My car broke down due to a bad crankshaft position sensor. Although they were busy, they got it done within 48 hours and were incredibly communicative with me throughout the whole process. While the price was slightly higher than it would have been other places, it was worth it for the amazing communication and customer service. This is definitely my go-to mechanic from now on.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Bee Line for 5 years now, and they are a car repair treasure! Staff is very knowledgeable and stable. The same mechanic, Kelly, has been working on my cars and knows them well. Thats a plus. They also communicate well with customers and will give an honest opinion about the need for the repair, the costs and any options they can offer.

Had spark plugs blow out of V8 on my f150. The ford dealership quoted $3k for the whole job. I took it to Bee Line for a second opinion and thank God I did. They were honest, timely, and did the job for 1/3 of what the dealer said it cost. I am an exclusive Bee Line customer from here on out. Highly recommend these guys.

I took my 07 Dodge with steering/front end issues. Ryan diagnosed the problem immediately, accurately, and fixed it promptly. The best part is that he took the time to explain in detail what the problem was, how it works, and why it was damaged and offered the old/damaged parts for my review and to keep if I wished. As a woman and a person who asks a lot of questions I felt totally reassured and trusting about the work he did. I 100% recommend Ryan and Beeline for any car repair.

So I taken my truck there just before Christmas and told them everything that was fixed and it was a computer problem so later they called and said it would be $1200 and I asked are you sure it won’t be over and they said oh it might be a couple dollars over but nothing more but than when I picked it up it was almost $300 more and than the air bag and seat belt light is stuck on and all they say it take it to the dealership because they can’t fix it and won’t cover the cost to fix it because all they care about is the money not the customer when they worked on the computer system to the truck it was not stuck on there before it I definitely won’t go back here and don’t recommend them watch what they tell you because they lie and they are greedy and care less about anything else also they didn’t even tell me about the air bag and seat beat warnings being stuck on I had to find that out on my own Don’t Trust This Place

Great Service! The electric passenger seat in my car would not go in reverse. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem and successfully removed the item caught in the track. I was relieved that the problem was fixed at a reasonable price. The professional and honest service was greatly appreciated.

Our car broke down on a cross country trip from Orlando to California. AAA recommended Bee Line. They were the BEST! They took our car in right away and diagnosed the problem within an hour. 4 stars is a joke first they tell me the part that needs to be replaced and they have to order it and the part was defective so they decided to hold my car for a week and a half to fix it. Then my car was still leaking and they think a 10% discount plus 20 was ok, ridiculous. These people should learn how to fix the entire problem the first time instead wasting a customers time.
