This location (a location Google Maps likes to misrepresent - its next to the Gamestop and Great Clips by Walmart, not in the middle of nowhere!) has always been good to me, ever since they moved and fell under new management years ago.Staff are always friendly, if a bit tired, when I stop by, and Ive never had a problem here.

I needed some new gear for school and had questions. Marlin, Mark and their team took good care of me. My decision to switch service lasted more than one day and I didn’t feel pressured. They were thorough, transparent and helpful. Happy to have my new gear and great service. Highly recommend and will tell others.

On Thursday 4/30, my Husband and I went in to upgrade my iPhone and purchase a galaxy watch for him. After over an hour in the store, they were still unable to transfer the data from my old phone to the new phone. My usage was low, but I had a lot of pictures. They chalked it up to the pictures being the problem, it was closing time, so they asked that I come back in the morning to resolve the issue. I asked to take my phone home to upload the pictures and bring it back the next day, they refused to let me. Instead transferred only my number And SIM card to the new phone and sent me with it. I was nervous all night as the only pictures I have of my sons birth are on my phone.Friday 5/1, I arrive at the store at 10:55am. With my laptop, I explained what happen the night before. After this different employee tried his way for a bit, and still could not figure it out, I tried hooking it up to my laptop. For the first time ever, my laptop gave an error and wouldn’t allow the transfer. I asked if it was due to the SIM card not being in my phone anymore, they stated that was not an issue. I stood at the counter for THREE and a HALF hours, with a struggling employee who couldn’t figure it out and a manager in the back who was not assisting. Finally at 2:30pm I asked if I could take the phone home and get the pictures off my phone, or I wanted my number put back on top my original phone and would not purchase the new one. At this point the manager comes over and asks me, “so what exactly are you trying to transfer?”. With a half chuckle of disbelief I responded I want my old phone transferred to the new phone. The manager then downloads an app on my old phone called “data transfer”, tells me to wait, goes in the back and gets the first employee, and they begin laughing and saying “oh I should have thought about this three hours ago. Sorry”. After a few minutes the manger says to me, “this will take about an hour if you’d like to go get food since you’ve been here all day and come back it will be done.” I responded saying I am a nursing mom who lives 45mins away, and hadn’t nursed or pumped all day. I informed them I would go home and nurse, then come back. So once again, I left the store with no phone, even after multiple times stating this is ridiculous and I wanted my original phone back.Upon arriving home and talking with my husband, we waited another half hour and when we received no phone, my husband called back. The manager stated the transfer that should have only taken an hour, was only 19% done. They stated they would call back. Being that the store closed at 8pm, and we live 45mins away, we have them until 6:30pm. At which point my husband called again, the manager stated that the transfer had not moved at all. My husband informed them that he was going to come in and wanted my original phone to get the pictures off. he also requested that this managers superior call us. We never received that call either. After my husband left for Adrian, the manger called me back and stated that all of a sudden everything was complete. That my husband could pick up the new phone, once it was home to me to do a factory reset on it, and then it should download my content through the night, and by morning I should have everything I need. I requested that he do not do anything to my original phone with the pictures until I call and confirm I have the pictures.Today, Saturday 5/2, my phone uploaded all night, and I have only a few actually pictures. The rest are empty boxes with a number, where a picture should be but there is nothing. It is blank. The store opens at 11am, it is currently 10:49am. This is a complete nightmare, and no one knows how to fix this. So I’m sure I will be going back in, to the same manager, and I REFUSE to waste yet another day with no solution.

Made the switch from Sprint. Went in and talked with the manager (Jim). Great guy that was very helpful and upfront. The cost is better than Sprint too. My wife had technical issues with our phone and Jim worked to get that resolved quickly. I highly recommend going to this mobile store. If you are thinking of making the switch dont delay, do it.
