The Moving Guys did a great job with our move from a storage unit to our new house. Larry Lee, Dominic, and RB were very professional and really cared about our household goods. I definitely recommend them. Their rates are very fair and the movers were working almost continuously with just a few (well earned) breaks and the weather during my move was HOT! Highly recommend!

The Moving Guys were fantastic. They knew I was a teacher and saved the weekend! I changed schools this year, and needed my things moved before the holiday weekend😂They were kind, helpful and the nicest people on the phone. I tried other business to no avail. Came and started to load the truck and get 3/4 full and the boss guy finally brings out the contract . Oh but guess what?! It’s a blank contract! How unprofessional! Who signs a blank contract! Very crooked company! Do not use them! Then after not agreeing to sign a blank contract, they unload the truck. Terrible people! Terrible company! They need to be shut down!

The Moving Guys is a great moving company. We used them for a local move, moving from a 3 bedroom home to a new home. They worked extremely hard and were professional. They listened to my requests for certain things without any issues. I highly recommend them.

These guys were the worst. The broke several major items.i did not get the rails for one of me beds and I saw them put them on the truck. Also I requested a 26 ft truck and trailer when I spoke to the lady and made the reservation. The owner told the crew to change trucks I did not need that big of a truck and not bring the trailer. After they got there I called the owner and he tried to lie about it when the forman had told me he was the one to change the order. When I told him that was the order I made with the lady he said he did not have a woman who worked for him. The forman said it was the owners wife. They could not get all of things in one trip. When I spoke to the owner he tried to say it was my fault for living about the size needed to be sent. He left me and would not get the rest of my things unless I paid much more money. I told him I would not since this was his fault. I had to get another service to finish my move. Also they were supposed to be there at 9 did not get there until 2..Please dont use these guys. They are the worse!

Request for over the road job from Fort Worth to Abilene. Agreed upon 26 foot truck with 4 men for $140 an hour with quote of $1200. The owner/manager Larry promised an even earlier move was available and called me Saturday morning to confirm. I rented a car, drove over to Fort Worth from Abilene only to learn hours later they wouldn’t be able to start my move yet. Back to the original plan of Monday 10:30 am in Fort Worth...They showed up 3 hours late, with 3 guys, did not wear masks half the time, charged me almost $2000. Oh and they broke stuff like my 128 year old decorative church window shutter after tossing it on my leather chair and putting other stuff on top of it. Thankful it was good leather. All that being said, it was the manager Larry that makes me say I will never recommend this company. It feels like he lied and manipulated his way into getting this job and didn’t live up to anything but the truck size. After all the things they didn’t follow through with I was very understanding. When I had a problem I got ghosted by Larry. They wouldn’t work with me on the price or anything. That means I couldn’t tip the people who actually did the work. So all together with damages and extra costs the move ended up being $2584. Moving is tough and isn’t always smooth but I recommend you find another company to use if you want a successful move. If you like being screwed over, lied to and ignored, the Moving Guys are the perfect company for you!

These guys were great. They fit me in last minute for the day I needed. Realized while helping to put together my new couch that it was broken. They loaded it back up took it back to the store & exchanged it. Professional knowledgeable & went the extra mile. Ps my couch was heavy because it had recliners. They were even willing to take my old furniture. Thank you men!

Our appointment was at 1pm. At 1:30 I called the owner, who rudely told me that he had said arrival would be between 12 pm and 2 pm. At no time had he mentioned this. At 3 pm I called again and was told that they were running behind on the previous move but would be at my house in an hour. At 5 pm I called again and got the same story. Finally, at 6:35 pm Mike and Mark showed up. Mark continually griped and complained about their previous customer. We were told there would be three men; Mark said one had walked off the job and was probably at a bar. After more griping and complaining, the truck was finally loaded and ready to move at 10:39 pm. Mike said very little during this whole time, but Mark was quite mouthy and obnoxious. When we got to our new home, Mark backed the truck into our brand new deck, causing, thankfully, minor damage. Today, while attempting to move my dresser, I discovered that one of the legs was broken, although neither mover had said a word. Complaints to the owner are met with rudeness and inaction. These two finally left our home well after midnight. Lack of professionalism and good service run rampant through this company.

ABSOLUTELY awful!!!!! Movers peed on my moms mattress, they broke things are purpose. Went thru my moms car and stole stuff; had to hire another company to fix their job!!!!! Please do not use them!!!!! Unprofessional!

