I simply cannot say enough about this Kroger! They had just everything and anything you could think of from baby formula, flowers, meat, organic, cigarettes, pharmacy, gasoline, meats, vegetables and fruit. It has no temperature checks, but masks are required. I would like to recognize Sharon at the checkout register by going above, and beyond by also informing us of other Kroger locations with clothes inside of them. This was a huge location with multi-handicap parking, and everyone was courteous, and polite. Kroger also has instacart delivery, pickup, fuel points, Kroger rewards, online shopping and clean restrooms by far Kroger is tops in my book for my everyday shopping. Good job management and employees the teamwork here is Stupendous!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
Closed at 5:29pm on Saturday October 30th. Some people drive out to this gas station for rewards discounts that they have earned from being loyal Kroger customer. With gas prices the way they are I’m an unhappy camper. What a waste of time and money. (Google says open till 1am. )
The Mans Name is Daniel who helped me out with a great attitude shows his competent understanding of his assignment and ability to go above and beyond can’t say thanks enough to you brudda customer service these days are rare
We have been shopping at the Addison Kroger off and on for many years, and even though the store and parking lot are both a bit crowded, we overlook it because this is the location that is closest to us, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. We decided to do a pick up order yesterday, and that was a really bad experience. My husband went to pick up the order, and the girl was back and forth into the store. She took my husbands debit card, then came out saying she needed his pin #. The same with another card we were using. After a long wait, and lots of confusion, my husband was able to head home with our groceries, including ice cream, in tow.I had asked for no substitutions, but evidently they didnt care. Its like they just grabbed whatever was in the vicinity of the item I wanted. Not only that, all of our groceries felt like they were covered with a sticky lotion. Im not sure what that could have been.My husband went back to the store to complain to the manager, who gave him a $15.00 credit. We wont ever do a pick up order with Kroger ever again. Well stick with Walmart, as much as I dont care for them in general. Their ordering process is much smoother, and their app is much more user friendly.
This store continues to have employee blocking isles when stocking, and there is rarely anyone to help you at the deli counter. I waited 5 minutes today and was the only one in line. The lines at cash registers are better and they seem to bit friendlier. The parking lot continues to be dirty and really needs a good sweeping and cleaning. The pharmacy employees do a great job getting you through the lines and are very professional, we did Have one issue where one of the techs said they too busy to check their messages. The people at fish counter are often not around to help you and seem to be rude at times. The other Kroger at Frankfort and Midway always have employees available to help at the fish and deli counter. I hope these issues will addresses, since this store is so convenient to my house.
Wish I could give them no stars. Ordered a cake for my sons birthday 10 days in advance. Received an email saying the order was received. Show up to pick it up and they have no idea about the order and obviously didnt make it. Horrible service rude people.
This store has gone down hill in regards to service. The guest service desk is supposed to be open until 8:00 pm Monday- Friday and has been closing by 4:00 pm for the last several months. Thats just one issue.Today, there were no shopping carts for quite some time. I asked two Kroger employees who were stationed at the self checkout line if anyone was gathering the shopping carts outside, and they said they didnt know. I asked to speak with a manager and they said they would get one in a minute. The minute turned into 40 minutes, only after I had called the corporate office. Bottom line is there is zero sense of urgency from any of the employees and we will see if I get a call back from corporate.Save your time and go somewhere else.
I really like this Kroger! It’s really clean and they have a nice selection. Gregory is also very kind and helped me during my last visit. There was an item I couldn’t reach and he was more than glad to follow me and help me get the item I wanted. He was making funny jokes and making me laugh the entire time he was helping me. People like Gregory make driving the extra mile to a Kroger that’s out of my way worth it. Please give him the recognition he deserves! :)))
Very nice Kroger. Well stocked, good sales, and very helpful people. The only critique is the parking lot is way too small up close to the building. Ive never been here where they want a stack of cars trying to get into parking spaces. They need to widen the front Lanes and get ride of about 10 stop signs and things would good better.
