The guys here are knowledgeable and friendly. I am thankful that they all properly adhere to the mask mandates and ensure all patrons do, too. It makes me feel safe stopping in.

I was searching for a very specific liquor, and had called six or seven stores before calling here. Not only did the employee I spoke to go check to confirm it wasn’t in stock, she actually got online to help me find it at another store. Turns out they don’t sell it in New Mexico, so I would have been calling around all day if she hadn’t taken the time to help me. Great customer service, and now my go to liquor store.

I don’t even live around here, but this is my favorite liquor store I’ve ever been to in the US. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here then you won’t find it, period. Staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and want you to leave knowing you made the right choice. I know I did.

Went here on Halloween at around 510 pm. And the staff that was working complimented me on my shirt and joked around with me. 10 of 10 will come back again if Im in the area again. Thank you for lifting ones spirits just by being you.

Quirky Liquor Store, inside what appears to be an old house they converted. Good selection. It is not a mega store, but has plenty. Definitely fits ABQ well.

Hands down the best place to buy alcohol. The beer, wine, and liquor choices are very numerous. My go to place for beer when Im in the neighborhood. Love that they sell singles just in case you want to get less than a sixer on your way home. Or not. Whatever your personal preference. The staff are super helpful in making sure you find what youre looking for too and can help provide great opinions on flavors. Not sure which lager to get? Ask them. Theyll know which one to choose.

My goodness, could you even find a better liquor store?? I ask a lot from them and they always deliver... they turn deciphering my awful knowledge of beer lingo into great recommendations. They have good local prices too which indicates a great relationship with local distilleries and breweries.

This is a great local liquor store with an excellent selection. They hire mostly frat boys and their prices are pretty high. But the workers are kind and I love supporting local businesses so I can deal.

They may have a decent selection of whiskey but thats because its 35% above msrp so no one buys it.

Knowledgeable staff and very good selection. Everyone Ive met that works there always has a great attitude, and theyve gone out of their way to reserve some hard to find whiskey for me since I only get up there every couple of months.

I’ve generally really enjoyed my local liquor store and the staff has been helpful, but my recent experience there wasn’t great. They have been open until 7pm since I’ve been going there, but they recently changed their hours to 6pm. We got there at 6 (even after my husband double checked google which said 7). It would’ve been fine for them to tell us they just changed their hours and not let us in, but instead they let us in, right afterwards one of their employees said “we have families to get home to also” as if he wanted to guilt us about it, and then they flashed the lights in the store right over us to try to hurry us up. We were pretty turned off by the unnecessary rudeness so we just left.

One of the best places to buy booze in Albuquerque. You get to support a local mom n pop store while also browsing a wide selection of alcohol. And the staff is super helpful every time Ive been, happy to make a recommendation or discuss what youre looking for. Definitely visit this place instead of somewhere like Total Wine. 9 times out of 10 youll find what youre looking for.

Excellent selection of bourbons, prices are crazy high. They charge about 33% more than Buffalo Trace MSRP. There are better places around town with fair market pricing. But if you are in desperate need and dont mind paying secondary market pricing,this is your store.

The whenever Ive asked staff questions in the past, they have always been super knowledgeable and ready to assist people. Today was super busy, I didnt ask any questions but staff still maintained a very friendly and professional demeanor. They have a huge selection crammed into a tiny space. Give them a try!

No help. I said many times what i was looking for but the workers just looked at went on their way. I asked for help alot and a they did was ignore me. Went up to an associate and they just rolled their eyes and ignored me. As they were walking away i THOUGHT I heard the man saying mexicans dont know anything or.real english.

Huge selection of liquor, beer and wine. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They helped me sort through several bourbon, whiskey and Scotch choices. They seemed to have tasted and studied most of their brands and were very conversant about the differences. I was very happy with my choices once I got home and tasted them myself. Prices on the premium brands I was looking at seemed reasonable. Given their expansive selection and good staff, this will be my go to liquor store in ABQ.

Not an institutional 3%-off Booze Warehouse by any measure, this local favorite stocks an excellent and varied collection of wines, and the service cant be beat. I found some rare Malbecs and there were some very good deals. Go there for a civilized experience and avoid the hassles of shopping-cart outlets unless you are buying wines by the pallet-load.

It is a family owned business. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their products are, for the most part, mildly higher than other stores, so I, personally, did business here.Now, I am not so sure. Some of their items are outrageously priced, so be careful. This establishment is part of the bourbon price gouging game. They are not even in the ball park on some bourbon prices. I would think that an honest family owned business would have a little better pricing for their loyal customers. It saddens me to see this.I will not be returning. Please train your servers!!!

A great selection and knowledgeable employees.

Their immense selection of beers including all my favorite local breweries is kept in the cooler. Choose your favorite, and its already cold! Plus they have all my husbands favorite kinds of Scotch, and more we have yet to try. And I havent even looked at their wine room (because you have to walk by the Scotch shelves to get there). I promise they will have what you want, and if you dont know what you want they have expert guides to help you.

I was looking for a particular bottle of tequila for a birthday gift for my sister. I didnt think it was going to be that hard to find, but I called 15 different places and none of them had it. Jubilation was the only store that offered to try to get it for me, and they got it in time for her birthday, about 4 days after I called.

While not the biggest wine store in Abq, it offers an unrivalled, sophisticated selection. Extremely knowledgeable staff.

Not the easiest place to get to at that corner, but worth it. Surprisingly large selection and really great choices you dont find elsewhere. I was highly pleased they have MEAD, as I havent had it in a long time. The little mini mana bottle of vodka was surprisingly good, too.

Wow, can you say selection? Huge selection of local brews, probably the best in town, which includes growler refills. Unmatched selection of whiskeys in Albuquerque. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable (even to the four-legged variety). My only gripe is that prices are just a tick higher here than elsewhere. But, with the selection and service, Im willing to pay the premium prices. Thanks for keeping it local!

The only wine store in ABQ Ive found with a proper selection of top-end wines. They have a fine wine room with some good stuff, and a vault with the really good stuff. If there is something you want that they dont have, they may be able to get it for you.

Just spoke to Charles on the phone and I was so taken aback by how outwardly rude he was. By far some of the worst customer service I have had. I called for a pickup order and he very rudely told me that they prefer people start to shop like normal again. Well, not all people are able to shop like normal again because they are at risk. I would love to support a local business, but sadly will no longer be shopping here.

Not too many years ago this place was amazing. Super friendly staff, ready and willing to offer you guidance on whiskey selection. Even offered samples from opened bottles in the back. Made the decision to purchase $100+ bottles a lot easier, so much so that I had to purchase an extra suitcase to fly home with my Jubilation haul.... Im not sure if its under new management or what but I didnt get that sense of welcome AT ALL this time around. Staff was un-engaging. I felt like I was being watched suspiciously more than anything else. Was never offered assistance. Staff was a bit short with me and I chocked it up to the holiday rush (being as it was New Years Eve). Decided to come back a few days later when things were calmer... got the same sort of treatment. Ended up just leaving and going elsewhere.

I give this a great rating because when you walk in the staff make you feel great! The beer and wine selection is matched by only a few places that I have been. If you have a special occasion or going to a get together with friends, this is the place to go. Parking is weird but its in the middle of the city. Worth the visit.
