GoodPack is an industrial shipping container company, that maintains and supplies containers to plants. This location for pick up and delivery is Strictly by Appointment only. It is on a small road and no parking for large delivery trucks. So plan your arrival accordingly. Employees are pleasant and helpful. Once you check in and get a dock unloading/losing takes no time at all.

I have picked up here twice. I can objectively say that this place is dysfunctional. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t here a long time and nobody was rude but they need a better system. You have to wait on the road, and everyone just seems flustered and confused and you’re left to kinda guess what’s happening.

Absolutely rude people. They dont even know how to talk politely.

All the driver who reviewed this place is absolutely right waiting on two lane road to deliver .people here very nice .these sitting these office .dont have clue .need upper manager to come out these places this not for workers or the drivers. only two docks.on 61 truckstop 7miles Texaco.

Hope you got cameras, lots of them. The forklift drivers will destroy your Trailer and say it was like that when you came in. The Manager Mr. Gallow will never answer or return a phone call. Better off just sue.

Arrived at 915 with a 10am apt. didnt start to offload me until after noon. took other trucks with no appointments before me.

In and Out as far as Delivery. No where to really park for truckers

Horrible people and very rude. No consideration of the driver. I arrived at 9:30 with 10:30 appointment and they refused me until 2pm. No where to park not even to wait until loaded. This company should be put out of business.

People are very nice. But they dont have enough land to safely load and unload multiple trucks. The trucks are forced to park in traffic lane of a two lane state highway

They alright .. But the other drivers that come in is horrible ... Not friendly but staff was good

If u a delivering here check in no matter if ur sitting in the road down the street in a line of trucks waiting to load and unload. They will mark u late and let ppl get ahead of you

Big hot mess. Load zoned road no place to turn around. Also on road 2 developers building homes with dozens of existing homes. Not for the weak of heart. Good luck.

I had a pretty good experience here. I was on loaded within an hour. Drivers you got to be very careful when arriving here because its built in a residential area.

Do not come before your appointment! They are being warned by the city police that drivers parking on the street will be ticketed! Other than that, theyre very friendly and they unload very fast!

Otr review...Delivered full load of bins. Arrived at appt time, got a dock, in/out 1hr. Staff was polite, not hard to get into at all. LA964 to Flonacher. Tight back, but plenty doable. Only complaint...the docks need work.

If i could give a negative star i would,this place is the worst,first off im sitting on side of a 2 lane rd in the middle of a neighborhood for 3+ hours to get a door,theres no telling how long its gonna take to get empty once you get a door.i would avoid this place if you can,youve been warned.

Appt was at 12 the lady worked me in and got me unloaded. She had a little bit of a attitude but she was very professional.

Reviews were right the place is garbage had a 11:30am appt got there at 11:25am was told to leave and the girl at the front would call me to come back its now 2:14pm

Very tight area cars parked all around the docks and your parked on the street of a two lane highway and they have the nerve to make you stick to an appointment and the shipping and recieving lady has a terrible attitude problem.
