I had a family member call to make sure the store could do a diagnostic test on a computer. The employee said no problem that the store could do it for them just come in. However, when they got there the employee that waited on them didnt want to be bothered. They told them there was an issue with the hardware and that they should buy a new computer. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the computers hardware, and the battery was the only thing that needed to be fixed. Way cheaper than a new computer. If you dont know whats wrong just say it instead of trying to get someone to purchase a brand new computer.

I went in the store to get personal documents faxed, which many people do since they offer this service, and the workers shared my information with others. The last time I checked its not legal to share a customers personal information with anyone without their consent. If youre buying something thats fine, but I wouldnt fax anything with them again.

Whoever the new guy is needs to quit...The job is just not for him. He was taking forever making me 2 copies, meanwhile making other customers upset before i even walked in, The other guy, josh i believe came in thank God, and he completely took charge and got everything in order, Hats off to that young man but this is my 3rd time having trouble with this man and it is going to get out of hand if more customers complain as well.....

I come here often and have never had a problem but recently i came in to get copies made and it took the guy forever and a day🙄Joshie came and helped out but there has been a difference lately, and im not too fond of it. Great job to josh though, he always has great customer service and knows how to get people in and out in a timely matter...

I dont usually do reviews but this guy named Joshe or Joshie, it was french he said, had just the warmest, sweetest voice and his service was very fast and he was able to get me what i wanted and i even ended up buying a printer that day. I wanted to give him a tip but i had no cash so this is the best i can do! Keep him and give him a raise, he deserves it 100%!

August 2016 started out as Our 25th Anniversary & turned into Happy Floodiversary year for me & my husband. We lost everything & had to relocate to another town but I can still use my online store that I had set-up when I worked at the hospital in Zachary & have my order shipped to our house. Wonderful timing for the Covid-19 Pandemic concerns!

Cindy at the Zachary, LA Office Depot went above and beyond to make sure I had a program for a memorial service copied and ready within an hour. I am so grateful and pleased with the customer service and care that she gave me at a pretty desperate time. We celebrated together when it was done!

This is an older Office Depot store and is in bad need of updating and painting. There is a tall thin manager there that is knowledgable and helpful. They have hired other new employees in the past six months that are more helpful than previous ones. The Copy Center does a good job and is often busy. Zachary citizens are pleased to have the store here as they are well stocked with needed products.

I have visited this store multiple times and each one has been a smooth and excellent customer focused experience.

Utilized their fax service. Staff was polite. Fax confirmation page was horrible. The most intriguing comment by one of the staff is that he stated the toner was low. ?

Easy aisles to maneuver through and check out the current sale items. Bought a thumb drive on sale and a Platonic Bluetooth ear piece. The floor service could have been better, but once you are at the checkout the process was smooth with helpful staff.

Staff are very rude and the problem starts with the manager (I would know his name but none of the employees were wearing name tags). When I was last in the Zachary, Louisiana store, I overheard the manager and a coworker mocking & making fun of a customer (they think that you cant hear conversations over their headsets but you can). I decided then that I do not want to patronize this store any longer. If people are chronically unhappy and have to mock others then they ought to reexamine their own life & make the necessary changes. If you delight in being mean - you are part of the problem.

This store could be cleaner... the employees could be more helpful... they had what I was looking for in stock which is why I purchased here instead of online. I imagine it is pretty hard for Office Depot to be profitable with all the online shopping choices out there, but this Office Depot seems especially depressing. It could have been the lighting that made the place seem dingy and sad. If so, they should change the lighting.

Fast shopping. My son works here, so I guess I may be bias. Employees always greet you as you walk through the door and ask you if you need help right away.

The young lady at the counter was courteous and patient with our questions. She copied our materials for us and did a very professional job.

I waited for 10 minutes at the register before I was helped. No one said a word to me while I waited and I had 2 representatives completely ignore me. This is not my first bad experience with this store. I will not be shopping here anymore.

They have a good selection to chose from. Not always the friendliest workers but for the most part I think the good ones make up for the one or two, who are not so nice.

Good for getting school supplies, but most of everything else is way over-priced.

Customer Service was not great and the stock was low. None of the sale prices were marked for the currentl weekly ad and I shopped 2 days after the sale started. Over heard an elderly customer yelling at the cashier cause card stock was out for over a month. Several items stick was completely out.
