Jesse was very helpful! He dropped me off at the car rental office. As well as stayed open late so I could pick up my vehicle. In addition, he tried to help me figure out how to get my rental car returned after hours, since the car rental office did not inform me they would be closing early. He kept in contact with me throughout the duration.The willingness and communication definitely added to the business rating!
