Not to happy with cell phone repair places in general. We live in a time where everyone lives to make the next dollar and anyone is willing to pay for convenience. $8 repairs become $80 when you go to places like this. You pay for convenience and efficiency/speed. I guess that’s what you get.

Very honest they could not repair my phone & why!

I purchased a heavy duty 6 braided lightning cable 6 months ago and was disappointed that the tip that plugs into my iphone just snapped right off. I asked the gal at WDC if theyd warranty it (similar cables sell on Amazon for less money and come with lifetime warranties) and she bluntly said no. She didnt really seem to care that the product was defective. I only shopped there because I wanted a quality charger. I got junk and the clerk didnt seem surprised that it had broken in only 6 months. No more business from me. Ill shop online at Amazon. If Im going to shop brick and mortar, I expect some customer service, not an indifferent sales person.
