I went to get my new car titled and registered and it was the most pleasant experience Ive had doing this ever! I wasnt aware of all the benefits of Triple A until today and, honestly, I may make myself a nuisance there in the future :) The staff was wonderful and made the time I spent there entirely enjoyable. And it was only about a half hour to get everything taken care of. Hidden gem here, people!
They told me I had to go to AAA personally to get pricing for air fares. I live in Edgewood. The person who told me this is from Rio rancho and knew this. I am a member. Drove 29.7 miles each way to get printed out prices. Did not have to sign anything or show my ID. But did find out that I would be charged an extra$35 if I booked flight right then and there!! Whats the reasoning for having to pay for membership if booking flights Is an extra $35!!!¿
I Have asked several times to be removed from their solicitation Services through mail and phone calls. I have spoke to Jeromy Hockett several times and asked to be removed he is obnoxious rude and very unprofessional. I have returned several envelopes asking to being removed from these services. I would never recommend this office based on the poor customer communication that they have exhibited with me. Before hanging up on me he said Thank you for being a member for over 10 years then hung up. Very rude service. He continues to harass me and try to get me to switch over to their automotive insurance when they cannot even come close to the current rates I have now.

If you call the main number, all options on the phone tree take you to insurance! They take a message and promise someone will call you back, but they don’t.
Aaa is really fantastic i really enjoyed looking around and talking to the staff, they were really helpful and knowledgeable and helpful in planning my trip.
First I got my Insurance from AAA I was very happy the rate they gave me. Then slowly my insurance was going up with no reason. Now I moved to another state no longer have AAA. So, they mailed me a billed that I have to pay $$. So I asked for what? Answer is “I don’t know that’s what it says in your account”. Long story short. I always pay full 6 months insurance. Now I am trying to contact the agent( Jeromy Hocket) who gave me the insurance. He is not answering. Calling his manager also not answering. I am stuck I don’t know what to do?

This AAA is very close to where I live, making it super easy to get to. This visit was really important to me. A gentleman, named Pablo, helped try to get my premiums down. He was extremely helpful. The office building is just okay. Id personally prefer for our money to be used towards lowering the costs of auto and homeowners insurance. Thats MHO.

If you dont have AAA, youre really missing the boat. The peace of mind that comes with the emergency services is fantastic, to be sure, but theres so much more benefit in having the membership - some if which Im still discovering. I transferred my auto insurance over to them a few years ago and received better coverage for a much lower price than Id been paying. Just yesterday, I found out they do MVD services for a fraction of the price of the private MVD shops. They took care of my title transfer and registration for only a $2 administrative fee over what I would have payed at the actual DMV. If youve had any experience with the MVD Express type shops, you know theyre charging significantly more than $2. Trip planning, insurance of all varieties, discounts on all kinds of goods and services... the list goes on. Im not a company shill - just super satisfied with this agency. Do yourself a favor and look into them.
Called Called AAA NM between 9-10pm for roadside service for lockout. Waited a total of 1 hours after 2 calls.Didnt get a response until After my issues were resolved by a Good Samaritan. Not a good night for me or AAA.!
We visited our local AAA and were thrilled with the service we received from Finnly, he was a joy to work with, answered all our questions and understood what we needed. Thank you so much, his help will make our trip that much easier.
Called for roadside assistance lockout & had to pay out of pocket because agent could not find my membership. Waited on hold for a very long time before I got through to the agent. Spent another long time giving information being requested & her having to enter the information & researching. Had to request a reimbursement application and provide original receipt from company that provided the service to unlock my car door to gain access to my keys. Not sure if authorization will go through. If not I will definitely change to a different auto & roadside assistance.

They neglected to follow thru on a claim thru road side assistance almost a year ago. I went to office to be told I have to call some number to speak to an agent even though there was an office full of agents. Nice.......their road side company, Santa Fe tow, sucked too. 4 trips, the same incompetent guy sent 3 times only to scratch up, dent and tear my door and passenger door up trying to get in. Lovely!!!!!! 3 hr nightmare.
We got locked out of our vehicle in Espanola and we called AAA for assistance, we have Premier AAA membership. 1 hour passed by nobody showed up and no call from AAA., we ended up calling Ralphs lock and key, he was the one that was supposed to come do the lockout service, he said he was tired of AAA ripping him off so that is why he didnt show up, he said the only way he would come is if we paid $40 directly to him.Thank for nothing AAA

Horrible and unprofessional.AAA left my son who is also on the membership stranded in Buckeye Arizona during 110 degree weather.I called for roadside assistance and was told that a tow truck would be out within 2 hours and if anything changes they would call me back.Nearly 3 hours later i had to call them back to find out what was going on only to be told that they were not able to find any one available to go out and they were not sure if they could get anyone at all and i should find someone myself and file for a reimbursement.I asked why they didn’t at least have the courtesy to inform me 2 hours ago instead of leaving my son believing someone was on the way. I was told that was all the information she had and there was nothing more she could do.How unprofessional is that?Unprofessional, inconsiderate and incompetent!!!
Very helpful place, a little slow considering there were no other people waiting in the waiting area (we were there close to lunch time so that might have been the reason too) but the efficient and friendly staff were very pleasant to deal with. If you have a AAA membership, be sure to visit this location and take advantage of all of your other membership perks
I have been a long time member and when I went to cancel my auto and renters insurance, it was like they didnt care. I told them I found a better price and they okay, cancelled and ended the conversation. Very disappointed.
I just had the best encounter with the security guard I know my car and valuables are safe he worked for New Mexico Protective Force. Great guy.