I was recommended to this company by abilene precision movers as they were fully booked and told me upfront. I called them and they said they’d be able to help move my one item (a wine cabinet from abilene to abilene about 15 minutes away) today later this afternoon/evening. I said perfect how much? They said $100, but a $50 deposit upfront that will count towards the $100. I said okay. Before hanging up I was told to text my name, the address where the item is located at & the address where it is going to. I did so & the message was read at 0824 am (that morning I had called). I waited patiently and by 1245 still hadn’t heard anything regarding scheduling the appointment and sent another text which was marked as “read” by the owner (within 5 minutes of sending) again without a response. I find this very unprofessional and rude. If you do not have time or cannot fit someone in your schedule do not give them false information. Even further ignoring customers and not responding to them after they follow your instructions is also very unprofessional. I am very upset and angry that my time was wasted and not respected. Don’t bother with this company, find a company that cherishes and values customers and their time!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They packed my 2 bedroom and 1office home in 4 hr. Upon checking, they didnt pack either bathroom, several other items or the garage. Every box from my pantry is crushed. It looks like they just raked their arm down the shelf and dumped everything in a box. There was open flour in one box and open baking soda in another. So...everything was covered. Awesome. I asked multiple times for them to place the boxes in the rooms they belonged. They did not. Half werent labeled. Most were stacked and crushed. Several items broken. Upon doing the first load of laundry, my washer isnt working. It worked fine before and now has error codes and I have to have it repaired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service.

Please trust the negative reviews and avoid this company.The owner of this company does not operate with integrity, ethics, or general human respect. We own a townhome and TMG was hired by our former tenant to move their belongings. TMG mistakenly removed appliances that they had clearly been told to not move (a washer and dryer, owned by me). Within the same day, we realized their mistake and contacted Larry asking him to return the appliances they had taken in error. We were understanding of the mistake and not angry. His response was aggressive, defensive, rude, and he refused to return our property. He said that he would return our property once his customer had paid him their final payment. We discussed that payment from his customer was not our business and we simply asked him to leave us out of that issue and return our property to the unit. He admitted having the appliances, was holding them, and said that he would not return them until he was paid by his customer. To make a long saga short, by the end of a few conversations with my wife, he had yelled at her, claimed to have called the Abilene police (Why? It did not make sense to us either, but we were happy to have the APD aware of the situation due to his alarming temper and the fact that TMG had taken our property and was now using it as leverage in a situation that did not involve us. We followed up with a call to the APD of our own.). We ceased communication with TMG and considered it all a loss once Larry screamed at my wife, telling her to, Shut the F*** up! and hanging up on her. Needless to say, TMG was paid in full on time by his customer (according to what they shared with us) but never compensated us nor returned our property, even as he had promised to do so.We have reported the theft to the APD and the bad experience to the BBB. Further action requires us to take Larry to small claims court involving fees that would match and possibly exceed the value of the property his company removed. All in all, we urge you to avoid the nightmare of hiring this disreputable company.

Larry really came through. I originally hired Little Joe Movers to move me. unfortunately,it snowed and Little Joe’s backed out and rescheduled for Thursday. They were a no call/ no show. I called The Moving Guys at 11:45 am - and Devon and Rick showed up at 1:00. They were quick, very professional, and personable. I would definitely recommend The Moving Guys.

I used them over a year ago and l asked for 4 guys, l got 3 and then one got sick went home. It took them 6 hrs. to move me 2 blocks . My furniture was damaged, they knocked a hole in the wall in the apt. They are way to expensive. I paid over $800.00 for a 2 bd.apt and had everything packed. I would think again before you used them.

Larry Lee and his crew called the morning of to give a time estimate and then gave us a 15 minute out call. Very professional and courteous, Larry Lee and his team were exceptionally quick but careful with the fragile items. They offloaded our 26 foot truck and half a 12 Uhaul Trailer into our garage in just over an hour. Great work guys!

They left in the middle of my move to go deliver some thing for a company they have a contract with, they were gone for over two hours. We had to be out of the house we are moving out of that evening and we almost didn’t make it.They also damaged some of my furniture and when I contacted them about reimbursement they came and tried to use furniture markers to hide the scratches, it didn’t work. They told me they were going to get some pieces to fix some of the things that were damaged and that was weeks ago, I texted them again to see if they were ever going to come... nothing.Don’t use these guys.

The company had one of the best price in the city. They were quick and efficient in the move. Most importantly was the care that they gave my oversized furniture.My move had three stops and one of the stops was in a different city. There was a full crew to do the move. The moving guys were great needed to move with a quickness. After big country movers stood me up the moving guys were there within the hour. They sent 3 guys out who all did an excellent job!!! Will be calling these guys for any future moves.

