate their job and profession. Never again CVS in Yucaipa, the worst manager Ive ever come across. The rest of the girls are fine, but please check your meds before you take them, specially if Katherine is managing that day. I no longer have trust for them, like I said, it wasnt the first mistake but the 3rd.A concerned patient.
HORRIBLE i been waiting for my medication for 3 weeks now they messed up gave me the wrong medication i had to go to the ER because of them. Then when i returned the medication the lady who worked there stole it and the pharmacist covered for her ITS ALL ON TAPE made a police report and filed with the pharmacy board these people should NOT be running this store.
They were vertical helpful when the ins needed to be called an needed a rx earlier due to the medication being compromised.
