I am so disappointed. I came in with a gift wrapped wedding present.I wanted it boxed and shipped. I even told the person at the store that it was fragile. When I got home later I discovered on my receipt it was NOT GOING TO BE BOXED. I immediately called the store and the person claimed I had declined having it packed by the store. Which I did not. They shipped it as is, a gift wrapped present in shiny wrapping paper. Who brings in pretty gift wrapped item into be shipped without it being packed up?? To make matters worse, the woman then hung up on me. Wow! Completely inappropriate!

Some of them are so rude and the lil girl in there is very rude.. she does not need to be working behind anyone register. She is unprofessional I call it‼️

Horrible.. there where packages everywhere in there. I dropped off my package a week ago and it still hasn’t been shipped.

I would just like to thank the ladies there today for helping me with copying & faxing.

This is by far the worst customer service EVER and they don’t care how they ship your packages and could care less about taking ownership is packages they’ve damaged! Behind the money they charge for shipping and how they nickel and dime you for the supplies used to ship your package, you would think they would be more polite and show more care about stuff people work hard to pay for!They take forever to service you in the store, they take forever to answer the phone and then when you get someone they are rude and unhelpful as ever! I don’t know who runs this location but the key to a successful business and customer retention is offering an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end- even when YOU THE COMPANY messed up!

Staff handled quick and efficient Amazon returns...in and out like a breeze in times of COVID-19

I walked in at 2:09, door unlocked and open, the blonde girl says I cant take anything, Im on break ..... I asked, So does that mean nothing can be done at this time? Her reply was well Im clocked out, so no I cant ..... Why are you open for business if you can not conduct business in a professional manner?! She was not professional about it at all and did not even bother asking or telling me a better time. One star because zero doesnt exist.

I visited Zachary a few weeks ago from out-of-state and researched information in this store during my short stay. No problems. Weeks later, I conducted a transaction completely by phone with Anastasia (Mgr.); there were many phone calls because a custom box needed to be made, and the items needed to be delivered by a third party. I have nothing by high praise for Anastasia: she was pleasant, patient, and easy to work with. I could not have done this transaction without her professional help.

My new go to (business needs) store, thanks to the young lady that helped me out this morning.

I came into the store last Friday June 14 around 3 pm to get some invitations printed for my daughter’s first birthday party. The printer wasn’t recognizing my file for some reason but Ms. Anastasia was very helpful and friendly. She had a smile on her face the whole time. She showed excellent customer service.

Attempted to ship items at this location two times. Both times the store said they had problems with their system and were unable to ship anything.

I recently visited the Zachary location where Ms Anastasia was very pleasant and welcoming. I definitely recommend this location for your shipping needs.

Showed up at 8:10 on a Friday and when I said Good Morning, the young lady working there grunted. When I asked about that she said she was just tired. Hate to see how people will be treated at 3:00pm. Very non-verbal or helpful. Stopped and helped another customer in the middle of my transaction.

I have used this location a few times, including last week to ship things. I have also made copies here and used the computer to print things from my email. I have always found the staff helpful. I am willing to pay a bit more not to have to deal with the long lines at the post office.

Miscommunication at the peak. I am not speaking any other foreign language for anyone not able to understand.

Walked in UPS Store in Zachary, Louisiana at 4:35 PM today and the driver was loading his UPS truck. I Asked, “ Am I too late”. The Driver said, “they can take it for tomorrow. “. I said, “Okay.” The Blonde woman shook her head “No”. I asked, “are you certain I cannot leave it for tomorrow?” She turned to the other woman and asked if she had counter her drawer and the other woman said, “Yes “. I asked again, “You cannot take my package for tomorrow?” She said, “No.”. I gave a Star for the Driver.

Always makes me happy with excellent service.

Poor franchisee, UPS should do better. Closed due to an alleged emergency, 1 day, close at 2pm on Saturday closed Sunday. Usually understaffed when it is open.

Easy in and out for a drop off. Scanned the item in, gave us the paper work and we were out of there.

Bad customer service very bad

Not helpful, sent us on a month long goose chase just to get a ups box in another state. Ive done this in the past within one day.

Staff is very friendly and fast

Called to ask a general question about printing my shipping label and was told that they had customers in the store and the line disconnected. I decided to drive into Zachary from St Francisville to ship my package, but the store closes at 2:00p instead of 2:30p. Total waste of time. Customer service is dry as hell in this store.

Never called in but when I go in they are quick.
