Dirty restrooms and dont buy the coffee. It tasted like water and when I Kindly asked if I can dump it and try again the guy who worked the midnight shift told me it was too bad, you already bought the coffee and that I would have to buy another cup if I wanted to try again. As I walked away upset and about the poor customer service he went to change the coffee. Unbelievable I will definitely never stop here again.

One of the worst designs Ive seen for a gas station. Pumps are cramped and the Whataburger exit goes through the Shell parking. Avoid if you can.

This store is always very well stocked and the cashiers are always friendly. To no fault of the store traffic around it is always horrible to get out but if you find yourself here you will also find what you need I shop here very register and never have had any problems or needed to shop anywhere else and the are open all night long for convience

The bathroom here was disgusting. The two soap dispensers were automatic, one didn’t work at all and the other didn’t have soap. Very gross, don’t stop here.

Not worth one star but only way I could give a review. Horrible Customer Service. Attendant allowed several individual to enter the store and use their personal cups to get ice. Even though the sign clearly states that due to COVID19 and spread of the virus you are not allowed to use your personal cup. She allowed them to due so. No lack of concern for the fellow person. I guess she feel she is protected because she is behind a plastic glass. Thats what matters.Not returning!

Wow! What a Gas Station, Busy place so restrooms stay packed during rush hours. But they have the coldest drinks and all the best snacks. Good Prices, Friendly Staff.Just busy place

This store does not offer Fuel Rewards on any of their in-store merchandise. Only fuel. Disappointing, but otherwise fine.

I have stopped here for months, 3-4 nights a week and purchased the same 6 pack of Yuengling for $7.49. Tonight the lady behind the counter tried to charge me more than $9, then argued with me about the shelf price being inaccurate. So I took my business elsewhere, and sure enough, paid only $7.79. This place sucks.

Stopped by here to pump gas because it showed to be $2.49 a gallon for regular gas”87”. The screen showed I was being charged $2.49 but when my receipt printed it showed I was charged $3.19 a gallon. I went in to talk to them but the lady behind the counter seemed very lethargic and said she couldn’t do anything about it and to come back when there’s a manager there. They need to have a manager at all times to be able to look into it because some customers like us might live a few hours away. Not someone who doesn’t even try to do anything.

This is one of the rudest gas stations I have ever been too. I will never go back. I was yelled at for wasting time trying to finish paying for my purchase. Im sorry. But you do not disrespect your customers.

The areas by the gas pumps are usually filthy. It is rare that you can find a window washer with clean water or any water. If you do, there probably wont be any paper towels. Lately, it is becoming difficult to get a receipt when paying at the pump. There are always some very questionable looking people hanging around outside in front of the building. Not good for business.

Miserable place! Closed up at 11:45 and refused to let customers inside. Horrible offensive attitude by clerk screaming at customers to get out!

Reasonably fast gas pumps. Wanted to news my windshield but the reservoir for the provides wiper was bone dry.

The very first and definitely the last time I will stop at this Shell Station. Apparently the lady (who was ignoring customers while watching videos on her phone) behind the counter has a problem with applying herself to the job she signed up for. The customer in front of me asked for cigarettes, she said they didnt have them or carry them, he asked why and she rudely responded Im not the owner I dont know the customer then proceeds to ask for gas only to be VERY rudely denied and told to leave and dont come back. To top it off this very professional lady representing this gas station follows him to the door with her middle finger up in the air. Not only have you lost that mans business, but mine also. BTW, no need to respond with remorse or regret. Im just here to warn thw public of the typw of business you run. Whatever has made this particular worker lash out like she did tonight, was unjustifiable.

Pretty clean... tvs in pumps. Lots of activity. Did not go inside..

Nasty gas station, every trash can always overflowing, always asked by a local if i have money i can spare, nasty restrooms... Do yourself a favor, skip this exit.

Both restrooms were closed. Would of spent my gas money elsewhere if I had known this.
