After waiting 20+min while clerk was talking to his friends (they did buy a screen protector), I asked him to show me some phones. Told him what I was looking for, then had to correct him several times as he was trying to explain different features. I got a $300 phone and a $55/mo plan. Only the $55 plan is over $70 after tax and the $7/mo extended warranty that I wasnt told about and cant cancel. Fine, whatever, I have a working phone....oh wait, no I dont. I work less than a mile from the store and dont have service outside at work. I lose service at Walmart. I am switching carriers asap and will never have cricket again. By far the worst mobile company ever.

Pitiful service even there. Is not any service on cricket. Ive paid for Crickets pitiful so called service for 2 months going on my 3rd phone. We went and spent 423.00 on phones that wont work!! I took my phone back the next day and told the sales associate that my keys would not work right and she called their phone and said it works and and shut off google assist for me, that night around 2 am my phone went crazy with auto voice talking through random features and it would not stop because we could not get the touch features to work I took the case off and the back came off along with the case and the buttons worked when I looked at my back it way curved in on both sides identically,My fiance took the phones back again and showed The associate said she had to contact corporate over the defaulted phone that I could PURCHASE a more expensive phone if I wanted one. The second (my fiances)phone wont call out or receive calls. It says that its not in the service and wont connect us. If a call should go through its a noisy connection. They informed us they would do nothing for us. We were just out our money.

Visited yesterday and bought a phone. Sales associate was very helpful. Setup the phone and everything and did a great job.

Please go see Kim and get great deals! She is friendly professional and honest! Cant find anyone better to work with than her and cricket!

The manager is really nice but I dont even get service setting in my living room or bedroom sometimes

I have called count less times no one ever answeres the phone or even the times i went to the stor said they were open just to get there and no one is there and door is locked. Like the service just crapy customer service

Update on previous reviewThe old team that ran the store, had a lot of bad issues. But since the new team has swapped in I have had nothing but excellent polite service if you are looking for a cheaper cell phone plan then I assure you that youll find no better place than Cricket Wireless.

The store hours says it close at four but when I go there it’s always closed sometimes even earlier then 2:00. Why put up hours on the door if youre are not going to fallow your own hours?

I have a work schedule that makes it difficult to get in to the store so I have been attempting to get in touch via phone and no one ever answers the phone or returns the messages that have been left.
