My apologies for being so late on this review. Ashly at Turn Key North was a great help to us in our moment of need. She came in on a Sunday to help us rent a storage unit. She was very professional and helpful! We couldn’t have been more pleased! She showed us around and then assisted us an a most helpful attitude.

Office personnel are quick and to the point, very helpful and kind. Building is a modified department store (Kmart) plenty of room and cleaner than expected. Safe and secure

Kudos to CandaceWe have been working with Candace since October 2019 in support of our storage needs. The very first time I spoke with her I knew that Turn Key Storage North was the place we wanted to store our household goods.She is the epitome of customer service. She worked with us on our move in date and a moving target vacate date. She helped with insurance and numerous other questions. I spoke with her no less than 25 times and she was always friendly and helpful, providing solutions to problems that could have been easily ignored.Candace is the employee every company wants.Here’s five stars to Candace!

Clean, cheap rates and nice area. Also they have indoor driving to save you from in and out. Staff are great and respectful. I would recommend this to everyone!!

I’m giving it a four star cause overall it was a great place to store our stuff. The price was good for the size we needed and for the most part our stuff has come out okay. My only issue is we had rats in our unit and they chewed through our mattress, a few boxes and shredded stuff inside and a couple were dead in our unit. That’s not their fault, that’s just the area. But just an FYI.

Units are affordable and easy access, barbed wire fencing, cameras and coded gate make for a secured facility and the ladies in the office are super nice and had me out of there with a provided lock in about 10 minutes

Very courteous and helpful management

I do interstate moves regularly and I’ve never had someone take so long to in process a truck. I waited literally 20 minutes for the young girl to do an inspection looking at every micro dent and scratches. Usually they just look for actual damage or evidence of accidents and we all move on with life. Normal wear and tear isn’t an issue.

Great place, but I have to use the other door and walk across the to the other side to reach my unit for a month now. On way out noticed pools of water and looks like there could be a leak or two.

The faculty was clean. There wasnt alot of lights in the area I was in. The gate was closed today the 30 of may. I couldnt use my storage at that time.

Friendly and professional service. I also saved some $$ as their rates were relatively quite cheaper

I was really impressed with the inside storage lockers, the place was very clean and look a lot nicer on the inside than I could have imagined.

We used this facility for years and just didnt need a unit anymore. They were clean and friendly, but the big bay door is a total pain to get into.

Ive uses them For a lil more then 2 months its a Great place to use and the service here is amazing I would recomend to everyone :)!
