Unlike tractor supply, harbor freight DOES not have classic candies nor stuffed animals. I suppose it depends on what you value, but I guess place is ok. I bought a small generator and a buddy heater last fall. A tweaker stole them from my RV 2wks later, but they were great while I had them... but still... why no stuffed animals?

Most personnel have good attitudes. A couple of them shouldnt be working with the public. I m surprised management hasnt noticed. Its every time I go in, so ive let it go for awhile. Other than that the store is always clean and restocked. Pleasant to go in shopping

Went to harbor freight today after leaving home depot. Was shopping for 5 items at home depot for my house. Spent about a hour searching for these items and only found one item that was priced at $99.00 but I put it back and left HD and went to harbor freight. I found 4 out of five items I was looking for. And the $99.00 item I put back at home depot, I found for almost half the price $46.99. Everyone needs to check out harbor freight at least once. Especially if your working on your home or car.

They have most anything you need, the price is low equity as well, but good enough for most home owners. Walked in and got a larger than normal cutter in short order then back to work. I got a bracker hammer that saved a lot for I stopped renting jackhammers[ rental $80+ a day, $300 for a smaller bracker hammer that I could move around better in turn get more work done, even after coming home from work, due to I had my own jackhammer]

I had my wife return, 2 cans of r134 because she wanted a mechanic to do itI saw the receipt for the return, had done different card #s and had a different name.I called then went into store the next day.The temp manager, Scott said I guess Saul Lopez got the credit.He did nothing to correct the errorr. He and the other managers make it difficult to find ads or coupons available, then you have to go fishing for discounts.I live 50 mile round trip to store.I did find a lady mgr very cordial, when the store openedScott does not deserve to be a manager.

Between closing even earlier and making the 20% coupon harder to find online, Home Depot is getting a lot of business I WOULD have given to Harbor freight. I like the store, I like the staff. But, Ive been saying for a long time, Harbor should stay open an hour, or two, later than the competition. Open later in the morning, if need be. 8PM was bad enough, but now its 7PM. I dont know how many times Ive been one, or seen other dissapointed customers show up at locked doors.

This locations manager and staff arent as accommodating as other locations.Lets face it, they sell inexpensive tools... we all know that walking through the door.If you fail to stand behind what you sell (Concrete guarantee: guaranteed till you hit the concrete outside our store was the verbiage) then the value falls below the price.Glad this isnt the only HFT I have access to on a regular basis.

You can always count on HF when in a bind to hsve the tool you must have to finish the job and yours takes a dump. Ya their tools are cheap and dont last long but more then just a few times Ive been in a bind when a must have tool went out on me and instead of spending big $$$ i really didnt have, i was able to pick one up here that Might be a 1time use but when that one time means the diffrence between a completed job and having to wait till your schedule cleared enough to return. You buy the 1 time use throw away so that you can send the bill. Sometime cheap can be good even if you only use it 1 time and toss it in the trash. I also had a 3 bench grinder that they replaced 5 times. Even knowing that I was mod-ing it with a much bigger heavier wheel that way burning it out. After the 5 one I felt bad and paid for #6. It failed quickly also but I never took it in just paid for another. I deserved that one and consider us even.

I usually check prices online before I go and buy. As the tools and equipment I buy are not used commercially anymore, the price and durability I find at HF is usually sufficient to keep me shopping there. With the Tractor Supply right next door, what more could you ask for.

One of my favorite places for tools for the DIY .

Over the past year I have purshased many items from this yucca valley location from vacum pump and gauges, grinders and accessories, tow straps I have spent hundred and hundreds of dollars at this location i have all the receipts for the items listed !! Recently I purchased a two wheel hand truck the tire keeps going flat I lost the reciept so I am stuck with it ! A few weeks ago I bought a amp meter i turned on and it shut off never worked again i had to borrow one from a naighbor to do the job ! I lost the reciept so I am stuck with two bad items !! The multi meter was only $14 dollars you think the manager would have tried to do something to make it right !! No receipt no return ! Bad buissness practices they need to hire common sense managers !! I am going to steer clear of this location from now on learned my lesson !!

Drove to Yucca Valley to purchase a small scaffolding for various jobs around the place like reskinning my ceiling with sheetrock as it now has fiberboard tiles.I found one for 200 dollars that met my needs, and with a 25 % off coupon it only cost 163 with tax.
