I purchased a revvl 4 phone from this location and its been trouble ever since the staff is uncourteous and the customer service Representatives from metro by T-Mobile are liars they are a rip off and sell defective products.

I had some porting issues with my line be cash it was a vanity phone number they where able to handle it. It was a hassle but they worked it out thanks Cat Jesse and Kel.

POOR customer service, also one of the employees kept making unnecessary comments as she attended myself and another person.

I said I did not want to buy a case, she said it was bundled with the activation fee. Key word is bundled. Looking at my receipt a few days later, I noticed they case was a separate line item than the activation. She suckered me out of $15.
