I always get good service here. I am just a common guy with projects to do, like my sawmill. They provided all the steel and made recommendations according to the description I gave. They have a store type area that anyone can go into and you can pick from tons of wheels, hardware, pulleys, and other rare items that you cant get at Lowes. One of my friends knows the owner personally and he says it is locally owned and has been for decades.
