Fantastic staff! After visiting another store (Avenue at White Marsh, DO NOT recommend), calling Sprint support, and getting technical involved, these were the only guys that actually helped me. Best customer service ever! Walked in and was immediately helped by Chris. Very polite friendly and personable. Advised him of my situation he got me all set up and showed me step by step how to do everything I needed. Tina was also amazing in the set up process. Very personable and felt very welcomed. They answered all the questions I had and made sure everything worked perfectly before I left. They were patient and kind and I will never go to any other store. They didn’t treat me just like a random customer they actually listen and communicate very well. This was by far the best cell phone shopping experience I had. They definitely deserve 5 stars and then some!

I needed a new SIM and really didnt have the extra cash that another store wanted $10 for. So they worked with me as Im waiting to hear from corporate as in doing a warranty exchange but they are out of the replacement one so Im waiting for them to figure out which one is equivalent and in stock. But the team there helped me out by giving me a new SIM. Because of this kind gesture they now have my local businesses all the time as I been with T-Mobile for 10 years. Thank you for working with me when in need.

Worst customer service that Ive ever had!!! They werent friendly or helpful at all. We went there to purchase 2 new phones and were treated like trash!!! Were older and my husband is handicapped so it felt like they just werent interested in our purchase at all. We left there and went to the T-Mobile store across the highway at the Beards Hill Plaza and thank heaven for Darrick Williams. He turned our entire experience around and we ended getting both new phones, Otter boxes, and screen protectors. We were greeted when we entered the store and all 3 employees were pleasant and helpful. I cant praise Darrick enough!!!

This is my 4th year from buying from this store and each time as raised the bar with customer satisfaction. Never had a single issue except for my own issues with choosing a wrong color 2 years ago. The latest experience upgrading my 11 pro to the 12 pro max was the simplest purchase I’ve ever made. More simple than a McDonald’s drive thru lol. Had the phone, the right color, and listened to what I was trying to accomplish and we did!! The gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that took time was the iPhone itself updating. Everything was so quick and simple. I highly recommend THIS specific store because of the continuing experience. Especially with T-mobile being such a strong company the deals are too good to miss out on. Thank you!

The staff are always helpful and polite. If they dont have what you want in stock and it isnt available at a nearby store they help you order in exactly what you want/need. Theyve been a little backed up because of the pandemic, but even still they try to help everyone as quickly and safely as possible.

Great customer service- they answered their phone on the first ring, were able to check their inventory for the specific charger I needed with in 30 seconds, and set the charger aside for me until I came to pick up about an hour later. Associate was very helpful and efficient! Was in and out of the store with in minutes.

Ordered a phone11/4 tracking info in hand says estimated delivery date 11/6. Tracking info shows phone was delivered to store 11/6, text message alert “Phone delivered to store!” What anyone up front failed to tell me was a Manager needs to be present to scan delivered items. A manager was not in for me to pick my phone up. If you give me tracking info, plus Text reminders..be there for me to pick my phone up day of delivery and not make me wait another 24 hours for a manager to be present. Drove out there for nothing and no phone in hand. Last time I go to this store.

I’m a t mobile user and I love my phone and service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everybody is very helpful. They go beyond expectations.
My husband wanted a new phone and wasnt sure of the differences in the phones. He currently has an S7 and was thinking about switching to the iPhone. The manager on shift must have thought he was Gods gift toT-Mobile. He made no extra effort to show the phone and his method of explaining was talking at him and not to him. He took other calls and went to the back of the store. Whenever my husband asked him a question, he was cocky and his tone was not pleasant. I was done when he didnt come from around the counter to even show the cases for the phone. That was it. I left. He could care less about helping us and I refuse to spend any money in that store. I called to report him but the store manager is on maternity leave. So I decided to write this review and hope he can get some training for customer service.

Went in to buy a phone that I had previously picked out. The staff helped me in getting the phone and all was well up to there. Staff offered a protection plan, and then didnt bother to tell me that there were three tiers to the plan, or to even tell me the cost details of the plan. My bad for assuming the plan with a $100 deductable wouldnt cost more than the phone would a month, but holy heck $24/mo to protect a phone that only costs $16/mo? And at no point mentioning the cost at all? Which brings me to my second point. I said I wanted to pay for the phone in full, yet Im paying the monthly installments. I checked and they didnt charge me for both at least but wow just really poor customer service at this location.

Very poor customer service, management is awful. I was previously an employee for the location and was shafted out of my commission that was promised to me upon employment. Also had to wait 3 almost 4 weeks to get tax forms while I was actively working. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Want to also mention the assistant store manager mocked the way an Asian woman spoke right in front of her on the sales floor when she had a question about the price of an iPhone. What a shame.

I use to be a SprintPCS customer and I’ve had the worst experience. For one, you can’t even use your data will on the phone (emails, texts, internet, etc) unless using WiFi. The so call UNLIMITED plan that has limited use. I’m so happy that I SWITCHED service to T-Mobile. Anyway, I’m now a T-Mobile customer and so far I’m extremely satisfy with the service and customer service provided by Paje and AB. I also highly recommend that you conduct your business inside the store and not on the internet.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Was told we could leave an iPhone here and to come back and get it because there was too many pics and they were closing. We didnt make it in for the fourth of July holiday and received a call telling us we needed to come in to do it soon. The next day I called and asked if I could come in now to get the pics and was told the phone was gone and referred to tanya the district manager. I spoke to tanya who said this was a miscommunications by the store and they shouldnt have told us that and we had a certain amount of time to do this and this isnt something they usually do and the phone was in a warehouse somewhere and unable to get back. I lost 1500 pictures, thanks tmobile beards hill. What a great representation of your company by a new customer. 👎
