Of the five times I have been in AutoZone since it has opened in Ada only once was I asked “Can I help you?” And that was after I stood at the counter waiting on the two guys hanging out in the parts finishing up a funny story. That was the only time I tried to get a part. The other times I just went in to get things off the shelves. Today was my last time. Walked up to counter with arm full of items and the only time the employees quit visiting was to tell me my receipt was in the bag. I understand things are different nowadays. I guess I’m just old fashioned and like customer service

Consistently the best option for auto parts. Variety of options, frequently have reasonable prices, quick and easy ordering in of nonstock items. Other store in town often has no option available and is always over priced. Consistently happier going through AutoZone.

Great customer service! I was initially just looking for the bulb to replace my brake light and made a comment about issues with gas pump nozzles shutting off, and not being able to fill my tank. The worker, a younger guy (did not get his name), asked a few questions then recommended a cleaner. I used it immediately and was able to fill my tank without anymore issues so far ! Thanks for taking the time to help!

I tried to get some paint and supplies at the Ada auto zone today. Customer service was horrible. I waited probably 10 minutes then left the items on the counter and walked out. Ill take my business to someone who appreciates it.

Went to buy KC lights 119.00 for box of two. For some dumb reason they have one box, again. So they say Pauls Valley has some. So called there. Yes they have one box, but theirs is 99.00. So at Ada I ask why their cheaper at other store. He went ahead and let us have them for 99 but we couldnt get our military discount and be tax exempt. And this man is always rude. Not going back there again.

The manager and Mark could not have been more hospitable. My best experience in a parts house.

There is always terrible service even when the store is empty, and if you dont check the parts yourself theres a 90% chance theyve given you the wrong one. Dont go unless its your last option.
