ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN..WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACT WORKER!If you are wondering whether my review/experience is real, just direct message me and I will send you proof of text, voicemail, convo. I would be happy to share my experience with anyone so that this man is STOPPED FROM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! I would question any good reviews I see on yelp. I direct messaged someone on yelp that seem to have had similar experience as us. Turns out almost EXACTLY! Once he received the large 50% deposit from us (end of March), he was less responsive, lies began and missing in action.Our project was suppose to be finished mid April. Covid-19 shut down was not affecting our project. We discussed this thoroughly before we committed to DAC. Still, we allowed some delays and was understanding if project started later than promised. MORE THAN 2 MONTHS DELAY he finally showed up! After numerous lies and excuses (which Dean admitted to lying), the work is still incomplete. Also, some parts to the gate was not correct which I had reiterated to make sure there are no issues with the glass panels for the gate. He assured me that he checked and no issues. Not the case!Don’t be fooled by Dean’s nicety when you first meet him. He seems/sounds responsible...far from the truth! We have been more than patient and gave him multiple chances. Shame on us for giving him the benefit of doubt then to be taken advantage twice.We have hired someone else to finish the job that Dean left hanging.Whatever you do...DO NOT BELIEVE HIS LIES! DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Dean was a true professional. If you want honest work done right, ask for Dean !