While my previous review was positive, we have since discovered that the guys did not properly assemble our bed. They only hand tightened the bolts and failed to let us know so they were practically falling out. Our bed could have fallen apart and/or broken had we not thought to check. Unbelievable. They had the tools to tighten it as they were the same tools used to take said bed frame apart.

These guys came out and moved a baby grand piano for me. Very courteous and personable. They did a great job and were easy to work with. The price was very reasonable and if I ever need to move again, I will give them a call! Great job!

Just read comments from a group on Facebook. They described and had plenty of backup support proving you need to avoid this company . Here is just one of many posted.Three years ago my husband and I moved across town. Every one of our big ticket items were damaged. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, oak bedroom suite, freezer, and various other items. My husband and I are in our 60’s, so when we purchased these items it was to last us a while. No junk! We had the same offer from The Owner of The Moving Guys.... .60 cents per pound of damage. I refused to pay him for the move! Please people put this man out of business!!! Did you know you could have purchased insurance through them to cover those items that were costly... yeah, me neither. He never said a word about it!

Wow! These folks are awesome. We did a local move and The Moving Guys were suggested us by a coworker. As soon as I called to find out cost and services I could tell that this was the perfect choice for us. They worked around my schedule and provided tips and hints on was to prepare. We went with the 4 person crew option, it was the best choice. They called to let me know they were on their way the morning of the move. Upon arrival I was explained all the paperwork and their plan. When they started it all was smooth and FAST. We had over 13000lbs of household goods and at 5:00pm it was moved and unloaded. Eight hours and we were in our new home. The crew was kind and always helpful keeping me up-to-date and informed during the process. I couldnt have asked for a smoother and truly peaceful move. I have already suggested them to many of my friends and will always speak highly of this company. Give them the opportunity to prove it to you. God Bless.

I was having a hard time finding a moving company. Until I found The Moving Guys. The respond quickly. I didnt have to call 5 or 6 times like others .only once and I got greeted instantly.The guys on the crew were polite fast and very safe. They moved me in only a few hours. The price was great best I found in Abilene. In the past with other movers they were slow and costly. The moving guys did scratch my headboard but the owner came and fixed the damage himself. We used The Moving Guys to move my mothers property from her home into long-term storage. Brandon and Holly came in the morning for the packing, and could not have been any better. My mother had two large china cabinets and Holly took the time and packed them like they were her own. Very nice job! Brandon was one of the hardest working guys Ive seen in a long time. Very polite and professional. Ryan, Zane, Trey and Alfonso came in the afternoon to move the property. What a great group of hard working guys. Again, polite and professional in every way. The Moving Guys was the right choice for our moving needs and I highly recommend them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID- Zero StarsOwner is rude, quality of work sucks, employees used foul language in my presence, did not send enough shrink wrap, blankets to cover my furniture, damaged items, broke items, scratched items, and completely damaged my fridge with dents and scratches- told me .60 per pound (what a joke). Argued with him for over a week. Paid $840 to move me and cost me over that on damages. Reported Larry Fields and his company to BBB and possible filing a small claims against him to get all my money back. Run as fast as you can to get away from this company.

These guys were supposed to be at my place by a certain time to unload my uhaul and came 4 hours late and still charged me full price. They were nice but had every excuse as to why they didn’t come on time.

Worse experience with a moving company. The owner set appointment yet never asked me any details, confirmed price or number of guys after telling me it was different prices for the size of the crew. My appointment was for 1pm they finally showed up at 7pm. I had to keep calling to get status. They showed up in my opinion tired and not prepared for the job at hand. My paperwork was not done ahead of time, he apologized yet he is now on my time filing out his paperwork. The lead guy was the youngest and talked the whole time he cant talk and work at the same time. He broke the leg off my dresser and he first thing was to try and blame it on how it was made. He did not listen to how I needed the items to come off the truck. Took way to long to wrap and move my furniture no boxes or containers just furniture. Had to repack the truck twice and still left my bookshelf. I went less than a mile away and it took them 3 hours. They did no setup of anything yet was charged $490 then when asked about the military discount that he offered once he found out I was military. He acted like he never offered it. My sister overheard on guy tell the lead guy and his brother in law to hurry up he wanted to go home the lead guy says yes but not too fast we have to get paid. The lead guy tried to use flirting to hide the fact they where slow and not doing what I asked. I have been moving a long time 18 years in the military and these guys were slow and did not know what they were doing. The one guy kept getting pinned behind the furniture by the lead guy. I would not and will not recommend this company to anyone. The dont even have there own truck. They rent U-hals and dont care if the size is correct for the job because they dont care if they have to do multiple trips. They are supposed to come fix my dresser on Monday. We will see how that goes. They left trash at both places yet was constantly talking about a tip and how they dont get tipped by people. Dont do business with this Company! Owner still never called to apologise for his crew being 6 hours late for a job. I can understand maybe 2 hours behind yet 6 😠

