Just wanted to give a shout out and thumbs ups to the owners and employees of Bates Electronics!!! I have been doing business with them for a couple of years now, and have always admired their professionalism and service with a smile!! I highly recommend them!!

Service was pretty good. Guy doing the work is really good at what he does. Older folks who own it might need to spend less time up there though. Had Fox News playing on a huge TV in the lobby & the owners watching & commenting along. Ended up waiting outside in the cold while my vehicle was worked on to avoid politics talk. When I was growing up people kept their political views to themselves. I miss those days. Politics bores me & I just do not care much either way

Staff are friendly and great! They will help any way they can on their end. I had some issues and they were glad to help. Made it alot less stressful. I would recommend anyone to them. Interlock s(I used Simple ID) is stressful and theyre kindness, paitence and understanding is so much appreciated.

I had a remote start installed on my husbands 2500 Chevy Silverado for his birthday. Bates Electronics beat the prices in OKC. Shades knowledge of the product and installation was amazing. Great customer service! My husband LOVES being able to start his pickup from the comfort of our home.

Had remote start installed on my vehicle and was given one price and it never altered. Great mechanic, even better receptionist. They have my service for life!

I recently had Bates check out some wiring for my breathalyzer, and went to open my hood later to find my hood latch completely gone. I spoke to the mechanic for 5 minutes before I left and he said nothing. I had no issue with t before I went there. Usually, calling and customer service is good, but now I cant even get into my engine area. Maybe next time, at least leave the cable and latch that broke.

Had to come here monthly for a service and over the last year not once did bates keep the appointment time. Either had to wait for 15-30 mins or come back in a hour every single time.

It was great

No techs to assist you. Seen 5 car stereos. All pioneer. Home entertainment? Have a TV hooked up.
