I am pretty computer savvy. However, I do not have all the tools I need. Thank goodness for a place like FedEx, they have all we need. A lot of their services are self serve however and the staff is always so willing and happy to assist me more than self serve. I am horrible because I do not know any of their names even though I have come up here at least six times in the last three months. However they all are really great.

Every time we are to get a package from them, the drivers who appear to be illiterate and cant read numbers on a house, say they cant find our house. Then say they will be here at 8 am today. Christmas eve. Nothing, and customer service is as rude as they get

AWESOME! They helped me with making a book and binding it together. Great service every time. I miss being able to load my card myself. I always have to wait in line to reload my purple card and another computer would be good.

Great place to get posters and banners. Wendy and Cody explained all of my printing options to me and told about a sale coming up for posters. I ordered a poster for my classroom. I also found out they make metal buttons you pin to your shirt so I might be ordering some of those in the future and bought some markers that were on sale. Loved the service I received from everyone who helped me. It was very busy and I had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes but other than that I was impressed and will be back!

I have been to this location on multiple occasions and had excellent service every time. I see a lot of other reviewers complaining about having to wait in line, which I have had to do but I still always get great service. They have helped me with my prints and banners for our business. My only complaint would be if they could have more people working at one time and not being able to load our own purple cards like we use to. I wouldnt use anyone else

The clerk added the wrong address(took the address of a business card). It was taken to the wrong address. So I called and they needed my permission to send it to the nearest FedEx office, which I gave, and then I get a phone call saying they could deliver it, so that was good(so I thought) so I track the package, guess what? Not delivered, the person I sent it to had to go pick it up. 2 days after delivery was supposed to arrive.

Do not! I repeat, do not use FedEx Office for any printing. Went in to print invites, not only did they print them the wrong size, but it was $100 for 60 pieces of paper! Then upon getting home, I realize that they didnt even give me all 60. I go back in to get the remaining 30 printed, and the guy charged me another 80 bucks!! Saying because it is printed on both sides, it is more expensive. He also only printed 18 of the 30, because it was out of paper and he never checked. Did I also mention I had to cut all pieces myself?! Clearly the people who work here, do not know what they are doing. Worst print shop in town..maybe they should just stick to shipping packages. Never use! You have been warned!

Ive been here multiple times because its the only one in my area, but the employees always seem like theyre in a bad mood and are not motivated to help. They arent attentive, they dont communicate what theyre doing well when theyrehelping me, and everytime I come here theres an issue. I was even told by a man wearing a FedEx uniform that he doesnt work here after I asked him for help with a paper jam. I then asked about his uniform and he said Yeah but I dont work here. and said it as if it was obvious and I was stupid for not understanding. He was scanning packages, so Im not sute what that was all about. Always an attitude, never a clear answer when I ask for help, and just plain rude.

I ordered a package and it was shipped by Fed Ex who drops it with the Abilene Post office. It takes forever to get anything from Fed Ex so from now on i will pay for shipping from another company if I am given the choice. Fed Ex has no complaint department nor a human when you call them.

Does not ship boxes that arent full enough. While she proceeds to push on every side of your box to the point of creases and ripping tape so she can make her point. Regardless of whats in the box if it isnt bursting at the seems then dont expect them to accept it. She references company policy to not accept half full boxes, however FedEx doesnt care what box they ship to my house but God forbid I use the same box to ship back my product.

Twice in the last few months, the delivery driver lied and said we were not available when we were clearly at home and waiting. He just didnt stop!!!

The people that work there are very nice and respectable employees. When I cant print something at home they are professionals about getting my printing job executed.
