Absolutely horrible customer service. Cancelled my auto delivery two months ago because the product wasnt in stock. No email, call or text. Sparkling water is still out of stock two months later. After 3 attempts to contact the company, each time being on hold for over an hour, someone finally answered the phone, but couldnt tell be if their water company stopped bottling water or it was just out of stock.

Delivery drivers don’t make an effort to pick up empty bottles. Delivery schedules Are missed regularly. Trying to contact customer service it’s a monumental task.

This is the greatest water I have ever drank in my life! I was raised in Tampa area, raised own my kids there. Recently moved to Fort Campbell, Ky. I absolutely hate the fact that Zephyrhills is not sold here. I really missed my water so much that I drove to Florida just to buy 10 cases of water....Thats how amazing this water is! I honestly love Zephyrhills water and what can I say, I am dedicated! keep producing great water! Thank you Zephyrhills Springs!

Very rude very unfriendly staff and I have been there several times.I dont know about the office people but in the warehouse where the truck drivers go that was the part that I had the issue with thats the part that was very unfriendly to me.

I always get a preloaded trailer.

Worst place I have ever worked. Management takes no responsibility and blames everything on the hourly employees. They are far more interested in their processes and generating paperwork than worker safety or productivity. When people do get hurt or die they have the resources to pay people to keep quiet. The company is considered diety it policy and practice. Never seen a company with so much resources and so little common sense.

I am avoiding buying water from liars.They promise you free sparkling water when you register from the spring water package, but only use it to collect your email to send you spam.I sent it in 3 times within 2 years, and never received the coupon by mail as falsely promised.Misleading advertising which should actually be reported. I am not sure if this is the actual headquarter, but they are connected somehow anyways

This company is horrible. Water is good but when they raised the prices we cancelled. We were reassured the account was closed and there was no remaining balance. One month later we were charged 83$ and was told we still had one more month balance. We were reassured again that it was closed and there was no balance. Another month later I am charged the same price again. I cannot log into my account to see any invoices because it says I am not a customer anymore. Now I have to dispute another charge and get a new credit card so I am not continually charged for water I am not receiving. Would definitely NOT recommend its a scam!

I do road service out there but it a very clean and well operated place would do road service anytime out there always feel safe

Its a easy pick up but usually heavy. The service in quick and usually friendly there might be some walking from truck to office involved and backing if you cant do either you might want to avoid
