While I have always found this store to have great customer service, I cannot say the same for their packaging for shipping. My husband shipped a very large outdoor ceramic bowl and my ninja foodie. Minimal packing materials were used ….the ceramic bowl arrived in pieces and the exterior of the Ninja Foodie was damaged. Spent a lot of money to ship items that will now be replaced.

Very nice customer service. Quick and easy. Very helpful and patient while I fumbled around on my phone to find the mailing information. Will definitely use them again.

Went to this store to ship a package overseas and was informed that they will not ship international. Was told they are losing too many packages. What a waste of time.

I use the UPS store for mailing everything now. They are a little slower than the post office but staff are friendly and helpful.

I arranged for a friend to drop off an unpackaged item so this UPS Store could pack and ship it for me. I spoke with Ale on the phone, and she sent me a form to fill out to pay for it. It is a very fragile and rare item, so I had specific requests for how it should be packaged, such as how much padding, and what orientation to ship it in. They fulfilled 100 percent of my requests, and the item arrived safely. They also did some extra things, like wrap the entire thing in bubble wrap, and place a piece of cardboard across the front of the item for extra protection. I am completely impressed, thank you very much to the team at the UPS Store in Yucaipa, specifically Ale!

This store is great. Ive had to use many different UPS stores in the past as I travel around California, and this one is by far the friendliest, and the Graphic Design department not only is super helpful and quick, but they do high quality work that is well worth the reasonable price. The shop itself has nice merchandise and is clean, too.

I have used this ups store more frequently in the last year and I always have been happy with the friendly and competent service provided by the staff. This past week, I had to ship several packages that had arrived to our address mistakenly because a family member who had moved recently had selected the old shipping address. I would like to thank Heaven again for all her help and concern to optimize the shipment and combine the packages into a single one, she even took the time to cut and tape the package. Thank you Heaven for the excellent customer service, I really appreciated it!

I had never been to this UPS Store. I was compelled to go there because of a return package requirement. I found the place on Google and I walked into the store unsure of what I needed to do. A young men promptly came to the counter and I asked if this was a correct place to send this package back and he said sure and then within two minutes he had sealed my package and given me my receipt. He was very professional and customer service oriented. I really appreciated that help.

I use this place all the time for my UPS shipping needs. They are always, always helpful, friendly and efficient. I will only go here for my shipping needs. Ive also called their phone number for questions and every single time they have been pleasant and answered my questions no matter how busy they were. Ive never been put on hold. And....I know they are busy by the number of customers I see when I go there....

I use this UPS store for a variety of things and I swear I’m there all the time… I love all the staff I think they are efficient and kind and sweet and lovable… Especially Nick… He’s my favorite!!! Everyone there is so very helpful!

I dont know why there are any bad reviews on this store. Anytime I have ever came to this store, I have been greeted as soon as I walked in. They are very helpful and always are quick and efficient! Way better than the post office!

I usually dont write reviews, but I made it a point to write one because of the poor customer service this store offers. The ladies don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. They’re not too friendly and to make matters worse they are over price. The owner/manager needs to train their employees to appreciate the customers and to value their business.I went to drop off a prepaid box and the young lady there was so RUDE that I refused to give them my business. I don’t mind helping small businesses in town, but I draw the line when I have to deal with someone with a bad attitude and poor customer service. I left the store and drove to the UPS located on Victoria St cross street Tippecanoe in Loma Linda.

I had to drop off something from Amazon. The lady immediately asked if she could help. Took me 30 seconds. Very polite

I have never had a good experience here. Ever. The sloths behind the counter dont even come up to help you. They charged us for spending ten minutes on the computer trying to figure things out while they stood there and stared at us blankly. We asked them for help and they didnt seem to even know what they were doing. Way overcharged us. Wont be going back, ever!

I had a great experience at the UPS store I recommend the technology manager there he can pretty much customize anything from wedding invitations to business cards to banners great help from the manager.

Ive used this store numerous times to drop off shipments for ebay and amazon. I was just there today dropping off a package and I was charged $1 to tape my box shut. When I asked why I was being charged the clerk explained that this has always been their policy. I have never been charged to have the box taped. I explained this to the clerk and she stated that I was just lucky and they would not tape it without charging me $1. I would have taped it myself at home. For $1, they would only apply 1, ONE strip of tape to the box. REALLY? I know this is quite a gripe over $1 but this place is trying to nickel and dime people. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere. This store is franchised by a local business owner. The Postal Annex, which is also in Yucaipa and also franchised, services UPS and Fedex. They do NOT charge to tape a box. I will be taking all of my shipping needs to Postal Annex in Yucaipa.

I usually dont write reviews, but I had the worst experience at this location. Only dropping off a prepaid box, but the lady who was there didnt give me the time of the day.. I was the only person there at the store!!! I asked for help where to place my box, as I didnt see any place to put it, but she just ignored me and when I asked again, she responded as if I was bothering her and was such an inconvenience for her to tell me what to do... however she still didnt tell me where to put it!!! So I turned the other cheek and said thank you for your help, this is prepaid and placed it down on the counter and left. Next time I will find a UPS drop box,, this particular store needs to review its employees and do some serious training on costumer service.

I have used the Yucaipa UPS store for all types of service. Mailing, receiving, notary, and everything in between. They are over the top fabulous.

I was very surprised when I came in the Ups Store and they offered me a AAA discount, I got 5% off shipping and 15% off retail supplies, no other Ups Store has offered me that discount. Very quick and efficient employees!

When I looked online at the hours for this store, I misread and thought it said 8AM opening instead of 8:30AM. When I walked in the store at 8:01, the gentleman informed me that they were not yet open, but he still took my package that I was dropping off and even gave me a receipt! Now THIS is customer service! Most employees now days would have basically shrugged me off and told me to wait. Way to go UPS in Yucaipa!