The fresh produce at the store is quite disappointing been shopping here for about a month and Ive yet to find fresh orageno.
I have shopped at this location for over 4 years, regardless of having moved. The staff is and has always been amazing. !
I did the curbside pickup. Was very efficient. Staff was friendly.
This Krogers here has some of the most outstanding employees and great customer service. I love this Krogers here in Addison.
Ya, I just drove 4.3 miles in snow, ice and really unsafe conditions, I understand, buy when you call your location, it says you are open. Me having no choice but to come out to get food for my dogs because I fell asleep, you were only ones open at 11pm when I checked. Then I called to make sure and your recording says your open... You serve the public with a product we need and thats GROCERIES PRODUCTS... Now I cant get...
Put your cellphones down employees! This is an OK grocery store but the employees are less than desirable. When attempting to park, I observed a Kroger employee with a bunch of carts which looked like she was going to return to the store, but she was just standing off to the side on her cell phone texting. I parked, got our bags, started to go in and she hadnt moved but was still on her phone enough for me to chuckle thinking, yeah shes earning her pay. But whatever. Then upon checking out with a lot to bag, the bagger seemed a bit mentally challenged which is cool Kroger hires handicapped staff. He was really working hard but we had a lot of groceries so it was taking awhile. I couldnt believe while he was busy bagging, the checker when finished with us, just stepped behind and was texting and never made any attempt to help him - not that he needed it but it would have gotten us out quicker and there were people in line behind us. This happened the entire duration of waiting which took a long 3 - 4 minutes. I used to work for Whole Foods and there was a strict policy that you better not be on your cell phone while on duty. Apparently that doesnt go with Kroger. I hope the manage of the store reads this and does some training.
OK store. Great prices!. The only thing that keeps it from getting five stars is the parking lot is dirty the store is kind of dirty nothing is ever in stock I love using the app. I hate that I don’t know until it’s almost time to pick up my order that somethings were not in stock.
Great produce, always has good variety of products to select from. Wish there was more than one door to go in and out of. Can get crowded/congested. Have to pass through crowded check out area to get to shopping aisles.
I hope the girl who works at the door ( Brandi ) to be little more nice
I needed a few things today and went though the fast lane 15 items or less and one of the employees was very rude to me as l waited in line .to check out she was a black lady i got my groceries in bags and was done it was only 5 things over my machine stopped and ask for a attendant l called to her and she walked away and helped another .i Wasnt happy with her rude behavior and waited a long time .l walked out and left with no groceries l went to another store, and came home with less items I Didnt feel like starting over again .wont be back off marsh and beltline unhappy customer
I like the chicken strips they prepare hot. I go in maybe 4 days a week to find them. They have them maybe one of those days. I ask the deli if they can cook some and they tell me no. I want to spend my money and they will literally say no, go away. Its a pretty simple job to cut meat and fry food.....but they tell me no.
I called to place an order for a baby shower cake over the phone and was specific about the colors I wanted.I picked up at a certain time and was disappointed that when I presented the cake for our office baby shower that the colors I requested were not used and it looked like the cake had been repurposed for my request. There were bald spots on top of the cake where it looked like icing had been removed.I asked for orange and grey for the colors - the icing on the edges were red and black with a thin yellow outline as a border on top of the cake. It looked like it was supposed to be for a mickey mouse theme with small mouse like designs on the front. The cake was moist and delicious but I placed my order several days in advance so that it could be decorated the way I was requesting. Just so disappointed.I called to inform the bakery of my dissatisfaction and the response I got was If you are unhappy with the colors you chose, I am not going to argue with you. Come by tomorrow and speak with my manager for a refund.
I recently had my credit card information stolen and it was used at this location 10:30pm 8/2/2021
Messed up curbside order but gave refund and fixed order
I went to the money services counter. Stood there for about 5 minutes. Finally the lady there opened the door behind the counter peaked her head out and and said go away we are out of money then slammed the door shut. Unreal how rude.
I have had multiple bad experiences with grocery pick up from having the associates leave before bringing out my pick up order to today only receiving half of my order and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! Even though I contacted them about previous issues they don’t care. They never even emailed me back.