Rude here. Made a couple trip as they dont explain their procedure there.. Not everyone has had a membership or worked there are some point. They dont offer more information than they have to.. EXTREMELY slow ..I hate for them to have more than 2 customers in at one time. Staff asking for help and blurting out how other offices dont know how to spell and enter incorrect information in their system. Outdated software. Staff unable to open a pdf. Im sure there is a security breach waiting to happen. I hope the roadside service doesnt fail me as horribly as the in office staff has.. plus they are wearing gloves and cross contaminating everything any way. Sad ....

I have been a member of road side assistance for 50 years, they have always been there for me when needed.I have just added auto and home owners insurance because their prices cant be beat and they stand behind their work and have company ethics, and they are everywhere in the U.S.A.
My reason for visiting was to have notary work done. Employee was professional and thorough. Just be prepared to wait your turn due to Covid requirements.

I got a triptik and was in and out
I locked myself out of my car and called for an unlock. They told me it was a high-security car and there was only one guy in town that could do it. Shows up in a rusty van on the phone doesnt even try. 2 days later I get a call back after them telling me the only thing they would be willing to do for me is to it to the dealership and have them unlock it. Finally the next day they get somebody to come out and do it and he doesnt want to unlock it either until I basically called him chicken blank for not trying. They were super rude on the phone. This is not a hard car to get into and I dont know where they get that it was a high security vehicle. It was very simple unlock and I almost had it myself when they finally told me they were sending somebody out. AAA is good if you get it for free but I would never pay for the service. If you do need to have your car towed its a 3-mile tow to repair shop only.

The gentleman that I spoke with in reference to obtain a vehicle quote for insurance and homeowners quote for insurance was ridiculously high I dont understand how he actually asked me if I still wanted him to send me the quote for purchase
Initially, I was excited to have AAA because of the great rates and comparable coverage to more expensive insurance providers. Things started out well with my agent, Pablo. This past spring, I could not get ahold of him for weeks to adjust my insurance for my new car and remove my old car, which I sold. I finally received a response after pleading with him over email to get back with me (I have email record of this). Now, I still can’t get ahold of him! I got married this past summer and finally decided to switch to my husbands insurance provider. The lack of responsiveness with AAA truly scares me. What if I ever did need to make a claim (which I never have) or needed immediate assistance? I am ecstatic to pay another company a little more and receive assurance as a customer that I will be taken care of.
It was rough going..when I first signed up...wrong address, then my account got drafted 3Xs in 2-3 weeks apart...but, there was an AWESOME young lady @ AAA that straighten everything for me!!...no more worries!😀

I have used AAA Roadside Assistance for my entire driving life (45 years). I generally need their help once or twice a year. Tow trucks arrive fast (15-20 minutes), and the drivers have always been cool, usually have a good sense of humor which relieves my anxiety. Of course, if you treat people with respect and gratitude, you will almost all the time be treated well in kind.I did notice this last time that there was much confusion regarding the higher membership levels which add more benefits. I was promised the next level up, and told they would include the 200 mile tow. Thats what I thought I bought, but alas, I only received the standard 3-mile tow. So the takeaway lesson for me was to not attempt to make special arrangements as the agent will say yesto anything, but disappear when my special need comes due.However, I never used AAA auto insurance, and it appears from the reviews posted here, thats a more difficult journey. I do appreciate all the reviews of the insurance problems, because I was considering getting the insurance for a car that I rarely use. Now, I will certainly look elsewhere.If you keep it simple, AAA does a fine job.Oh, Ive noticed one sales trick they use is to mail sign-ups and specials pretending that you have never had coverage, rather than providing accurate info from their database concerning your current policy expiration date. This way, I am sure that some years I have paid double or more!!! The amount of money is small, and I justassume that they are correct. Oops.[Just to be fair, AARP does the same thing!].

