Nice furniture close to the house but a little expensive

I purchased a mattress here three years ago. The mattress is sagging on both sides. It came with a warranty, in which the claim must be filed with this business, not the mattress company itself. The company refuses to submit my claim, so my warrantied mattress is worthless.