Yesterday...Cashier/asst. manager Marcus was as rude to me in front of other customers like nothing I have ever seen. He was wearing his Kroger shirt Customers #1.....REALLY. Management....feel free to contact me.
My visit today to the pharmacy was mixed. A lady was rude in explaining the new hours. Wish I would have got her name I would have complained to the manager. However, when I returned later for my medications Kinsey was super friendly and professional.
I went to checkout at what seemed to be a friendly ladies register. However I got there and she was very rude to me compared to how I saw her interacting with other customers. This left me with an unhappy shopping experience. I will not be returning to this Kroger and if your a poc I recommend you also don’t come here.
Went in to pick up money that was sent to me via Western Union. Had a sign up at their Customer Service window saying they were temporarily closed. This is about 5:30 pm on a Monday which is clearly as busy time for them as the store was packed and there were 2 people in line at the CS desk. They said someone was coming over shortly to help.About 5 minutes later a guy comes over from another department and was clearly no pleased about it, and I dont blame him considering I watched two managers chatting casually by self checkout. When it was my turn I provided the necessary info and was told they didnt have enough cash to give me. This was the second WU location I had been to and knew it was futile to get management involved to help.I could add several other incidents that were less than satisfactory but Im done wasting my time with this Location.
Ive been to this Kroger before and had a mix of positive, neutral, and slightly negative experiences, but when I went this morning I noticed fabulous service. Several employes greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I asked where to find a certain type of tea and the friendly stocking clerk was able to immediately find it on the shelf. They have good inventory, plenty of variety on most things like tea, plus I havent come across expired products on the shelf at this location. The prices are usually good, especially for the quality of their general store brand. Ill definitely go back.
Lets talk about brittany, you know we all have to wear mask right, well I swear this young ladys smiles right threw hers, always says hello always ask if I found everything ok, you see her most of the time with express lanes multitasking, love it, proof that we still need good customer service instead of machines, yes I use machines more convenient at times, but hey get your great customer service from Krogers and Ms brittany 😀
Great service and selection
I am a Kroger long time customer. Today is New Year Eve,I went to Kroger 3770 Belt line Rd, Addison around 8:00pm. Theres a shopper without a face covering in the store. I told the cashier, her name is Brandi if she can help on this. She told me that she did not know the customer, she cant ask her to wear a mask and nothing she can do to the customer without a mask at Kroger. It is Texas state requirment to wear face coverings in grocery store during the Covid-19 pandamic. This location isnt taking precautions against Covid 19.
Great staff. Very helpful.
We came in to buy groceries today and Sherry was our cashier. We really wanted to take the time to praise how polite, quick, and professional she was during the visit. My partner even commented that it was one of our most pleasant visits, and that Sherry really deserves praise and appreciation for making our visit so seamless. From a cashiers standpoint there was nothing really special about our visit, but we were in a time crunch and she really pulled through. Thank you, Sherry! Youre effortlessly wonderful!
Ive never had a good experience at this store and believe me, Ive given them too any chances. Today, the pharmacy didnt finish my prescription and I have to wait 5 days for it. My car got hit in the parking lot which is too small to maneuver in. One of their employees saw the woman hit my car. When I asked him if he would tell me what he saw, he turned and walked away. In other general terms, they dont have a very good selection. Food is on the shelves that has expired dates. Just average store. Have had much better experiences at Tom Thumb down the street.
Not my fav location. Customer service is usually lacking. I like the nicer and bigger stores also.
Last time shopping at this place. What a rude female employee up front...
Although they are open Tuesday and Thursday for seniors etc. You cant get deli meats, you cant get seafood or specialty meats. Customer service isnt open. Unless you just need off the shelf stuff dont get up early. I wanted black forest ham but deli was closed and the pre sliced shelves only had a few types of cheese left in them. Old peoples food lives matter too.