Helpful and courteous, however the clerk unable to help. After he was unable to complete a VIN inspection because he could not read the VIN on the door. Later, I found out there is a VIN tag in the glove compartment. Had he known this I would have been able to register my 1984 El Camino.
Luis did a wonderful job of taking care of my grandmother in Rio Rancho! Her car had died all the way in Rio Rancho and he was so super concerned and attentive when it came to getting her taken care of . He even told her to call him when she got home! Spend thousands of dollars and remain a loyal customer for years just for them to drop your insurance. Great way to remain loyal to your customers. My vehicle is in New Mexico but I am in Virginia. I use it when Im home. I need to have insurance on it by law. Since I moved to a different state and only use my vehicle a few times a year now, they collect up to $160/month from me, they dropped my coverage. Ive had no claims, no accidents, nothing. They get my money and dont have to do anything else but they still choose to end coverage. Worthless customer service.
These folks are AAA. My wife went in and got actual paper maps for the places we are preparing to go. Google maps is great, but having a real map can be so useful!!
AAA is definitely the best, don’t bother with any other roadside service. I had the tires slashed on my brand new car and AAA towed me to Discount tire within 20 minutes of my request. And my tow truck driver from Santa Fe towing Mike was freaking awesome, best experience ever he was super kind, courteous and friendly through out the process. He is definitely number one in my book!! I had a great experience during this not so great time in my life!!! Thank you Mike and AAA!
They never showed up and left me and my three kids in the freezing cold, I was last told they are working on figuring something out! After 4 hours I flagged down a trucker he had bolt cutters and cut my spare off which now is completely ruined!!
I was a loyal customer for years. I got cancelled because of a banking error. I never got a call. I was driving around without insurance for over a month and didnt know it. I found out when the MVD sent me a letter. Beware!!! When I contacted them to fix the problem they wanted to raise my rates. I am with Progressive now. They are way better.
We have been with AAA for 3 plus years, home and auto. AAA has been awesome, rates and service. Steve Miera is who I deal with and he is the best. He goes above and beyond to assist me when I have a change or a question. Steve thinks of things I havent and hes very nice and very professional. Hes the best customer service expert. I recommend Steve for all thing AAA.

After 26 years of great service, I cancelled my homeowners insurance due to a 15 percent price increase. I was told my auto policy would increase 12 percent. Actual price increase was 27 percent. Customer service and underwriter could not explain why increase was so much.
Great place to get free maps and as busy as the lady was she did not lose her cool .there was about six of us in line and the one guy that she was helping was like getting a map and a tour guide book to every freaking state and he didnt tell her all at one time! he just told her one at a time but she kept a smile on her face and acted very professional which quite a few of us commented on. She showed great customer service

HORRIBLE customer service. I was in an accident over three weeks ago and no one has called to discuss the accident. Claims adjuster Paul Prim has not answered a single phone call or email. When I finally called for the 6th time she answered and stated she had not looked over the accident yet or taken my statement (this was 2 weeks after the accident at the time). It has now been over 3 weeks and she has yet to call me. I will NOT be renewing my coverage with AAA. I have had other experiences with insurance agencies who were polite, helpful, and called almost daily to check on how I was doing. I have never had such a bad experience before, best part is, the accident wasn’t even my fault yet I’ve had to pay the out of pocket deductible to get my car fixed because of her inability to do her job.

I have been a 20 year member, with RV extra cost, bought a RV and needed a battery jump start, they dispatched a small wrecker, they tried to talk me into an extra charge tow to a shop, 12 miles from me, at an extra charge, Not Cool, I called and talked to a on call Manager, Not Cool. waste of time

I love having a membership with triple AAA. Krystle at the Montgomery location in Albuquerque is always so kind and so helpful. We showed up 20 minutes before they closed and although Kathy was rude about helping us, Krystle did the job for us and was very nice (even when she had to go out in the pouring rain to do a VIN inspection on our motorcycle). Im always beyond happy and satisfied with their service and convenience! Definitely 5 stars from me!
Like all other coprations AAA has taken what used to be a really goodcustomer oriented service and turned it into an automated nightmare.If I was stalled on a busy highway I shutter to think... The last two times I called for help the automated machine couldnt understand me or where I was!!! Today Im holding, holding, holding. Why cant they hire people toanswer the phone and arrange for service in local areas? Oh no, I can goonline, etc ! They need to pay more attention to their customers than to their investors.

Abysmal. Stuck in a circular telephone cue for 15 minutes listening to music click on and off to ask a simple question: Do they offer International Driving Permits. Cannot bypass the answering system to access an operator. Finally forced to a message system.

Ive had a roadside assistance membership for several years. I had a flat today and called them for help. The local ABQ customer service rep refused assistance claiming I was out of calls. I told him when I renewed last time, the rep said I could use the calls from the other person on the membership. He refused. I asked for a supervisor, and he laughed and sent me to a voicemail. So I went in person and spoke to a supervisor who was equally as useless and offered to cancel my membership and refund $17. They to not seem to understand the liability and risk involved when operating an emergency roadside assistance company and refusing to offer options when clients call in with emergencies from the roadside. What a joke this place is. I signed up with Good Sam instead, better rates with more to offer and more calls.
Its ok, I guess, too bad theres not more nice people. These people fail to send inquiries to my p.o. box so I have to go in person and do the work for them. Theres a crooked guy Joe Richardson an agent for AAA NM who lied to me twice and bumped my coverage up without my permission. And failed to tell me about annual membership fees. I observed these AAA staff give people the run around trip and railroad these good paying customers. I truly believe AAA in general doesnt have your best interest in mind.