Movers were efficient, fast, and all around hard workers. We moved a three bedroom house last second (Literally scheduled it 2 days in advance), and they were done in less than 3 hours. Everyone was kind and incredibly hard working, and we would highly recommend to anyone moving within Abilene. (When we move again, well be using these The Moving Guys 100%).

This company is fantastic. They moved my daughter and son-in-law in about 5 hours. Speedy and great rates. They also unloaded my sisters U-Haul when she moved to Abilene from Pennsylvania. Great crew. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Movers beware. My experience with The Moving Guys was traumatic and frustrating. The movers themselves were very pleasant and courteous but I’ve never dealt with more unprofessional owners in my entire life. I was told my furniture would be wrapped in blankets and then wrapped in cellophane. Larry, one of the owners, gave me an estimate to move us from one town to another over the phone. I paid a non refundable deposit of $500 and reserved the date and time for the move to be done in a single day. The morning of we were told the transmission on the truck had gone out and they would be getting a Uhaul. What was to take one day turned into four. On the day my furniture was to be delivered he called me wanting my credit card number and threatened to take my things to a storage unit and hold them there until I paid him for the move in full! He threatened to get the sheriff involved so I called the police. Once I told him I was taping our phone conversations he had his guys deliver my furniture and when I started noticing I had damaged pieces in every room in my home I went out to the truck to see that my furniture not only was not packed with moving blankets it was stacked wood on wood! Brand new furniture I had only had a few months was mark and dinged. They snapped the leg off my dinning room table and then one of the guys tried to tell me it was loose when they got there. Thankfully one of the movers took responsibility and admitted they had not used blankets and my furniture rubbed against other pieces the whole way to our destination.I was told they would pay 60 cents a lb for damaged items but the guys had nothing on hand to weigh the damaged pieces. When I spoke w the owners about the damaged pieces I was met w more frustration like I was the problem and Terry Fields said, “We need your pictures of the damage because we are going to go to court with this… This isn’t our first rodeo with this...” Does that sound like the customer service and attitude you’d expect from someone responsible for your hard earned possessions? You’ve been warned. Do not use The Moving Guys.

Best Moving Service in the state of Texas by far. The guys were extremely professional! They were fast and efficient so as not to run up the clock. They even took apart my bed, and babys crib, and put it back together for me at the new house. I was very pleased because there was no way either of those things were getting through the doorway! I had some junk items that needed getting rid of that they hauled off without question. WILL USE MOVING GUYS EVERY TIME I MOVE! Highly recommend! Dont use anyone else! Thank you Moving Guys!

We call a week ahead to schedule two guys to help us load a storage unit on a moving truck, after they were 5 minutes late I Call and the owner said the guys would be heading out soon (we had them scheduled for 11) we wait until 1130 at this point theyre 30 minutes late....my husband speaks with the owner and he tells him the guys would be there when they finished the last job...mind you it’s 30 something outside and we have a 3 hour drive back to East Texas! We just cancelled We called another company and they were there within 10 minutes!

I was surprised at the courtesy of the men and how fast they worked. It only took them 45 minutes to unload our truck. One worker even helped put our kitchen table together. We recently used the The Moving Guys from Abilene to move our home furnishings. The crew was timely, efficient, and hardworking. They took great care to protect our furniture. Even though we were only moving a few blocks, they wrapped our furniture in blankets before wrapping it in plastic. They handled various rain episodes during the move to make sure that our items were protected. They were also courteous and professional and the price was very reasonable. The owner and crew manager were great to work with! I would use them again without hesitation!!