So today June 23rd 2020 at 5:08 p.m. I came across a Kroger employee that was very Mal I was not aware that going to his place of business would be such an inconvenience for him. I went to purchase 5 lb of crab legs after I watched him unpack two crates of meat. He finally decided to assist me with grunts a s shrugs. I began to think he was mute until he said No in a loud clear voice. Thankfully I didnt let his gross disposition to discourage me from making today special for my daughter. Thank you James from the Preston location for going the extra mile!
I have never had a worse shopping experience. I had 3 people that work at this location be completely rude to me this morning. I noticed something I bought rang up for more than double what it should. When I said something the cashier said “ugh” because he had to go check. He literally threw his hands in the air for me to hurry up and follow him over. Meanwhile, I’m in a boot because I’m injured and the item was in the wrong spot and had no price or proper place it should have been.
There are no registers open. All customers are funneling through an 8 foot area into the self check out area. So if you wanted COVID-19, Kroger has it available right now at additional charge.
The store is great. From the customer service desk (Anne is a saint), to the cashiers, to the stockers, very helpful. Its my neighborhood store. There is one complaint that I need to voice however, there is a person named Kurt Treder in the Deli Dept. He has severe B.O. (body odor) and terrible hygiene. How is it okay that he be around our food? Someone needs to take a look into this serious matter. Not a fan.Ill give 5 stars to the store if something is done about this character.
Its always a good place to do grocery shopping. Easy to enter, clean and friendly people.
Don’t waste your time ordering on line. Waited three days to pick up my order for them to give me less half of the items I ordered. No courtesy call to inform me about my order.
The employees at the customer service and self-check-out area are very rude to the customers. The black manager, Bandon, is very rude around. The shopping in this store is a nightmare. This is the worst Kroger in the world.
Security at this place is a joke. Ive been threatened with violence multiple times by other patrons, both in the store and in the parking lot. I now shop at Tom Thumb, so much safer!!
The last 2 times I have been there the produce area has nats flying around. Seems the cleanliness is going worse instead of better since covid
Not bad.. I wish it was a little bigger
Please Kroger managers if you are reading this put a sign on the baby formula about the rulers y’all just implemented. My husband went to buy 2 of the 23.2 Oz Similac Formula and he bought the wrong one, i sent him back not even 10 minutes after he left the store and was told that they can’t exchange the Formula, saying “It’s Texas law” I researched and found nothing about that law in Texas, I understand that due to Covi 19 y’all are taking extra precautions but if you put a sign up customer can be aware. Now I gotta throw $60 Away in Formula because my baby doesn’t tolerate it.
Its fine. Modern grocery store. Really big. Tons of selection. Takes flipping forever to get around in it. The produce is average. The bakery is ok. The meats are acceptable. Employees are a mixed bag. Prices are mediocre. You have to get a loyalty card or they will fleece you. Its definitely a big chain grocery store. If you shop those and this ones in your area you might as well use it.
Let me first state how much I love Kroger and was excited that when I transferred to Addison, this store is 2 blocks away. I have visited 3 times and each vist, I find the store dirty, empty shelves and the selection for lunch on the go is minimal. I now drive to the Kroger at Midway and Frankford for all of my shopping needs. I wish the Addison store would follow what many other Kroger stores offer.
My wife and I love shopping here!! We save at least 33% each week off our total bill. Great prices and friendly people.
I just back to the area with my three kids and while I was checking out my youngest child, who is 1, began to get upset after the long day everyone had had. My cashier PLUS another cashier began to console my 1 year old by offering stickers and then they saved the day when the other cashier (I didn’t catch her name) offered my 3 kids each a quarter for the candy machine. Needless to say my kids frowns were turn into smiles. Thank you to your staff for being so welcoming and loving to your customers. I’m thankful to finally be back in the Dallas area and I have found my grocery store!!
Pick Up order fulfillment is a train wreck. An order promised 1pm Friday was still not ready 7 pm Saturday. This is not about out of stock items. This is about being told my order was almost ready, check back later, over and over. and over.Customer Service did not answer the phone.Whoever is the general manager of this store is doing an extremely poor job.
