I very clearly asked for a dairy free product because my friend has a dairy ALLERGY. She had a reaction to a Pumpkin spice drink. I asked several times throughout the ordering process for them to not put anything dairy in there. I feel y’all should be more careful.

Asked for an Iced beverage received a hot one. Was informed that an iced version would take a long time to make. So they decided not to make it.

Man, what a nightmare. Location- Impossible to get in and out. The “renovations” done to the parking lot..? No actual improvements were made. Service- placed a mobile order at 9:37am. It was ready at 10:20am. And the cashier had the nerve to say “just in time!” Girl…what?? No hate on her but that really sent me. Lol

I came here about 1pm on a Sunday and ordered regular plain jane drip coffee. Unfortunately this location seems to have some logistics problems. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for drip coffee, and finally had to request a refund instead. I checked with them multiple times and they promised me it was coming up soon and that they were swamped with online orders. Im sure they were, but it literally would have taken the cashier 10 seconds to pour some coffee after she checked me out. Waiting 45 minutes for a simple cup of coffee is ridiculous.There was another lady who had the same issue. She got one of the items she ordered, but never received the rest of her order. She had to complain because the second item never came after another 15 minutes had passed.

I dont live here, but come often. This used to be my go-to place. Unfortunately the last 2 times Ive been, they have either been closed (inside normal hours) or out of coffee. Maybe time for a new manager?7/7/21 - still sucks. Coffee was like warm and out of SF cinnamon dolce syrup. Love affair is officially over

My favorite Starbucks! 💜 I don’t live in Abilene anymore, and I’m missing the Buffalo Gap location so much. The staff are all so kind and welcoming even when it’s packed and they’re super busy. It’s also the most consistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

I can say that multiple times my coffee has disappointed me. There’s times where it has been made perfect and there’s times where it’s like they haven’t even tried. I just got my order and they didn’t give me my eight dollar sandwich that I paid for. They also don’t like to answer their phones. It’s like why do I even bother with them anymore I’m just gonna start going to Dunkin. F*** this.

Extremely slow. Three cars in drive through with 5 workers inside. Order was completed after a 20+ minute wait. Not sure what the hold up was... it was a singular mocha frappe...Updated ratings, apparently the drive through and dine in are different assigned peeps. So if one is slower than the other it explains why some appear to be doing nothing.

Although the line was terribly long, it was worth the wait. The barista ( i think her name was lucia) was so kind and made my day. Definitely will be back!!!!

I ordered online at 6:30 am. Came to the store at 6:45 amMy order is not ready. Left the store at 6:56. It took forever. I ordered for pick up and should be eta is 6:36 but when I got there it took forever. The staff didn’t even say hello. She didn’t not even said sorry. She’s not friendly. She just ignored me. And i’m almost late to go at work.Just disappointing how the staff handle the situation.

Quick, clean, great customer service but my order was slightly wrong this time

Seemed very disorganized, took way too long. Seemed to care more about mobile app pick ups than those who where already waiting. Donut was very dry. Was unable to get complete order because ran out of time waiting on it. Was given 1 item at a time, instead of whole order. Very pricy considering the poor service.

Long long wait and we went inside to order. Drinks were good though.

Rude drive through service. Didn’t get our drinks right after explaining over and over what we wanted. Have been ordering the same drinks for years and there is nothing confusing about the drinks. We asked for chocolate and cinnamon powder sprinkled on top of our drinks. We got extra caramel drizzle and chocolate cookie crumbs that we had to pay extra for. I started out talking to a women to take my order and while explaining our drinks to the women barista, a man came over the intercom and told us the cookie crumbs were chocolate. We finally gave up and just went along with it. Other than the drinks being wrong they also took a long time to get them out to us. We also ordered walnut bread that was COLD in the middle and only the edges were warm. Will never go back to this Starbucks ever again. Have never been treated so rudely at a Starbucks. If I could give 0 stars I would’ve.

Jan 11th 7:15a had to wait on the drive thru for 15 minutes before I can get close to order, to find out they aren’t even taking orders, tried to go inside and doors were locked, the app isn’t even working at times which is annoying

This Starbucks is the most warm and friendly coffee shop I have ever been to. The baristas are friendly, kind, and excellent at their job. They remain professional despite entitled and demanding customers. If you go often, they learn your name and make you feel like family. They do not discriminate against anyone from any walk of life, even providing free water and dignity to homeless who may come in out of the weather. Good people! Highly recommend!

Always friendly staff and orders are generally pretty quick. However, now with the mobile ordering and how busy this location is I wish they would designate the front 4 parking spots for mobile pick up orders. It almost seems like the employees park up there instead of along the back taking away even more spots to stop and run in to grab your mobile order.

