What an amazing store! My husband and I have been coming here since discovering this little gem. We used to fill up at local supermarket stores, but once we came here, we havent gone back to the big stores. Joe the owner is such a personable guy, great to chat with, and has a really neat selection of items you wouldnt expect at a water store. Please go take advantage of his amazing water!!!!! We will never go anywhere else!

Customer service is impressive! Recently got an account, the young man working at the register was very nice and answered all my questions while an older gentleman refilled my water bottles after he washed and rinsed them out. In this crummy world it was pleasant to see the family-style-dynamic and do business with a local shop conveniently located near my home. It didn’t stop with me however, they acknowledged my young child and offered her some treats after they got my permission to do so.

I stopped in there today as I was looking for a place to fill up 5 gal bottles on the west side of town. I was very happy with the customer service I received. Joe seems to be a great guy trying to make sure his business is running up to speed. Even while I was there, two others walked in and he addressed them in a kind and polite manner. Unfortunately there are some negative reviews, but after meeting Joe, if he was rude to customers I imagine that the customer probably came in acting rude and demanding. Sorry folks, the customer is not always right. I received the same polite treatment from Joe that I gave to him. Good guy, good location, and I will continue to do business there.

We have been using water to go for 6 years now. We knew the first owner and loved his customer service. When Joe bought the business, I was sad to see the other owner go, but Joe and his family have been fantastic. Great customer service from fill up to taking it out to the car for you. I can’t believe the negative reviews on here (and NO, I am not Joe’s relative). Every time I go in to get our water bottles filled, Joe asks me which type of water, alkaline or purified, and I tell him. So for those of you that had the wrong water put into your bottles, I tend to believe it is because you told him the wrong water in the first place. If that is the case, why should he have to pay for your mistake? If it is not the case, then you definitely caught Joe on a bad day, and he should have refilled your bottles for the price of only the water you asked for. However, experience is very telling, and my experience with Joe tells me that the mistake was on your side, not his, and the ones writing the negative reviews are the type of people that find themselves writing negative reviews all the time because THEY are the problem, not the other way around, and they can’t be honest with themselves and others about what really went down.

ONE thing that stands the test of time is quality. My wife ONLY (I mean ONLY) drank water from here while she was pregnant and we have two HEALTHY brilliant daughters. My two year old can already recite the alphabet, count to ten, sing many songs verbatim, and has an extensive vocabulary, while my 5 month old is already showing similar signs. I myself hold a biochemistry degree and my wife is a nurse. There would be NO other water I would drink in this geographic location. I have personally tested the tap water, and while I know nothing is perfect, this water is THE single best source for purified water. As long as this place maintains their high standards and keeps testing their water in the labs to ensure high quality, they will continue to be the best in the ABQ. Otherwise, someone else will dominate the market. I personally do 1/2 purified water and 1/2 alkaline and not only is the water great tasting, I know it is healthy and my entire family is healthy. Love Love LOOOOOOOOve this place and enjoy every visit because I know my family continues to be healthy! Good on these dudes.

Unfortunately this placed changed owners and plummeted quickly. The new owner (Joe, I believe) really has some of the worst customer service and people skills I have experienced. Too bad really - this location is close to my home, but I would rather drive extra miles than to deal with management here.Save yourself time and money and stay away.

I always get my water here. Good service and helpful employees. I will never drink tap water in ABQ. This is the best purified water you will find.

Needed water this morning so I stopped here to fill up only to find the machine not accepting coins. If you are a 24 hour service your device should work! Will NOT be going back for this one silly reason.

Avoid this place at all costs. Owner started yelling racial remarks because I parked in his space and was doing business with them and Papa Murphys. Dumb white people dont know how to read and Go back to Texas we dont want your kind here(Not from Texas, just a white guy). I was shocked at such an unwarranted response. He felt bad when I showed him my water jugs but the damage was done. Boycott Water To Go. Anyone who says they had great experiences is clearly family or friends. So unbelievably rude.

The new owner of this place is ridiculously rude. I have been a customer for almost a year with the company and it was bought and now operated by a new owner. He filled my bottles with the wrong water and refused to correct HIS mistake unless I PAID for the water that would be wasted. All three bottles that I bought from that store also leaked at one point and he refused to give me a refund for them. This is not the first time he has been rude to me, he was very rude every time I came in to ask him to fix/adjust the bottles that were leaking. He has no problem with yelling at you in front of other customers if you complain about his service. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced disrespect and service so offensive before. I would highly recommend getting your water elsewhere.

Always super nice. They fill the water jugs for me and load them in my vehicle which I appreciate because I do not always have the strength to carry them myself.
