When in trying to color match some stain. The young lady said that her boss was not there today that she would not be able to help me. That he would be in tomorrow. Apparently the two girls working are just order takers

Excelente customer service. I was looking for a a paint that I got back in 2016, they expended the time and they were able to find it.

I went in to buy paint for a custom entry to match our home that is currently under construction. I found the personnel to be super knowledgeable and helpful with paint selections. These days at Big Box stores the knowledge level of the paint department is basic at best.I even questioned the need for primer on our project. But, the lady there patiently explained to me that primer is a preparation on new cement surfaces. It helped us avoid making a big mistake by assuming that primer was not needed.Many thanks for the expert advice!Joseph C.

Kaitlynn was very helpful both times I visited the store recently. She was able to perfectly match the paint sample I took in and showed grace under pressure when the store was very busy the last time I was there.

There is a definite difference in going to a store dedicated to one item and service. Going to a big box DIY store may be more convenient but you cant beat the expertise of a specialist store. If youre looking for quality over quantity and you value the finished result then this is the only choice for paint... PERIOD.

Staff here lacks customer service training. They dont really wow you when it comes to the experience. This is painting guys. People buying new homes or changing the look of their long time investment. A little more excitement to show color samples and suggesting.

That the information that I got was great and I wish I had gone there sooner, because now that I know I should have put a primer one my paneling before painting it would have saved me a lot of time and money. Lowes did not tell me this even though I told them what I was painting.
