Hands down the best dealership experience weve ever had. Johny Mathews was our salesman; he met us outside and asked what it would take. We said lower payments. Not only did they deliver, the payments were even lower than their initial offer with a 100k warranty included. As they waited on the bank, they let my husband pick out some Jeep merchandise as an apology, but it was worth the wait. From the moment we stepped on the lot to signing the papers with Hunter, everyone was awesome. This dealership is over 2 hours from us, but Id definitely go back. Hilltop, thank you again.

Don’t trust the people or the vehicles they sell. The car fax they provide are scrubbed. We bought a car from there and took it to get maintenance after realising some issues and the body shop informed us the frame was bent and should’ve been listed as a totalled car. The outside was fixed to make it look like it was not in an accident, currently about to engage in a suite.

I Was helping my son to try and find a useed Dodge truck 1st time purchase here in Oklahoma for our Family. The entire crew from Salesman to finance were Great. Best price on a Beautiful 2015 Ram Truck in the state looks and Smells Brand New.. But in AZ where were from things are done differently for Tags, taxes and title. So we discovered we were in a situation months down the road. I went to talk with Cliff and he went above and beyond what I was asking or hoping for! Your service department “scraped” the left rear fender of my 2919 SUV—during routine service. If this was during turning it parking—I would be shocked—as I have the —top-of-the-line SUV—that cautions u when u r near a surface.I am extremely disappointed, and expect reparations .What is sad is there was not an “I’m sorry”, or what can we do to make it right.At my insistence, they buffed the area then handed me a white pen to fill out the scratch: indention they put on my Jeep.This is not enough! I am extremely disappointed in your service and I intend to bring it to Jeep/Chrysler.

We havent had the best experience with this dealership, communication and paperwork takes forever! I have been waiting since October for a refund on my GAP insurance which should have been easily taken care of months ago as I took in a copy showing my loan was paid in full! Cant get any answers from staff either!! Extremely frustrated!

I certainly hope that they carry on the sales ethics of Ada Dodge. I bought a new Ram 2500 from them last year and they gave me a fair and competitive price, unlike the other Ada dealers that attempted the high pressure sales tactics that are almost the norm in todays market. I would rather walk than put up with the belittling sales practices most dealers use today. Thank you Ada Dodge and Chrysler.

They are good when selling you a car but any needs after that m, you are SOL. Salesmen will not return your calls after they promise to call you back with an answer. Finance and Title clerk loses your paperwork and blames it on the other party and will not take responsibility of their lack of service. Daughter’s title expires in one day and no title yet. They said we picked it up, we did not. We did not finance through them, Thank goodness! They said they cannot give me certified paperwork to take to tag agency as they do not have lien holder information even though they have to have that at signing! I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Ada Dodge if you do not want to deal with a title and paperwork nightmare!!

The service department sent my 84-year-old mother home in a car without the fan belt attached and a problem with the computer. They did come to her aid when she was stranded on the side of the highway when the car inevitably overheated, and after a trip back to the shop, they got it fixed. However, while I understand that people make mistakes, this was unacceptable and not something that would ever happen in a conscientious, well-run shop.

BUYER BEWARE! I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a used Ford truck and the motor is bad. Once they have your money, they no longer care about you. I even questioned the salesman Brian about the CARFAX for the vehicle being serviced. He told me that it was nothing to worry about. I was informed that their service department did an inspection on the truck and that it was fine. I even tried calling the Sales Manager Kalon regarding the issue. However, he kept avoiding my phone calls and voicemail. Worse customer service ever!

Dishonest and untrustworthy, dont count on receiving what your promised at the time of purchase. You would think for being a small town dealership they would be a little more honest than they are.Go somewhere else! The city if you have to, just stay clear of this place. From the salesmen and finance manager all the way up through the general manager you will be hard pressed to find an honest one in the whole bunch.If you do go to this dealership GOOD LUCK. And I hope your experience is better than mine. But dont count on it.

Deceptive trade practices. They offer low internet pricing and back the loss out of your trade in vehicle. If you dont have a trade in then the price goes up thousands of dollars. Stay away. Read the other reviews saying the same.

The few times I have been there for assistance I have not been helped or satisfied. Most recently I took my Dodge Journey in to have the oil change notification removed and it took 10 minutes before someone assisted me. I was not greeted by anyone, but I saw multiple people standing around looking and me. When someone finally arrived he seemed disinterested in why I was there and didn’t know how to remove the notification. He had to go get someone else, which took 5 more minutes, and neither one of them were friendly.

Experience at the dealer wasnt awful but after getting my money it went downhill. Bought a brand new truck and still waiting on paperwork WEEKS after my temp tag is out! Called the dealer 4-5 times to find out what is going on and never once received a return call. Spend your money somewhere else!

Got a 2005 hammer truck online to be shipped to Minnesota, sale person indacte that tgittruck is in working and in drivable condition. We set up a delivery from OK to MN, when the truck arrived I was unable to start it and made the decision to drop it off at a mechanic shop. As of today the truck doesnt start because of ignition issues. other repairs that need to be done for this truck to be drivable will cost me around $5000. When I contacted the dealership they refused to help me. Unbelievable .... To sale truck that you cant even drive it. Im currently in a process to sue them for not being hunesh and refusing to help me.

12/12/2019 took my 2017 Ram 3500 in for warranty replacement of a tire and dead battery 29684 miles on truck cost me 231.77 and my insulation battery blanket not much faith in the service department at Hill top

This is the biggest joke of a dealership around call about a new truck they had priced on the internet was told since didnt have a trade in and it was going to be a cash deal the internet price went from $40,260 to $43,150 so that was false advertising So the next day salesman calls back says they call sell it for $40,260 so said we would do that he say okay Ill call you right back thats been 5 days ago havent heard anything I wouldnt send my worsest enemy to Ada Dodge

I wish I could give this dealership less than one star. Their work is negligent and dangerous. Their mechanics replaced the head gasket on my husbands jeep, and while the head gasket is in tact, they man handled and broke a myriad of parts on the engine, the most unsettling being the 4 inch tear they left in his radiator hose. It is hard to believe that this was for any reason other than to cause his coolant system to malfunction and to bring him back in for another $2000 repair job. I would never use their service department if you value having a working vehicle. Their customer service reps are rude and do not take responsibility. The mechanics are not trustworthy. Beware.
