Always so friendly and helpful when I go in. Ive been renting to own for about 3 years now and havent ever had an issue.

Great service! Have bought three appliances from Yucca Valleys RAC and have had zero issues.

Highly disrespectful. Don’t recommend this location and would go to a different location. I spent three hours on getting verification and everything done. Just to have disrespectful employees be rude to me and not work with me on my verification process even though I had letters from employers, pay stubs, etc.

My husband and I have been dealing with Melissa and Kat for well over a year. Paid off our sectional, paid off our kids bunk beds. We have a refrigerator through them that we almost have paid off. I highly recommend them.

The store manager, Melissa is kind of a phony she will not admit mistakes except to admonish employee for admitting to damaging items. Ive paid $$$$ for new & used items, she said we were good customers, boyfriend & I. The Philips TV i purchased had a beautiful screen clarity which I loved. When it was returned the screen was separating from top edge & screen burn grew from 1inch to 18inches approximately. I expect to be treated fairly & honestly and especially from store manager to be helpful to loyal customers, all customers. She changed..she lost her credibility & my money.

They need to have training to move furniture and knowledge of what they are trying to sell.. I just bought a fridge from there and it broke in two months, rent a center said they fixed it and it came back to me in worse condition then it left. Now they wont fix it because it is paid off . Very rude..

I stopped in to see if they lease to own cell phones. I was attended to quickly and shown a couple of options.

Never been to this place, this review is for the delivery truck drivers. Whoever was driving the delivery truck on 08/13/17, in the morning time around 10am, needs to absolutely be fired for reckless and illegal driving. Ill be filling a corporate complaint as well. The two gentlemen driving the truck need to be looked into, spoken with, and let go. They were headed up the yucca grade in the left lane the whole way, Im sorry the sign says Keep right, except to pass. When we come up on the right side to pass, we got in front of them, I pointed out my window to the right side to tell them to get move over, and they got pissed, and rode my ass as farr as they could, another car got in front of them before we got up the grade. Then they haul ass at the stoplight on the right turning lane to jump around the car behind us, they cut that car off violently, and come right up onto my ass. These guys need to be get let go from the company, they are totally unprofessional, and are a risk driving the company truck on the road. Dont get pissed off at me when youre the ones breaking the law and driving your company truck like a total jackass. That is all.

Good customer service from the normal staff but I was very turned off by the fact on how rude Melissa the manager was to both me and her employees. The whole time she was being passive agressive to me when all I wanted was buy some furniture for my new home :c

We have been renting from here since they came to yucca valley we bought a 65 vizio TVand it got broken and we pay for the benifits plus if anything happens to it and we sent it to sevice and they said it cant be fixed so they said we still have to pay for the TV we r not because we dont have a tv or a replacement

I was in a bind about 5 years ago. I just moved into a new address and had no furniture. I did what any poor boy would do... I went thrift store shopping. I found what I kinda wanted, but, guess what? No delivery and I couldnt get a truck. As a last resort I went to RAC, knowing I was going to pay way to much for way to long!!!! Guess what, again !?! I was wrong! The price was fair, The stuff was new, and the people were nicer than most. Long story short... (to late)... Ive been making payments to RAC for about 5 years now, but my entire apartment is furnished with nice new RAC stuff, and I have paid off so much stuff and given it away, that it is hard to remember everything that I bought from them! I highly recomend the Yucca Valley RAC!!! Tell them Mr. Mercurio sent you. :-) P.S. Theyre delivery and set up specialist!

Expensive way to buy but sometimes you need something and cant just plop down several hundred for it all at once.