*** Absolutely Over and Beyond ***On May 19th I was slotted to be moved from Abilene to Saginaw, TX. We packed our entire house and woke up Saturday to wait on another local moving company I had hired. THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! I called and left messages all morning! Nothing!!!In a panic and unsure of what to do, I called The Moving Guys and Larry answered the phone first try! He was apologetic for my situation and said he would call me back with a plan asap. I know that same day moves are unheard of, especially out of town! But Larry did it!!! He kept his word and called me back within 20 minutes and said they would be there to load me by late afternoon and unload me the following morning!He did EVERYTHING he said he would do, and MORE!!! They got my belongings here to Saginaw and ended up charging me LESS than quoted!!!! Saved my move and saved me $$$!!!!I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about The Moving Guys Company! It is exactly the personal attention you expect from a local moving company and the professional feel of a well run company!If I ever move again I will be calling The Moving Guys for sure!!!!

Woke up to severe thunderstorms the morning of our moving date. They made sure I knew the risks, and I told them to come on. They were efficient, but careful with my furniture (I have mostly antiques) and I had no damage. This is the second time I have moved with them and I have not been disappointed either time!

The Moving Guys provided me with an absolutely horrible moving experience! They actually do not deserve 1 star. They broke a 43 4K computer monitor with a retail value of $650. They broke the 32x32 glass out of a picture. And they broke the corner off a coffee table. The owner, Larry, refuses to do what is right and replace the monitor. He only wants to pay me $.60 per pound! What a joke. If you have nice furniture and electronics, do yourself a favor and find a different mover. I look forward to seeing Larry in court.

The Moving Guys were the worst experience I ever had. Over rated and very unprofessional and careless. I left storage while they unloaded. I had given specific details on how I wanted it stored like everything that I need access to should be up front in order to access easily. Well how they put it all in the back of storage when I Instructed them and watched in frustration the employees do as I instructed and put in truck first. All our clothes are in the back of storage and they unloaded so poorly that we had to buy clothes till we can get a mover to fix their mess. Also they left my mattresses on concrete floor at the front of the on the floor for possible water damage. Broke all of my lamps and said nothing. The owner has a anger problem and doesn’t treat his employees respectfully. He also raised his hand to one of the employees. I’m not used to this type treatment. I cod say more but not. You and your employees know what you did and why.

The guys did great helping me and my wife move. It was fast, good teamwork, and they took good care of our property! We couldnt have asked for better!

I am so impressed with The Moving Guys. My husband and I recently moved across Abilene to an upstairs apartment. We hired them to help us and they did a great job. They showed up on time, worked very efficiently, took good care of all our belongings and they were respectful and kind. I highly recommend them.

This company did an incredible job moving our heirloom piano from Abilene to San Antonio to our Nephew’s house! It arrived without a scratch! We will be using them again for any further moving needs!

I noticed The Moving Guys removed reviews from their Facebook page, so I am sharing what I had previously posted on there, below:Utterly disappointed with how unorganized this company is.The owner Larry double booked me (Mitchell) and a “Michael” to be moved. He did not realize this and thought we were the same person, despite us having a conversation on the phone where I introduced myself as Mitchell/texting him twice that my name was Mitchell. In both circumstances, over the phone and text, Larry acknowledged that my name was Mitchell.Even if Larry thought that we were the same person, it makes sense to me that he would have received two separate requests for two separate locations. I’m unsure of how Larry organizes his schedule/manages his workload, but I am curious how he determined to visit one location, but not the other.Larry additionally proved to be inconsistent at properly communicating. On two separate instances, where his phone provided read receipts to my phone, I asked how I could pay for his services. Larry only provided read receipts in both of these instances and provided zero response.How am I suppose to trust Larry with moving all of my belongings when he clearly couldn’t provide customer service by answering me? Especially since it concerned how he would get paid...Since Larry had crudely doubled booked me and “Michael”, the movers never arrived. When I called him about the movers never arriving, he was able to quickly determine that he had double booked us and provided a sincere apology.Larry offered to move my belongings at a later time, in the same day, but continued to incorrectly call me Michael after I had corrected him.Larry additionally made a comment how he hadn’t received a payment/deposit from me. I reminded him that he failed to respond to my messages where I asked how to pay him. However, he did provide read receipts for my messages. Larry was apologetic for this as well.After telling Larry that I chose to take my business to a different moving company, he then decided to offer me a discount for “inconvenience”. Great afterthought after watching your customer leave.

