Home Depot is okay but its kinda lacking in choice. Its good if youre doing generic stuff, but custom becomes problematic. Unfortunately its almost the only game in town around here. Dont get me wrong, its way better than what was originally here but you kinda hope for more from such a big chain. I suppose you could special order stuff, but then you could do that on the internet for a much better choice.

Home Depots always great. This one is clean inside and out, the isles are clearly labeled and the staff is allways friendly and healpful. This is the only Home Depot within 30 miles, of Twentynine Palms, good thing its a great store... Dawn is always an awesome cashier in returns and check out!!!

What can I say, its a Home Depot. Employees are friendly and they have decent stock. Its not a huge store but they have plenty of parking. I always check the HD app before going here to check stock and so far it hasnt failed me.

This store is a great Community partner. They also really care about their customers. You dont normally find this in a big box store. Keep up the great work!

Through the last two years I cannot say enough good things about Jen and her pro team. I’ve actually stopped using any other Home Depot‘s for all projects or commercial jobs, as she is truly on her game. Mike and Jamie also have done a great job, and always put our company and our needs first.

I was frustrated and disappointed this week to learn that $850 worth of shelving ordered on July 24th, and departed the warehouse in Parris, CA (2 hours away) on the same day had been lost, after watching the tracking for 12 days. Im not really sure how this happens.I contacted the Yucca Valley, CA store (1.5 hours from the warehouse), but they could not provide any assistance other than give me the online 1-800 number. I was left on hold for 45 minutes (I took a screenshot of the call), and was disconnected. I then emailed the email address that had sent me the order confirmation, but recieved an automated response telling me to contact the store.Lastly I contacted the text message chat service. The bot didnt respond to me for 6 hours. I asked my questions again after 6 hours and finally got a real person. They had no explanation, aside from reordering the shelving. Now my business must wait another 14 days for delivery to the store, then I must drive the 30 minutes to the store to pick up 600Lbs of shelving. Im tired.If Homedepot reads this, Id love to know what happened to the original order. Youve got to get better at this. People actually read these reviews.

Good place to go if you have to or need basic home improvement supplies. Like everywhere its mostly cheaply made items that will fall apart within a year but if your in a bind I guess at least they have electrical and plumbing supplies

Went to HD this time to exchange two plants that died even though their tag said full sun. Evidently full sun meant full sun by the coast, not the middle of the Mojave desert where I live. Wish they would specify. Roses, asparagus, white onions, jasmine (not blooming anymore), gardinia (in 1/2 day shade not blooming), and cacti are doing well in direct all day sun.

The store itself is fine but good luck getting hired here. When I went inside they seemed so desperate for workers saying if you know anyone that needs work send them our way they blamed it on people wanting to go for unemployment instead. I asked for an application, they said to do it online. Then they waited over a week to respond to it. When they finally responded they wanted to have me work seasonally so they wouldnt have to give me any of the benefits they brag about handing out to workers.

They never have the plant I want and theres been several other things that Ive needed and they didnt have and I went to small store and found what I needed but still cant find the plant that I want

No one to help you that actually knows what they are selling.. Hardly any employees to help. Any employees are hard to find.. And its not just today. Been doing a complete remodel inside and out. I asked what seemed to be a manager what happened to the employees to help people. Was told to get use to it as the world was changing.. Crazy but true !!!

I have been to better ran depots. This one is very slow. Its irritating. When you have a project schedule d and you spend hours waiting for someone to load your purchase. Its really not necessary.

Had to return a dutch oven I ordered online. The enamel was chipped. Absolutely 0 problems returning item. Excellent service.

Could maybe hire more knowledgeable staff. Or even just train them in the basics as time goes by that would be neat. It would be like yesteryear when peeps knew about the stuff they sold. . Cray z

A Home Depot is a Home Depot, but this one has heart! Every time I’ve needed help, someone was available and had good advice. Their rental tools are in good working order, the garden center is huge, and they keep the shelves tidy. I’ve done the order and pick up a couple times, super convenient and fast. Again, the best part of our Home Depot is the people working there!

Always been a fan of home depot. They have never let me down and always have what I need in stock, also have great customer service. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY

After patiently waiting a month.. My appliances got lost in the shuffle.. All this place did was point fingers and couldnt give me a straight answer.. But concluded with.. It will take a few weeks or so for a refund to post... Just in time to miss all the sales.. Thanks yall..

First off, my negative review isn’t based off my local Home Depot.If you order online and have it shipped to your house you won’t receive it on the estimated date.My story is, I ordered tile online. I should’ve received it between the 5th or 8th. Tracking is a joke, they don’t tell you anything so you have to call. I’ve called a total of four times twice being told My order is out for delivery. As of today it’s still in the same area it’s been the whole time.. I am also waiting for another order. Basically the same situation. I am going to purchase tile somewhere else and once I receive both my orders I’m going to return them to Home Depot and get my money back. Will not be doing my online business with them anymore.

When I got to the home Depot I was inform that I made a mistake on the delivery. Josh and his crew made time and loaded my doors on to a home Depot truck and had them delivered to my residence within a hour or so..Thank you so much for going out of your way..

Years ago this place was awful but the only hardware store with a wide range of hours. Now the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, so it makes the 40 minute drive less of a dice roll. Im giving it four stars because Id like to take my dog but their policy isnt clear. The one in my hometown allows them but one time we went they didnt and I cant leave my dog in the car when it is hot.

Very large store, huge selection of items not seen in highly populated cities, like complete scaffold systems not seen in others Home Depot.

Store was neat and clean. Post Christmas sales at an unbelievable price. For example: 300 clear incandescent mini lights just for $2.25. 100 warm incandescent mini lights for $2.25.

Order my swamp cooler online for curbside pickup and their personnel loaded it up in the truck for me.

Bryan in plumbing was over the top in helping. Great customer service. Made it easy to find all the odds and ends I needed.

Needed 40ft of 8-2 cable. They had it listed for sale, but would not cut the cable I needed and insisted that I needed to purchase a 125 ft roll.I would have happily purchased a 50ft roll (which they had in stock for EVERY OTHER WIRE SIZE) but none were listed for sale.

It took nearly a month to have my appliance shipped. It was delayed twice. Installation was not possible because we have propane, and yes - I was aware of that beforehand. Just be aware Home Depot does not do that, and you will either have to do it yourself or hire somebody. I understand the delay because of the COVID19 thing, but it was a pain. I did not cancel the order because the finance terms were very nice.Delivery was painless once it arrived. The appliance is very nice. So I cannot complain.

Wayyyyyy over priced, employees do not know anything, in fact we have had a couple employees tell us to Google our questions, one time we asked about wall lamps that just plug into an outlet and the guy there said that he has been there for over 10 years working this department and they do not sell those kind of lamps, I went one row over and sure enough there was 15 wall hanging lamps.

One of the worst shopping experiences Ive ever had. Order a washer and dryer for delivery for a set date. When the date came they pushed it back over a month without telling me ended up getting a buddy to help me pick up the appliances I bought a week prior and they ended up only having a much more expensive dryer on hand. During this whole event the staff seemed confused and disorganized not knowing who was getting the washer and who was getting the dryer. Recommend shopping else where for appliances at the very least.

I ordered an outdoor shade online and drove from Yucca Valley to pick it up. I parked in the curbside pick up area, and notified the store that I had arrived. An employee delivered the shade to my truck in less than 5 minutes. The employee was very helpful and courteous. It was well worth the hour drive.