Out of all the Starbucks I have been to as a traveler, this particular Starbucks needs to either improve the drivethru or shut it down and relocate the whole Starbucks. Day one was a 25 minute wait in the drivethru and day two is leading by 8 minutes. This is ridiculously long and from what I can observe, the location is not efficient for the amount of traffic that visits this location. Again, needs improvement.

Had begun thinking Starbucks had jumped the shark then they came out with a grilled cheese that is addicting. I can make better coffee at home but cant reproduce that sandwich yet. You got me, @Starbucks. Well-played!

Theres absolutely no point in having a mobile order if half the time you cant mobile order 😆😆 Just say advertise Hey we may or may not have a mobile order option, just depends the day. May the odds forever be in your favor 🥴🥴

Great seating options inside and out. Decent job overall with crafting your coffee. Service is often a bit delayed with peak drive through times creating a long wraparound car line. Also need to be careful when using the drive through as the corner curbs are a little too tight for doing a normal soft turn (especially near the order sign), so be prepared to swing wide.

I always have a great experience at this location! However, tonight I went with my boyfriend in the drive thru and the guy at the window (Ryan) made our experience even more enjoyable and awesome! I work at Chick-fil-A and we have core values that we have placed for interacting with the guests, and he did just that! He was very friendly and asked how our day was, and it all just made our day even better! I hope he gets acknowledged for doing such an awesome job! Thanks Ryan!

Always friendly and nice. A few times I was told I couldnt get things because I ask for drinks without whip and the drinks I wanted included it in the recipe. I just shrug it off and ask for something else.

The wait is NOT worth it. I prefer not sitting in line for 30 minutes for a $4 Frappuccino .

Bad experience after bad experience. In the past 3 weeks I have had nothing but issues here. I ordered large amounts of coffee the night before a meeting for a pick up. The morning of they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. Upon reviewing their written records they found my order and realized they didnt make it. It took over a half hour of waiting and I was almost late to work because of it. At my next visit I order a simple cold brew with cream blended. Waited 30 minutes. I asked the barista (Michael) if they were close to working on it at that time like Ive seen many people before me ask. Instead of answering me with a number like he told the other people. He rudely tells me I need to be patient. I did tell him I had been waiting 30 minutes. He ignored me. So I went over to the cash register and asked for a refund. The cashier who was very nice was shocked that I was still there and agreed it was too long to wait. He refunded my order and compensated me with a small gift card. I will definitely not returning. I will now be frequenting more locally owned coffee shops over this cold chain.

I ordered a red velvet loaf and they gave me a cake pop instead. That was not what I ordered. I would have gone back through the drive thru if I hadnt of spent 30 minutes going through the 1st time. My order was supposed to be ready in 4-7 minutes. This is my last visit.

This is the most well designed Starbucks Ive ever been to. The atmosphere is perfect.

Decided to pre order so we didnt have to wait so long in line but when we got there they werent busy so we decided to go through their drive thru. We then watched an employee hand a couple of our drinks to the people in front of us. So of course we had to wait for them to remake our drinks and of course my drink was completely wrong. Ill never go back

I only ever order a large coffee and it was fresh and delicious as always. The person who served me was as unfriendly as you can be without actually bing rude. Maybe I need a nicer car?

Nice spot, great people, relaxing. Clean and organized. Foods look great. Smelled great, mixing with coffee and toasts. However, the staff is somewhat depressed and unmotivated -- I dont know why they were totally down but something did happen. They did a good job serving me promptly and the drink was delicious and hot --- yet, their mood seemed to affect me. I will give this Five-Star if they remain motivated and excited to see customers.

Slowest drive through ever. I think they are slower than McDonalds...

The service is great, theyre extremely nice every time I go & they always get my order correct. But where the store sits is awful. It sits on the busiest intersections along a freeway so its almost impossible to get to. Very few parking places & several are blocked by the narrow drive threw. I only go there if Im not going across town, otherwise I will use another Starbucks in town.

This is the best Starbucks in Abilene, in my opinion. Consistent speed, service, and drink quality on par with expectations from the chain.

A busy corner @Buffalo Gap Rd. & Loop 322 around Abilene TX, across the Freeway from the regional mall, this Starbucks is staffed even on holidays! Never waited more than 3 minutes. Quality you expect; wifi, outdoor covered patio under the oaks, bar, tables, meeting area, conversation corners - from 5am to 10pm, except Sundays 7am. 5☆

Wait time is long. This Starbucks has a pretty limited menu. Wish they offer more drink items on the menu.

The coffee was good but the staff had me wait in the drive-thru, at the menu board, for 9 minutes after I had already waited in a long line for 15 minutes. No apologies or explanation given. If I wasnt in need of coffee, I would have drove away. A bit pricey too.

The slowest Starbucks on the planet. Staff is nice and helpful, but average time for drive through service is usually more than 15 minutes. Parking is also an issue. But, it is the only one on this end of town.
