My catalytic converter was stolen along with the oxygen sensor, and everyone here was friendly and helpful in getting me the replacements for the converter and the sensor. I bought a shield to protect my new converter and they installed it without raising the price of the repair. If my converter ever gets stolen again (which I really hope it doesnt), Ill coming back this shop.

Charles and his counterpart were great. They were able to see me last minute. They didnt cut corners and do the bare minimum. Did everything exactly the way I would have wanted without asking. Satisfied customer.

Great shop and good people. Needed a bit of exhaust work done and they had me in and out very fast. The welds are beautiful and the quality of the work done was A+ will definitely return if i need more work.

I was having difficulty with a Uhaul rental and stopped in this location to see if they might have the unit I needed. While they did not, they went out of their way to try to assist and even called me back later that day to see if I had been able to find what I needed. Very refreshing and truly appreciate the service and thoughtfulness.

Had some hair come out of my exhaust pipe, they fixed 2 of my mufflers. Im from out of town and they were able to look at it and fix it in just over an hour. Very affordable, and was taken into the shop to see exactly what was wrong with it. Shop was also the CLEANEST work shop Ive ever seen in my life. People were very friendly, and Christian as well. Would highly recommend.

I visited this shop while on vacation and was very impressed. Took my car in because I believed the catalytic converter had failed. I explained to Terry the reasons I thought this. He gave me a price for diagnostics and replacement . Terry allowed me to watch him work . Upon removing the converter, he concluded the converter was not the problem. Terry then reinstalled the old converter and recommend another shop for further diagnosis .Terry said he really thought he would like to have sold me a new converter but I didnt need one. He just charged me the diagnostic fee and labor to reinstall the old converter. $135 versus $430. Kudos to Terry for his honesty and fair pricing. I would recommend The Muffler Shop to any one.

I had all four of my tires over torqued on my car. I took it to two different well known places but they could not get the tires off. As a last resort, I took it to the Muffler Shoppe. Terry did not over promise but said he would give it his best try (I respected his honesty). He worked all afternoon and the next morning and was able to get all four tires off. During the entire process he kept me updated and let me know that he knew that I needed to get my car fixed and would not give up. He was very professional, honest, and the consummate small business owner. I would definitely recommend the Muffler Shoppe to anyone.

Quality craftsmanship and prompt service

Great people here. Their service is fast and friendly. I came in short notice asking for a muffler repair, they took the old one off and went over my options by holding new mufflers up to the pipe. Great service for a great price. If I have any other issues on mine or my wifes car you better believe Ill be back here.

Terry and his crew are top notch. I have known him for 20 years and he is very professional and still turns a wrench himself. I will not go anywhere else and suggest if you need exhaust or brakes you give him and the crew a shot at your business. You wont be disappointed.

Great folks that did an install of a product new to them. They werent too sure on how the noise levels or droning would be, and happily welded in a resonator a couple days later to tone it down to a resonable level. Very quick service.

Awesome place to get exhaust done! Man knows his stuff, Im gonna say that hes most likely done, seen, and heard it all. There are some cheeper places in Abilene but you get what you pay for and they stand behind there work here.

My sister is going to school is Abilene, Tx... Her closest family is 1200 miles away and she has been having LOTS of car trouble. She had taken her car to two other shops in town and they were over charging her and lying about what was wrong with her car. My husband called around and found the muffler shoppe and they were amazing, friendly, helpful, fair, and they did not try to take advantage of my sister (who has NO mechanical ability at all). I highly recommend them!

These guys are great, needed a skid plate clearanced for an aftermarket tummy tuck on a Jeep and then had to modify the rear of the exhaust to clearance the shocks. Made light work of it and made it look easy. Would have taken me all afternoon to do what they did in 30 minutes. If they can do this they can fix a regular exhaust system easily. Go here. The price was also very fair. 25 bucks out the door.
