This rating is not for the hardware counter or the repair shop, those guys are great. This review is only intended for the hose shop. I have been going to Goss since I was a small child with my grandpa…. The employee in the hose shop has to be one of the most knowledgeable least helpful people that I have ever worked with. If you don’t describe a part exactly like he does, well you will be leaving empty handed and frustrated. If you ask for a product he does not have he will scowl at you and tell you he doesn’t have it. No solutions offered or options, just a cold hard no. For the most part I have stoped buying any hydraulic lines or parts here. Every-once in a while I decide to give it another try… it has only gotten worse. I hope this feedback reaches someone with the authority to improve the issue. Goss is a great company and community supporter. Hope this prevents someone from having a frustrating day.

Goss has been here for years! The people here are and have always been more helpful than you would expect out of an industrial store. Prices are very decent and they really do treat everybody with class and respect. Id recommend Goss to anybody.
