Pharmacy has zero communication and is more often than not, less than competent. There are very few I have seen in there that are actually there to do their job. I’ve been on hold for over 20min twice today and the pharmacy keeps picking the phone up and putting it back on hold without saying anything. So no one is getting through on the phone lines. Being on bed rest after major surgery and not being able to drive up there to ask them in person exactly what is going on, is less than ideal for all of us. This pharmacy needs a significantly hard revamp in procedures.

Store Policy changes quicker than they will open the restroom for you. And thats when they actually are willing to let you use the restroom instead of roll their eyes as if youre making them go out of their way to open a door for you to use a public bathroom. I mean, Im pretty sure that girl scanning my Sour Patch Kids isnt willing to pay for my indecent exposure ticket for popping a squat in the parking lot. Seriously though, all jokes aside, this Walgreens is lucky that it is the ONLY establishment open after 9pm or else they would have NO customers.The staff is rude to the point that you question whether or not they are actually allowed to treat you that way. Not to mention, they change policy on the fly to meet their needs, not those of the customer.Seriously, I wish there was someone from Walgreens corporate who actually read these reviews, because it would be nice to be able to actually enjoy my almost daily trip to the local store to buy candy and the occasional box of hair dye, while interacting with staff that make you feel welcome and taken care of. *sigh* Oh well, One can dream...

Anytime I call in a med and go to pick it up it’s never ready. I’m always told it will be another hour or two. Staff at the pharmacy are very slow and disrespectful.

I will never forget when the lady from cosmetics thought that she had caught me shoplifting! She had just gone threw, what ever training, Wallgreens gave her...I was, that day as mad as....The night manager told me something similar had happened to his daughter and she took the store where it happened to court and won. $ 25, 000,00.

Worst pharmacy in town!!!!! The pharm techs are rude, not customer friendly at all, refusing to admit typo error they inputted, saying insurance doesn’t cover. They charge more than double for cash out of pocket more than other pharmacy I’ve been going through for past 16 months ( I will keep nameless), the other pharmacy got a new pharmacist and no longer orders this common medication for nausea vomiting and vertigo. Every visit here is a struggle and a fight to make sure they are processing the Rx correctly and I have to contact insurance rep to call them out on their fraudulent practices. They constantly lie and the waiting here is awful. They told me it is ready in 20 minutes after waiting 25 minutes behind one person. I shopped around the isles for 45 min, then stood in line another 15 minutes and it t wasn’t ready, then they said it would be another 20 minutes after telling me insurance doesn’t cover it and trying to get me to pay over $228 for a medication other pharmacy charges $108 retail. I told them that wasn’t correct to run it through my insurance again 25 minutes at the counter. they now want to charge me $78 for medication that I know insurance covers and I have been paying $30/month for the past 16 months. I was forced to accept that price they said it would be another 20 minutes to fill. I see the sealed box of my Rx in front of me, all it needs is the Rx label sticker. I go wait in the car and call my insurance rep again from my car, I find out they lied to me again. The insurance rep told them to process my Rx correctly for $30 Co pay. Now I’m waiting again. Did the exact same thing with my teen son’s medication for his autoimmune disease last week, calling them out on trying to rip me off by price gouging, lying. They are rude, eyes rolling back, and the line just keeps getting longer other customers are angry with me for not being willing to be gouged ripped off, calling them on it. I was very calm, patient, polite and respectful to them but they are not professional at all.

I think that is pretty stupid to stop 24 hour service or at least open at 7 or 8 .because now you are going to have alot of people going at same time to shop and that will spread any VIRUS.think about your making a crowd opening LATE.

They dont have prices listed for some items and it threw me off, walked to the counter thinking my items were on sale but they both said it wasnt and I went back to check the item that was on sale was right next to my item and there was absolutely no price tag for my item when I pointed it out I kinda just got a dumb look and ignored

The district manager needs to clean house. Pharmacy tech is a liar. Said insurance wouldn’t cover my meds and said I need to contact doctor. I called insurance and the tech was using the wrong code. Waste of time. Had no issue with CVS.

Pharmacy lady was very rude !!! my 10 month old is really sick and also bad pink eye and needed her Medicine and she refused because she couldnt find my daughters info and if that happens other pharmacys usually use my info because shes under me but she wouldnt and was very rude. Trying to make me pay 200 for eye drops !!!

Those five stars are for you! Your kindness shined through my grandmas face as I walked in and showed her all the stuff everyone had help put together for her. stuff that she not only needed. but, things to make her transition to her new home more comfortabl. I walked in with a list of things my grandma needed and on a tight budget not only did she help me find the best products to best fit my grandmas comfort she helped me get everything on my list she needed without going out of my budget. Thank You so much! I hope you get promoted.πŸ‘

So like i always have been going here for YEARS and never have I experienced any bad customer service or rude staff, maybe slow sometimes but never rude, until tonight when I went to go purchase a few things for my mother, my boyfriend has the habit to spray himself with the body spray sometimes on the shelfs, so when we went to the cashier the manager saw him and asked him not to spray himself with that again, and he said ok and THEN he proceeded to ask him what spray did he use, my boyfriend didnt know the exact name just the brand and then he asked him if he could go grab because now he cant sell it, and in front of all these people Im standing there like WOW, like I understand where he is coming from & understand people should only look for sample ones but that IS NOT the only can thats been used lol im sure plenty of those cans are halfway full because one time we purchased a half empty one and had to return it! To top it off even though he did not ring up the spray he had me WAITING at the register until my boyfriend went to retrieve the spray and then continued to do my transaction, like why did I have to wait? Couldnt he have ringed me up while he went to go grab it? I could have went off but after a long day I left aggrevated.. Pretty low of the manager to act that way, luckily we were both respectful this time.

They are such Bozos they put you on hold and cannot even tell you if you have a prescription ready and God forbid if you want to leave the place and go to rite aid. They withhold your medicine. And act like we have no clue what happened to it. They have the most unprofessional looking fools working for them. Glad I left and went back to rite aid them at least they have there act together.
