These guys are great! Well priced vehicles and they will work with your budget. They went out of their way to serve me. I was looking specifically for a Honda Accord and they called me when they had something they thought I might be interested in. I ended up going with a different Accord at another location because it just happened to have the features I was looking for. But I would not hesitate to visit and work with these guys the next time I am on the market for a vehicle.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone else for purchasing a vehicle. I recently bought a vehicle with them. I paid 30k for it (not cheap!) and yes, at first the sales department was friendly and willing to do what it takes to make a sale. I have had my vehicle for a little over a month and I have had to take it back to the service department 3 or more times for mechanical issues and once for an emissions test (required to get vehicle registered). The sales/finance staff wasn’t so helpful anymore, and have on several occasions made us feel like we are an inconvenience for them. It’s extremely frustrating and has made it difficult for us to trust this dealership.So fast forward to 4-5 service trips later, my temporary tag has expired, I call the dealership and inform them of this and ask where my Licenses plate and registration is. I am then notified that my vehicle was never registered because there was no emissions test done. You guessed it, another inconvenient trip to the service department for them to complete a service they told me was already done. And who knows when I would have heard about this if I wouldn’t have called them. Worst service I’ve ever received.

My husband and I originally went to the perfection Honda in Rio Rancho, but after we were greeted by Juan he let us know the truck we were interested in was at this location. PERFECTION ON ACADEMY SAVED OUR VACATION. My husband & I were on a road trip to Oregon & Washington. First stop was Albuquerque (coming from Austin!). Two hours outside of Albuquerque, our AC goes out. 100 driving straight into the sun. It was a pretty intense two hours of me eating ice & calling every Honda dealer in Albuquerque. Perfection on Academy was the ONLY one who would see me---thanks to Christy (Kristy?) one of their mechanics agreed to look at our car just as we pulled into town at 4pm. Bad news---it was a clutch & coil and there wasnt a part anywhere in New Mexico--and ordering one would take several days. But the woman who worked parts called around and found one at a salvage yard! They picked it up early the next morning & had our car fixed by noon ---they even hooked us up with a loaner so we could at least spend the morning in Albuquerque site seeing instead of sitting in a waiting room. THIS PLACE ROCKS! Everyone there was nice, considerate & went above and beyond. THEY SAVED OUR VACATION!

I am a very happy owner of a Prius that is in phenomenal condition and Academy offered at a great price. Lorie and the other staff were incredibly generous, professional, down-to-earth, and accomodated my first-time-buyers angst, patiently allowing me to test drive five different vehicles, borrow two different vehicles overnight while I took them for independent inspections, and walked me through the financing and registration processes, helping me find the best plan available. Every vehicle I tried here was a good one, it was tough to decide! They do an excellent job with their fleet and are very upfront and comprehensive about the condition of their vehicles. The independent inspections I had done matched the information they provided about the cars very closely, there were no surprises. I received excellent service and an excellent car and I would recommend this as a great place to look if you want to find a great car!

My wifes Honda Element required extensive repairs and Christy Romero and her teammates took the time to explain the necessary procedures. I have to say this by far is the beat service I have had buying a car. I went in there was no pressure they worked with me to get the payment I could afford and put me in great used car. I will telling everyone to go to perfection.

Their service department inflates part costs, you can literally walk 20 ft down the building and get the exact parts substantially cheaper from their own parts department.Took a 2014 Honda Civic here which was leaking transmission fluid at only 62k miles. Ended up being a loose sensor which appeared to have never been torqued tight enough to crush the crush washer. Only ever had Honda dealerships do work on it up to that point so I have no idea why it wasnt torqued properly. They strongly recommended we get the transmission fluid changed afterwards, even though we just got it flushed at 55k miles less than 10k miles ago. They wanted $150+ for the fluid change. I declined and told them to just top off what had leaked. I got a quote from the parts department to buy the OEM fluid from them and they quoted me $12 a quart over the phone. When we picked the car up they said they had to add a quart of fluid and charged $17.50 for a quart. When I commented how the parts department only charged $12 they didnt have any explanation for it and just said it must be wrong in the service departments system but they never corrected it or offered to refund the difference. They also charged $1.95 environmental fee to dispose of the oil, but since they never drained any oil out and only topped it off they couldnt explain to me what oil they were disposing of. They said its just automatically added whenever they do anything with oil even if they dont dispose of any.

I love this Honda location! I purchased a used car here (it was the best customer service I had out of many used car lots, e.g. no pressure and lots of answers to my many questions) and continue to take it here for routine mechanical maintenance. It is easily my favorite Honda location in Albuquerque. Everyone is super organized and timely, while still being relaxed and without making me feel rushed. The service office is very friendly and professional and they tell me what is going on with my car without any pressure to immediately resolve it. Christie in the service office has informed me about recalls for my vehicle that I did not know about (recalls other than the airbags). She is amazing in all regards and has helped me with any questions and situations I have had throughout the several years I have been going. Very easy to talk to and get helpful information from. And last but not least, my ten year old car is in great mechanical shape. I love the comfortable family feel of this place. It feels personable and trustworthy.