I told the owner repeatedly that I had a lot of stuff. When I moved before it took a really large truck which I told him. I was suppose to have 4 guys and the large truck. They were 3 hours late because it snowed even though it didnt stick to the roads. Then there was only 3 guys and a medium sized truck. I told them repeatedly that my stuff was not going to fit. Well guess what? It did not fit. Loaded the truck then unloaded some of it to rearrange a couple times. Then they had to load up my Dodge till it was packed full and I still have to go back and load up a bunch more stuff on my own because even after all the rearranging it didnt all fit. Plus they took a bunch of stuff apart that I did not want taken apart. Bent some stuff to get it to fit and I found scratches on my good furniture. But I was assured that when they unloaded they would put everything back together and not charge me for the time. That of course never happened. I am going to have to finish putting everything together including my kitchen table. Most of this stuff was a pain to put together the first time but at least I had the instructions then. Now I cant even find all the little pieces. I paid for 8 hours of moving time when it should have only been 6 because they spent all that time rearranging, doing a lot of talking, calling the owner which did no good and then having to take my bed apart more than once because the guy kept doing it wrong. The only reason I went with this company is because they were the only ones available in the short time period that I had. My mistake. Dont make the same mistake I did. The only good experience was that the guys where nice even when I was being a b*tch because I was not happy and very p*ssed off. But in my defense I was paying for a service. I work hard for my money and it p*sses me off to throw it away on sh*tty service.

I used the Moving Guys for a local move. The guys were courteous and assured me everything would be properly wrapped. Larry, the owner was there. He was constantly yelling at the guys to hurry up and get it done. As a result, most of my furniture was damaged and scratched. They clearly did not take the care they advertised. I did not have a lot of things as most of our items were in storage. What was so upsetting was that they lost some items. When I called Larry he told me they had a lot of moves and basically “too bad”. He said he couldn’t possibly keep up with everything. I used someone else to move my items in storage and they were much better.

The Moving Guys moved my family and our 3 bedroom home from Abilene to San Antonio. The crew was amazing, all of our belongings were taken care off. The crew pack, shipped, and unloaded everything. They arrived on time and were efficient throughout the entire process.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. What a horrible person (Larry Fields). Im glad I have two witnesses to this mans disrespectful, mean spirited, fraudulent way of doing business. Larry charged $100 without permission to my cc when I have an email stating $50 deposit and $140 for an hour of service (it does not state service includes the drive there). They were scheduled to arrive at 12:30 and did not, to move one dorm room of items. They were there 52 minutes and charged me for 1.75 hours ($245), lied and said they wrapped furniture and did not. He threatened me and told me to eat s**t and die. I am concerned for my childs safety and I am taking steps to ensure their safety.

They were very accommodating even though they couldnt move me on the day I needed. It was a short notice. They even agreed to wait for the deposit till I got my cash in the bank. I REALLY needed to move earlier than they could fit me in to avoid more charges for me.When I called 2 days before they were moving me to cancel the young man was not nice on the phone. I basically got a chewing out.

I dont typically write reviews as this one, but I strongly feel people should get a full picture of the service experienced at the will of this group.This company was hired as a 3rd party to assemble items; refrigerator, bunk beds, place a 11×4 piece of glass on a table and put up a simple wall unit. Could not do it, spent 3 hours at house was able to place glass on table, but complained the entire time. Was not able to hook up refrigerator, assemble bunk beds or wall unit. The owner, Larry, who was doing the job spent the majority of time on phone, not working while talking rather stopping to talk, then would go back trying to figure out where he left off. He then stated he had to come back, complained the entire time about having to take the job, then cancelled.A new crew, not associated with Larry, came out the next day. Fixed the mess he left with the refrigerator, put bunk beds together and wall unit. Total time one hour and 20 minutes.Perhaps moving is all this company can do, they cannot reassemble simple items. Unreliable, unskilled and poor customer service.Buyer beware.....shop around.*** To add to my review, Larry called my cell phone, twice, screaming and threatening me, You better remove that review. Not only incompetent, but will threaten you if you dont agree with him.

Moving guys did an excellent job installing my sleep number bed today. They were on time, professional and did a great job. Pleased and impressed with their services. Highly recommend!

These guys are WONDERFUL. We have used them on several moves, both across Abilene and across the state. We would not use anyone else. Please give them a call if you are scheduling a move. You cant beat their price.

Worst move ever. These guys moved my dad and lost stuff, broke stuff and didnt follow any directions as to were to put stuff. Very disappointed. Not sure if its because he is older or what but shame on this company for treating a senior citizen this way

How does an owner of a company drop off a brand new employee on their first day at a convenience store and make him wait IN THE RAIN FOR HOURS for the crew to come pick him up when they are finished!!! Wish there was an option for 0 stars.

I called them with a very short notice, they showed up prepared and with great attitudes. Got the job done quickly and did a great job. Very pleased I suggest calling for any size job.