I asked the lady in the self check for help after the matching asked me to TOUCH the “go back” button. She almost pressed her thumb through the screen. When I thanked her she just asked as if I was an idiot. Then when I couldn’t get it to take my payment she ignored me when I tried to flag her down. As well as, call her via the machine. She was too busy being rude and stuffing her face with candy to just do the job she’s paid for. I’ll go to Tom Thumb from here on out.
Good store for grocery needs. Not a Kroger Signature store, so you wont find the upgraded features of a sushi or olive bar, but there is a gas station here. Use those fuel points for discounts on your fill up!
James is an amazing manager. I was very upset and he did everything he could to help the situation and make me happy. Customer service is rare nowadays but I appreciate him!
A great store with takeaway food. Great choice and product quality, little to no lines!
I understand this is a special situation were all in, but if they are understaffed they should stop opening spots for pickup orders.Went there to pickup at the promised pickup time but was told its not ready and to come back tomorrow. Here Im the second day after calling them prior to coming here to make sure it is ready, and got confirmation that it is. Now that Im at the pickup spot for the second time they say its not ready and I will have to come back again tomorrow.I explained that I have called earlier and someone confirmed its ready for pickup so she said okay, it is ready but youll have to wait a few minutes. Its been 1.5 hours so far and still nothing...If you value your time, take your business somewhere else, Kroger doesnt seem to care.
I wish more lanes were open.
The staff at this location are awesome! We needed a rush job at the very last minute for 48 balloons at a nearby birthday party. The manager and his staff especially Christopher were amazingly accommodating given the circumstances. I applaud their exceptional customer service skills. They went above and beyond to complete the order in record time! The balloon display at the event was beautiful! What a life saver. Thanks so much. Keep that lets go for it mentality. Yall rock! Your Keller customer
Perfectly fine store. Very nice employees. Odd, they often run out of their own brands. Not a large Kroger. Wonderful produce though for good prices
A pretty good Kroger location. Generally have everything you need, pricing is pretty fair. They have pretty good sales on stuff too, and the Kroger brand items are generally pretty high quality while coming in a little bit lower than the competitors. Works for me.
This is by far the best Kroger Ive came to, Scott is an amazing person. Very friendly and inviting Ive never experienced exceptional customer service as I have today!! Thanks Scott!!!
They have thick sliced bacon at the meat counter for a reasonable price. Manager specials can be really good deals. The biggest problem for me is finding an open disabled parking space. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
Third time this store has forgotten or removed the meat products on my order. I would recommend using another grocery store for curbside or delivery.
Picked 2 NOS energy drinks coz tag said BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE...receipt shows I paid full price for BOTH
Love the store and everyone that works here. Only store I go for my groceries and prescriptions.
I ran in to grab some muffins for work this morning. There werent any on display. The lady in the bakery was super helpful in getting some from the back & did so in a quick, friendly, & helpful manner! Love this store!!
Great prices! Made my Shopping trip rewarding as I shopped for a great charitable cause. I was able to buy quality items at a great price. Thanks Kroger!!!
This is a very nice Kroger. Its been recently renovated. Its bright and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection is great!
Great grocery store, with good meat selection. Friendly staff. Produce section good have more selections. Kroger would you please take over the vacant Albertsons at Forest and Marsh in Dallas?
We shop here all the time and it is always clean and the staff friendly. The best employee they have BY FAR is Steve (a bagger) who always greets my children with a smile and a hug. He is awesome and we go out of our way to come to this store just to see him.
The employees of the store are very rude towards customers, especially in customer service and Self-Check area. The black manager, Brandon, is extremely rude around against customer. This is the worst supermarket in the world.
Nice store in a convenient location. However, the interior is a bit dated compared to other stores.