My credit was wrecked by a consolidation company so I know Buying a car is usually a nightmare but the the awesome people at Perfection on academy (Ron and Dan) were by far the best. Im so glad I tried Perfection Auto for my Honda CR-V maintenance. Ive been a Honda owner for over 30 years and take great care of my cars. I have used Precision Honda in Tucson (they are terrific) and another place when in Albuquerque. Now that Im living full time in Albuquerque - I decided I needed a change. After checking out the reviews, I decided to give Perfection a try. I received a courteous welcome from Christy, my Service Advisor. She kept me fully informed. All the maintenance was done while I waited in the pristine waiting area. The work was outstanding. Ill be going back.

Perfection on Academy is where I will always go for anything from an oil change to maintenance to emergency service. They have always been quick friendly and HONEST (which is something I cannot say about the other Perfection dealer on the West side) My van died on me out in Santa Fe with no warning. I had no idea what was wrong. Charles did his best to help over the phone with potential problems. Roadside service got me going and I called Charles back to let them know that I was on my way with the van and I was going to have to leave it with them even though I didnt have an appointment. They said theyd try to squeeze me in. I showed up about an hour later and not only did they take the van in and test it immediately, they were able to determine that it was only a bad battery (not fully dead but bad enough so that the car wouldnt start). They had me in and out with a new battery in under an hour. Who does that these days?! Perfection on Academy thats who! You want great customer service go talk to Charles!!!! I cant thank you guys enough!!

Took my truck into Perfection twice last week to get the brakes changed and emissions done. The service manager Tony took care of me and was very professional and courteous. They had my truck finished within a few hours and had me on my way. A week later, everything is working great as expected. I would definitely recommend anyone needing maintenance or service on their vehicle to visit this location.

This dealership i think is a little known gem. The business is small however the vehicles go through a very rigorous inspection and attention is payed to every detail in the cars being sold, the business replaces old parts and makes sure the car is in the best shape it can be before selling. But thats not even the half of it. The staff is amazing, when i went in to look at my car the salesman (ron believe it was) was human and relatable, and gave no pressure for me to buy the car. When i agreed to buy it, it was already late in the day and he stayed with me after hours to help me finish my paperwork. Also, it was his dads birthday. I still feel bad for this, however his commitment to making my experience a good one was unmatched, i know these guys are in it to really help people. They also got me a great deal with my lack of established credit, and even wished me a happy birthday some months after i had gotten the car. These guys really are amazing and i appreciate all theyve done for me in buying my car. You guys are amazing and i definitely will send people your way. Thanks guys.

The man they had check on my car tried to lie his way through with these problems he found with my car, saying I needed an oil change, my struts needed changing, etc when I had them checked earlier with no problem. He made claims about thousands of dollars in repairs that werent necessary. Dont go here and waste your money.

Buying here was good... its my second car I bought from there but this time there seemed to be more problems to where I more than likely will not be back! I do not recommend using their tint person at all! Had to take it back 3 times and he didnt even treat us like customers and he did a horrible job on the tint bubbles everywhere! Its really sad my family and I have bought multiple cars from here and never once been treated the way we have.Service department is gold though havent had any issues with them!

I purchased a 09 Jaguar 03/13/18 the car needed service I picked up the car on the 03/14/18 and took the car back on the 15th due to a rattling noise. Paul the manager called me today and told me he wasnt going to fix the car because it was to expensive and told me to bring back my rental he will gladly buy back the car and sell it to another person without fixing the rattling. I dropped off the rental he did not have no paperwork ready, was very rude and did not allow me to get my stuff from the vehicle because he assumed everything was removed. He also did not give me my down payment I have to wait a few hours. I would not recommend doing business at this dealership. c

I was appauled as well. My experience was the worst I have ever experienced. I went to Perfection on Academy to ask if they would help me. Apparently the Salesman was to busy to help me. He was reading his newspaper! He would not get of his but to even take a look at what I was concerned about. I showed him the manual for the Tire Pressure object that lets you know when the air is low! There is a rubber part that is around the screw that you remove when you put air in or out! He told me you can by these at Auto Zone for $3.99! This is the most unprofession experience and will never go back to this unprofessional store on Academy! Not worth it! I also noticed their were 3 other Ladies including myself and 3 Man, Funny, how men got better assistance then I or the other Ladies. By the way this is being discriminated against! Poor Customer Service where is all the Professional help?

Perfection on Academy is the most amazing car dealership out there hands down. I could not be more thankful for their incredible effort in helping me get the exact car I was hoping for.Ron was absolutely awesome!!!! He greeted me immediately when I walked in with professionalism and kindness. He truly listened to what I was looking for and worked very hard to find the perfect fit. He is very experienced and knowledgable and he set my nerves at ease right away. For me, car buying is extremely intimidating, but Ron was so authentic and calm, he made everything worry free!Paul was amazing as well! He is extremely genuine and helped endlessly with my financing. I thought buying a car was going to be impossible with my situation and felt silly for even trying, but he made it work!!! INCREDIBLE! I felt they all went above and beyond for me and am so grateful for everything they did. After signing the documents, Lexi was amazing at getting the car fully fueled, cleaned, and ready to go in record time!I had come into the dealership by myself and had driven my moms car there, but after their incredible help in purchasing a car, I now had two cars. He explained what my Honda CRV needed and was very efficient at providing the appropriate service. I have followed him from Perfection in Rio Rancho to the Academy location and will continue to have him as my service guy. Very satisfied!