Interesting first time experience. Greeted by an employee who was friendly. I went shopping and everything was normal. I get up to the registers and there is a lane with no customers with the light on, but a woman is just standing there back to me and I asked politely if she was an open register she didn’t reply so I thought maybe she didn’t hear me. I tried again and she says yes with a cynical tone in her voice not bothering to turn toward me. She asked if I had a membership card and I said no because I’m new to the area and she started scanning my items. I then asked if there was a way I could get a membership card and she said while cutting off the question that she would give me one when she got to it. I decided my best option was to not say anything. So I gathered my things and left. Sharon thank you for making my decision easy to go next door and shop at target from now on.
I was very impressed at the customer service. Anne is really awesome lady who helped me very friendly.
Healthy food section was a bit small but overall good selection and fast checkout. Store seems fairly clean and is open till 1 for late night shopping which is always a plus.
Its always a joy to shop at Kroger. This one is well stocked, unlike a certain super center South of Kroger. This place had everything I wanted, even if I didnt know I wanted it.
A nice young man with red hair came out to help me load up my groceries. I didnt even have to ask. Was very helpful to me because I have back problems. Good employee!
This is an older, smaller store than any other Kroger Ive been to. Fairly clean, good looking produce but the most recent chain-wide floorplan update either hasnt yet, or wont be implemented here so this store is organized differently from other Kroger stores. That means having to search for everything. The reduced selection and incongruent organization is what drove me to give a lower score.
Marcus is the best over there with the best customer serviceI really appreciate MarcusI come here just because Marcus is here
Great experience, lots of great items at a reasonable price. You NEED the Kroger card which is free to get the reasonable price. Ask register for the Kroger card. The Kroger card is already active when you receive it. You can use it the same day.
I Love this store!!! The store is always clean and organized. The produce is fresh and Beautiful. And the staff is friendly and inviting. This my main grocery store!!3
I loved shopping at this store so much, that I almost didnt move because I didnt want to shop at another store other than this one. The people here are awesome and very helpful. Everything that I need to cook and to eat is here and always on the shelf.
Nice selection, well organized, fast friendly cashiers. Fred Meyer affilliated for those who dont know. Can use your savings card for Fred Meyers here.
Today was my very first time stepping in this store! Excellent services! Aisles are stocked and ads are accurate 👍 I should saved some money and I prefer here than walmart.
Love to rummage thru the various mark down areas throughout the store for BIG savings. Also download the coupons from their website to your Kroger card for even more savings. You also get 50 points for each RX you fill there. Use your points to save at the Kroger gas station!
Are you looking for martial training to prepare you for war with dragons and extra-dimensional beings? I was. Not to be found here though. My disappointment says more about my expectations and not the comfortable shopping environment of this Kroger grocery store
Horrible customer service. Not sure why the clerk at cashier was so rude. Please train them first before assign them to the store.
I am a big fan of their private label products. Veggies are great. Not a fan of their beef. Steaks are usually tough. Hamburger ok.
I always have a good experience here. Before I moved to the Dallas area I would go to Target but now I prefer Kroger. It has more of a local super market feel. Prices are competitive, the staff is friendly, lines move quickly, and I like how the people in the deli offer to give you a slice of the deli meat before they slice it.
Great prices and fresh produce. Quick checkout with good customer service. Clean restrooms.
Has a pretty good selection.
My favorite grocery store closest to the Farmers Branch area. Always beautiful flowers and good Specials. Friendliest pharmacy staff too! 😃
I use this Kroger on a very regular basis. I know where everything is. all the people are very nice and helpful. They mail me personalized coupons that are wonderful and with my digital coupons I save a fortune there
Pretty good. They got good hours too - open till 1 am.👍
Third week in a row the dog and cat aisle was empty had to wait for someone to go in the back and bring it out the store seems to be going downhill. Ive been going there for 10 years and theyve needed new carts since then so now we get a gas station but cant afford karts that go straight instead of wherever they want kind of ridiculous. Im seriously thinking about going to another location or maybe Tom Thumb does anyone know if Tom Thumb is better prices or are they higher? I took my aunt to the one on Campbell and that store was immaculate, CLEAN & organized you name it its very well done. And here we live in Addison the high class neighborhood you would think we would have a high class grocery store! ON THE POSITIVE SIDE THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.
